      Absolutely the worst experience in a furniture store and my first with them. Ordered 6 dining chairs and was told they were in stock by the salesman. I made sure and asked several times that I would have these chairs before Thanksgiving as I was hosting at my house. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, November 23rd. That morning at 8:00 I receive a phone call that only 2 chairs are coming with the delivery and the other 4 are in back order. How does a company operate like this. I purchase them and they are in stock when you charge my card, but the day of delivery they are all the sudden on back order!?! I talked to 4 different customer service reps and was given 4 different reasons why. The logistics of this company is mind blowing. The salesman will say whatever you want to hear just to get a sale. Then top it off by bashing other furniture stores. News flash you are NO BETTER!! When the 2 chairs were delivered one was damaged. Shocker, right?!? In all fairness the delivery team was awesome! He called the customer service and let them know the damage and took pictures and even had me speak to the representative to which he asked if I wanted a credit or an exchange and I said definitely an exchange. I paid for new chairs, not damaged. He said I could keep the chair since the next day was Thanksgiving and was promised all 6. After scheduling the next delivery I stated I was not paying a Delivery fee again. Ive already paid ****** for this one. Called the store to speak with manager and they stated they would See what they could do. Heard back and they are given me a ****** credit off the delivery. Wow! So generous of you. Never again will I shop here!!! #getittogetheralready

      Worst company ever. They tell you they have items in stock and you get a text message the night before. When they show up you find out items were not delivered but on a two month back order. Went back to store and spoke with manager ******* and picked out a new shelf and tv stand. He promised a delivery next Saturday. Got the Friday night text saying it coming. Next morning got a call that they are not coming cause it’s now on back order. Called *******, took three calls to get him to call me back. He said no it’s coming according to his computer. He called me back three hours later and said they can’t find the shelf in the warehouse and the tv stand will be available in two months. I canceled everything worst company for customer service. DO NOT GO TO CITY OR ASHLEY FURNITURE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEY DO NOT CARE. I WENT TO THE STORE IN JENSEN BEACH FLORIDA. ITS A *** ***.

      I ordered furniture from here last week and after not being delivered in full we received two chairs out of the eight we ordered and a table I not only have one issue with this but four and counting. One the delivery men left the furniture in the middle of my driveway and left, two we were promised a full delivery and received TWO chairs and one table with thanksgiving being tomorrow and we are hosting this is a HUGE issue. As *** mentioned we were promised this whole order would be here and in turn we threw out our old set making room for the new and now have two chairs to host a thanksgiving dinner. Three the end chair we purchased has thread pulling out of the chair in multiple spots. Four, trying to make the most of a situation we pulled the legs of the table out to assemble and there are chips in one leg, wood splitting on the other and without pulling the table top out there are STAINED hand prints in the table top! Aside from all of this we tried to put the table together to have somewhere to sit our guest with our ******* folding chairs and the wrong hardware was sent with the table!!!!! This is by FAR the worst experience I have EVER had while buying furniture and very unacceptable.

      different store , we found Monique and she was the absolute best ,she was Efficient courteous sweet kind it had my furniture delivered in four

      days of purchase. The delivery guys where the best I can’t remember their names ….

      My living room table arrived damaged. The options are as follows:$100 credit, $200 gift certificate, or wait until February to receive a new table.So, I contacted City furniture and negotiated a $200 credit. They said no. Unbelievable, here I am a very good customer got the door slammed in my face. I said you can give me a 200 gift certificate but not 200 cash. My tables damages are disgusting. They also said that I can either have the protection plan come fix it or take the 100 credit. So I am contacting better business and a lawyer because I paid for the protection but was basically told that I cant use it. Im beyond angry with City. Please be careful of this place. Not reputable anymore. Just c*** furniture and unprofessional!!!

      City Furniture made a delivery in our neighborhood. After making the delivery, the drivers proceed to dump their whole days worth of furniture boxes in our dumpster at our new construction home. Not only did the trespass, but they filled up our dumpster. I called customer service immediately and spoke with a *********************** for 50 minutes (most of that time I was placed on hold) for him to tell me his supervisors spoke with the delivery people and they were 2 hours away and did not get a for sure answer that they would return to remove the garbage. This is against the law and I will be contacting authorities.

      Don't buy furniture from here the bed broke 4 to 5 days after I purchased it. Call for repair they fixed it and now it about to collapse I called email no response from corporate. I have to crawl in the bed like a cat so it don't cave in
