      The delivery team was very polite and professional! I love my heart sculptures and 6 drawer dresser!!! I have purchased a lot of furniture and accent items from City Furniture and have never, ever had a problem!! Thank you very, very much!!!!

      I would give City furniture 0 stars if there was an option. I purchased a sofa from them last year and it came in two different shipping which were three months apart. Unfortunately, I decided to give them another try this month by ordering two identical toddler beds. I made sure before placing the order that the beds were in stock. The day off the delivery, they bring only one bed and do not give me a heads up about the second bed being on backorder. I spoke to customer service, and they assured me that my second bed will arrive in a week. I decided to wait that week and the day off the delivery, the guy brings me only side rails of the bed and says the headboard is on back order until February 2023!!! I had also ordered two twin sized Bunky boards and this incompetent company send me a normal twin size and an XL sized Bunky!!! Please save your money and shop elsewhere. I am never going to shop from them again.!

      I bought a $4000+ Delilah couch with the expectation that I could replace the covers as advertised. Customer service says that they will not deliver my covers outside of Florida. It’s ridiculous that they don’t know how to use fedex, ups, or usps. Literally so many options to mail my order. I’ve never seen a company turn down a $500 dollar order. What a pathetic excuse for a company!!

      Negativo 1 No son de confiar . No honran la política de garantía. Muebles de muy mala calidad. Llevo más de un año esperando me devuelvan mi dinero por un sofá que despacharon con desperfectos desde que lo compré en el 2020


       


      Translation: Negative 1 They are not to be trusted. They do not honor the warranty policy. Furniture of very poor quality. I have been waiting for more than a year to get my money back for a sofa that was dispatched with damage since I bought it in 2020

      HORRIBLE WARRANTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you ever need assistance after the time of sales, Warranty claim customer service are the worst. i bought a warranty thinking that my furniture would be protected and when i had to make a claim because of peeling, customer service representatives were very rude and said that its not cover by the warranty when in fac t on the warranty page on their website it says that peeling is covered.

      Great service at the store. I have had 5 different deliveries in the last 6 months, and all of the delivery people were respectful of my home, my porcelain floors, and my other furniture. Excellent job!

      Problem with coffee table and scratches. Had tech come out and he agreed that the table top was not finished properly and is causing scratches to appear daily. Told City that it's my fault. Totally different from our conversations. The one scratch was our fault but just about ever inch of the top of table has scratches. City basically told me tough luck they're not doing anything more. Don't buy from them big mistake.

      Very welcoming when youre in search of furniture, very warming AT first and then once you swipe that card, they forget about you . I spent over ****** with this company, theyre delivery service is the worst , one couch came with a stain , took them 3 months to replace it , one coffee table came damage , took them months to replace and then when it arrived , the careless delivery staff damaged my entry garage door , I filed a claim , had people call me telling me theyll give me a ***** amount to fix the damage when its no where close , waited for another call and Im still waiting. If I could go back I would have spent my money with a smaller business that would have treated me better. I hope the regional manager sees this because if this is not resolved I will seek for help outside your claims department
