      From **********: APG customer service **** *********** , Rep ** ****, has been working with me to reinstate a reward from APG which I was not able to find. The company has sent it two times to my email address and it has not arrived. ************ asked me today to provide a second email address so that they can resend it again. That would be three times that APG has tried to correct the situation.************ was polite, calm, helpful and knowledgeable while helping me. He called me back this morning to follow-up as promised. I highly recommend APG as a company and ************ as a great asset to APG. Thank you ****. Everyone that I have dealt with at APT have all been very helpful and knowledgeable.

      ********************************* went above and beyond for me both times. I had issues with my energy bill going up and both times he resolved my issue in a few minutes and instantly provided me with credit checks. He is the reason I am still with this company for almost a year. He always looks for a better deal and tries to save me some money. Their rates are now lower than other suppliers. **************** is good and I never had to wait long enough to talk to a live person. ******* is a great asset to American Power and Gas. I would definitely stay with them. I see a lot of bad reviews for American power and Gas. I would definitely recommend calling them and talking to a live person and I am sure they will resolve your issue.
