      Wow, I wish I had read the review of City Furniture before buying from them. Im having/had the same issues as many of the other reviewers. I ordered furniture to be shipped out of state and was told it was a super easy process major lie. My furniture was supposed to ship in June, July, August and finally in September when I did receive it, my dining table, top of my mattress and a recliner were damaged. I phoned customer service and was told I had to deal with their domestic shipping department. Unfortunately, the only way to contact this department is via email, so I sent six emails with no response. I finally sent a message to their CEO via LinkedIn and did get a reply from him and Domestic Shipping the next day. I was told they would send replacement pieces and now I am back to radio silence. I spent several thousands of dollars with this company and have regretted the decision to purchase from them. All I want is the furniture I have paid for and if that is not possible, credit me for the damaged items and I will work with a company that wants my business.

      Very pleased with my bed, driver and helpers were on time and very professional headed to the new location in Plant City Fl.,today 12/04/2022 to purchase more items. City is my new furniture store.

      AWFUL!! Delivered a defective pullout sleeper sofa and they refuse to do anything about it. Please stay away from their stores. $2200 cheap defective piece of furniture.

      I bought a Sofa and ******* in march 2022 payed a lot of money, and payed a lot for 3 years of warranty, but after 2 months using the furniture present a lot of problems, I open a claim in August/22 and they said will change my products and 12 weeks, after this time they didn`t change nothing, and told I need wait for more 8 weeks, I asked for get my money back and they told no, now I`m talking with my attorney to process the store, City Furniture neve more.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WORST EVER. I WISH THERE WERE OTHER DECENT FURNITURE STORES TO MY LIKING AND STYLE. BUYER BEWARE. The furniture may look good. BUT if you ever need assistance after the time of sales, delivery or pick up of item you are in for a RUDE AWAKENING. NOT TALKING FROM A PLACE IF ANGER BUT FROM REALITY.

      I purchase a ************************* Leather Sofa 4-piece item from City Furniture. One of the items came in defective on July 2022 and rejected/returned to City Furniture the day of delivery. On November 15th, 2022 (4 months later) City Furniture attempted delivery for replacement of defective item. Incompentent City Furniture delivered an incorrect item and bumped me to the back of the delivery queue of approximately 2 weeks for delivery of correct item. Today, November 30th, 2022 City Furniture attempted re-delivery of the item but due to an internal clerical error within City Furniture the driver was unable to complete the delivery. Again, City Furniture bumps me another 2 weeks out for re-delivery of the item. Dealing with City Furniture sales and customer service team has been a complete disaster. Not exactly sure how they are in business dealing with consumers this way. Awful experience. Will never step foot in any City Furniture store ever again. I hope whoever reads this review thinks again before doing business with these monsters at City Furniture. 0 stars.
