      Very poor customer service practices. We purchased a warranty on our $1500 couch for a total $1757.20. Six months after the purchase, the couch cushions were bursting and the zippers ripped. We contacted customer service to exercise our warranty agreement, and we have now been getting the work around for 10 months with no resolution. We have submitted a total of four claims on this couch. They do not keep up on their end of the claim agreement that they make you purchase. Two technicians have come out and the problem continues. Today we called again and the claim had been cancelled from their end. Our prior submission was also cancelled on their end. No email or notification was provided, and had we not called in each situation we would have never known it was cancelled. They provide no communication and you have to call in for any and all updates. Bottom line - the product quality was poor and the couch was falling apart 6 months from purchase. The warranty process and customer service is even poorer.

      Purchased a nice leather couch with additional chair/ottoman for our living room. Sales rep went through the normal pitch and we left there pretty satisfied. I'm not a fan of spending $7k without a physical receipt but went along with it. Delivery was great but once we put everything together, we noticed the additional extender seat for the couch was too much and we couldn't use it. We packaged it back up and contacted our sales rep to start the return policy. Come to find out, once it's delivered, they won't accept returns, refunds, or exchanges and we were told to pretty much waste $500 on a piece we cannot use. We contacted customer service who seemed to be willing to work with us but after 5 days, not getting anywhere. The biggest issue is why would I spend $7k on furniture if I knew I'd stuck with it once delivered? Sales rep NEVER mentioned that once in his speech and now we're completely *******. You see a ton of these types of situations from this company.

      This company and their staff is the worst. The company does not offer assembly you purchase their items and again have to look into the contract to figure out that all they do is drop off to your residence and nothing else. They will not unpack or assembly unless you pay. In my case I purchased a sofa it lasted for 3 months and went to have it returned because they advised it the product is defective under a year they will replace it. I did just that and it's such a hassle and at this point I need the company to come get the furniture out my house. I paid for assembly like they mentioned it took a week to get the sofa and not to mention the return process was a complete disaster and the delivery drivers could care less what's wrong with the order. For assembly they sent 1 guy and he mentioned he is by himself to install. I waited another week for install. When 2 guys came the looked at the sofa and said it's not their responsibility to assemble because it will not fit through the door. Now remember this a return so they got it in the first time. This smart guy just looked and left the sofa same place they left it in my garage. If he was smart he would have look to see the pillows in the wrapping made the item bulky. They came 5 pm for assembly looked and made a decision to leave without touching anything. I have a newborn they took the old sofa and I been without a sofa for 1 week and they new one is in my garage sitting. I call the company and all they do is transfer you and hang up each time. I say this always these companies will not treat customers in Boca Raton as such. The customer service is terrible from the sales associate to the floor associate manager to the delivery personnel they all need Human Resources to come in and train them on customer service and ethics. I would not recommend this company even if they were giving away items for free. After they take payment they don't care and just tell you to review there contract.

      Great customer service and delivered furniture in perfect condition. Hauled away the trash and the delivery personnel were polite. Will order from City Furniture again!

      Worst customer experience I have ever had. Salesman lied to me saying my purchase was in stock and be delivered by Xmas. When I got home(75 miles away), I received email saying one of the pieces would not be delivered until January. Salesman lied to me!! I drove back to store the next day because their customer service phone numbers are worthless. Salesman said she cancelled my order and it would be 3 to 5 days before I get my refund, SHE lied to me again! One week later, no refund. I drove back again and finaly saw a manager. They then refunded my money 5 days later, only after trying to upsell me more shit. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! Do not buy from this big box store!!!!
