      We had a great experience. One of the chairs we purchased was defected, we contacted City and with no hesitation they ordered us a new chair to be delivered. The delivery guy, *************************** was amazing! Extremely professional and nice while dropping off the chair.

      We closed quickly on a new home and had no furniture to live with. We needed to furnish 3 bedrooms in short order. We first went to the Sumter Landing store. The rep sent us to Spanish Springs as that store is bigger and better equipped to help us. In Spanish Springs, Sarah spent many hours working with us to find the best fit for all our needs. She was simply fabulous! The sets will be delivered quickly and at a reasonable price. Sarah even managed a credit memo when the price dropped between our buying and receiving the furniture. We have not yet received the furniture but the service we have already received warranted this review.

      We ordered two new couches, and had warranty on them. We recieved the couches in september 2020. We put a claim on July 2021, for one of the couchs because it had some structural damage and was loopsided and we sent pictures. We were orginally told the couch would be arriving in september never arrived. We contacted customer service they said it was on back order but no one ever called us! We waited they said it was scheulded from december, AGAIN couch never arrived. We spoke to customer service again, they said it was still on back order and no one called again, but scheulded for ******** till this day i have no recieved my couch. During this whole time i asked for a refund since it was not our fault and clearly you do not have the capacity to have customers the furniture they wanted. They basically robbed our money as they haven't given us a new couch or our money back.

      I would like to say that shopping at city furniture has BY FAR been the worst shopping experience of my life. I have never been lied to by so many different people. I will NEVER visit a city furniture store again even if the furniture free...

      My husband and I purchased a bed and 2 side tables and a mattress! The people in there were very helpful! We found just what we wanted and we are excited to get it and try it out!! Thanks plant city furniture we will definitely be back!

      Probably the worst customer service I've every experienced. I paid $179 for premium delivery and assembly off a desk. The first delivery guys assembled crooked and drawer won't open all the way. They sent out another team 3 days later to reassemble. They were not even able to take the desk apart because of the way it was initially assembled so I have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement desk. Mind you, I ordered this desk because I was able to get it immediately and needed it to work from home. The contact on the phone while the delivery team was here was incredibly rude and unwilling to help me or transfer me to someone who could. I called the store, no manager available to take my call and was supposed to call me back in 30 mins. I waited 5 hours and called the store again, still no one available to help me. I called customer care, someone was supposed to call me back that afternoon. I followed up for 3 days and no one responded. The sales associate did call me only to let me know she has been unable to connect with anyone who can help me. The frustration continues to build after 4 days. Finally got to speak to a supervisor in customer care who could only offer me a $25 credit. After spending hours being infuriated at the lack of response from this company. Finally transferred to a manager who only offered me $50. I've spend over $10K in the last 6 months with this company and they could only give me $50 instead of refunding the $179 premium service that I did not get! All in all, its not about the money, its the lack of care from everyone I have dealt with. I've never experienced service like this where no one cares about making a customer happy, which never would have happened if their delivery team would have done their job right the first time. City furniture lost a loyal customer.
