      this company is the absolute worst. they continue to call my company every single day minute on the minute holding up the lines from potential customers to place their orders and no matter how many times in a day we decline their offers THEY STILL CALL. Even when we tell them we don't want it they STILL PERSIST TO SELL US THEIR PRODUCTS!!! I am searching on how to sue this company for harassment!

      After being pressured to join and giving them the benefit of doubt, both my gas and electric bills have increased by approximately $350.00 per month. I was promised rebates that I never saw and lower bills by joining with them. After asking to be cancelled twice and them affirming that I was cancelled, I am still being charged a premium on both gas and electric. Disgraceful company!!!

      Fraudulent bullies. They called a doctor at work every day to pressure him to change to them. When he asked them to put them to stop calling, they still called again the next day for many days. They would not stop calling and harassing him until he agreed to switch. They only provided part of the call recording to prove what happened, editing out the part of the recording where he asked them to stop calling. These seem to be unethical business practices.

      Monica is pleasant, professional, polite and attentive to customers’ concerns. She went out of her way to look at my question/problem. Then she got me to the department where I could be further helped.
