      I ordered a couch from City with great expectations. There were 4 parts to the couch. When they notified us that one piece had come in we advised that we would not accept delivery until all pieces were in. We were never notified by sales that the couch would come in piecemeal. However, because they came in seperately by the time all four pieces were in the first pieces had to be shipped back to the warehouse because they has been waiting to long. Now, its another 3 months. Their customer services provided no help, nor did sales. Further, you need the actual sales agent to get a refund. I will NEVER shop there again!!

      FIRST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER. The first time they delivered the couch, it had a hole in the chaise. The second time they gave me a chaise that was a DIFERRENT COLOR from the loveseat. They refused to fix this issue. I talked to customer service, and they said they don't do color matching as a matter of policy. In the showroom and on the website, the chaise and the loveseat are the same color, but not the one they delivered to me. The chaise is dark gray, and the loveseat is white. They refuse to do anything about this (their CS supervisor laughed when he told me it was against policy). Terrible customer service. 0 stars if I could.

      City furniture customer service its the worst in the industry. They really don't care about your orders All they want is your money and make all excuses later why you have to wait 12 weeks for 8 screws. Please be careful buying from them.I will not recommend City Furniture anymore to my customers and i will never go back to this store.

      Purchased living room couch and sofa on Saturday 2/18/23. The salesman was very professional and friendly. Also 2 City Furniture managers also came by to introduce themselves and that salesman had advised of all available product. City furniture provided great service.

      Will Never buy anything from them. Purchased mattress, headboard, rails, ******************* drawer. They delivered and set up a collapsing bed. Did not assemble it correctly & did not have any support for mattress. Had to sleep on my floor with mattress for 3 nites! Said they would follow up -2 mo. later & still No resolution! Company takes your money and leaves you stuck with Unacceptable household furnishings??

      Ordered a couch with a warranty, they are being extremely difficult in standing by their warranty. You can even get up from my couch you completely sink in. They keep sending me off to other people and sending me wrong cushion - just the foam. No one calls back and no one cares to resolve the issue. They got mad at me when they send someone who doesnt speak English to look at my couch and I cant speak Spanish so I couldnt have one sentence of a conversation to explain what was going on. I know have to wait another month for someone to come back out. I also just had a baby and I have a bunch of huge cushions all over my living room. Completely unprofessional and Im feeling so helpless to get answer and be happy in a couch thats only a year old. No one here calls back or cares. Horrible. I regret ever giving this company money.

      My elderly mother bought furniture from City Furniture spring 2022. Upon delivery, the furniture was of poor quality and within weeks, it began falling apart and showing signs of decay. My mother contact City Furniture and filed a claim since she previously bought insurance. Uploaded photos clearly showed signs that the table and chairs were prematurely decaying.City Furniture assured my mother that that particular table and set of chairs are supposed to look as they look in the submitted photos and her claim was denied.Recently, my mother fell out of one of the chairs. While the chair completely collapsed, she hit her jaw on the table while falling to the ground and landing on her hip.I am DISGUSTED by City Furniture. This could have been prevented! My mother thought that she was buying quality furniture. She even informed your company that the furniture is FAULTY. Not only will my family not ever purchase furniture from City Furniture again, but word will be spread that furniture from City Furniture may be faulty and extremely harmful. Hopefully, my mother will have a speedy recovery. I am truly saddened and scared for anyone having experienced this, especially elderly consumers!
