      Rep *** **** was excellent with customer service. **** was refreshingly friendly and listened for my questions. These days it is hard to find good customer service. **** is a great asset.

      I used to be a customer of  American Power & Gas, LLC about 2 years or so ago. My rates sky rocketed after a few months of being with them. Thank the Lord we left and went back to our local Gas and Electric supplier. In the past 4 months we have been receiving call after call trying to get us to come back to this company. We DO NOT want anything to do with American Power and Gas, LLC. We have kindly asked the lady who keeps calling us from this company to STOP calling us. Please stop calling we have blocked your number. Tire of being Harassed. I will be recording any interaction with this company in the future. Stop harassing people.
