      ****** is knowledgeable, pleasant and diligent in her work. I'm so glad she's diligent as I can easily lose important documents or become distracted. She gently reminded me periodically that there were invoices or other papers that needed my attention and to be sent to her. With her help and stick to it-ness, I was able to complete all the information, etc. to make our transfer to AP&G complete. She was so good at her job, I even changed to AP&G for my home energy supplier as well. Keep her happy in her job, she's a big asset to AP&G!

      SCAM! Absolutely the worst thing ever. They came to my business (rep said that wasn't possible but its the only way it would have happened) and said they would save me money on my electric bill. Sounds great, right? Well, after months of falling behind on my electric bill, i finally realized that my rates didn't go up, it was American Power & Gas charging me 360% of what I should have been paying. The going rate for a kWh of electricity in upstate NY is .049 - they are charging me upwards of .2717

      Scam. We received a final bill of $2600. Doubled our bill with just a supply bill. Upon investigation, we found that they hadn't submitted a bill to our energy company in four months, hence the huge bill. Someone should prevent this from happening in the future.

      I signed up for a 3 month contract at a very low rate. Before the contract even began, I was called while at work to sign up for a year contract for a fixed rate. This rate seemed high, but I did not have time to look into it as I was at work.The woman on the phone said that she would send out papers for me to look at about the year long contract, but I first needed to agree to the contract over the phone and then call back to cancel within 3 days. I told her I was not comfortable with doing signing up for something before having the time to read it over. She became audibly annoyed when I said this and kept trying to force me to agree to this contract verbally. I told her I was no longer interested and she was clearly angry by the tone in her voice and refused to accept that I declined. I told her I am not interested and hung up on her.Her tone was extremely unprofessional and I regret signing up for this company even for a lower rate for 3 months. I suspect she was attempting to meet her quota of getting people to sign up for year long contracts, which is why she became so annoyed at me. I do not appreciate dubious sales tactics of signing up for a year long contract I cannot first read nor do I appreciate being talked to in such a demeaning manner. I would definitely avoid this company.

      Horrible experience. Rate was 3 times what I would have been paying and every time I called it was let me lower rate down and just wait till the rebate next month. Next month came and call oh its next month let me see if I can lower rate. Lower rates were still higher than original company but I figured wait for the rebate. I had over 8 accounts with them and somehow each month different accounts rebates were at different times and somehow lied to about rebate times along the way to get me to stay just another month each time. Furious in the long run even when canceled still got a huge bill due to meter read date didn't align with cancel date.

      Scam. Sent them all our bills for 5 accounts. Didn't hear from them for months. Then when they did get back they told me we would be good candidates for their rebate program. Rebate of 25% of our monthly average for a year. They procrastinated with their portal so that I was never able to see for myself our accounts or their record keeping. Still can't even after reseting our password. Waited until March for the rebate from 2023. For over ******* in bills for their supply I received a check for *****. I was in disbelief. When I asked for all the records from their office because I could not get into their portal they provided me with poor spread sheets. With an account included that was not even ours. What is wrong with companies. No honesty or integrity.Would never recommend m

      They give you one price and then increase it for no reason. Oil prices going down in the market but their prices keep increasing. Price gouging. The price on the website is likely to triple after a few months. Buyer beware.

      They switched my account to them WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They had NO AUTHORITY to take my account. I had been a customer of theirs for a short time back in 2022. (I cancelled because they lied about it being a fixed rate when it was not) I received a letter about their company, but beings I did NOT switch to them, I ignored it. I went online to check my PPL account, still had my current supplier so I moved on. Found out days later that they stole my account. I called, they are kind when you talk to them, I'll give them that. Said they would look into this and cancel "my contract". Now I am having trouble getting it switched back to the current supplier. Never heard back from them re why this happened, and today everyone is closed and I cannot discuss why I'm with them for another week according to PPL. THEY ARE A SCAMMY COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM.

      This company keeps calling our office repeatly, several times per week, even though we expressed no interest in their servicess. It amounts to harassment and huge time wasted from our employees. After reading several others complaining about the services here, I am really happy I never signed up with them.

      Am not a happy customer!Received APG rate notice and responded. No response.APG rep. came by but never returned.Have called several times just to be put on hold, this last time holding for ************************************************************************** business??
