      I ordered a sleeper sofa for an investment property in October 11th for a delivery of November 4th. I called on Saturday to see if it could be delivered sooner and they changed my delivery date to November 3rd. Three days before the delivery I receive an email saying the item is back order until January. I called them and the only explanation they could give me is there were no more sofas left in the warehouse but they could help me pick another one and I would pay for the difference if its more expensive. One would think they would at least offer some kind of discount on the replacement item or wave the difference to cover for failing to deliver. I picked City Furniture over all the furniture websites because I thought they were reliable and had a good customer service. Their lack of professionalism and lack of attempt to right their wrong is unacceptable.

      Horrible company to deal with and furniture is poor quality. Bought 2 matching tables that arrived over 1 month apart. They do not match at all and the company will not do anything. Sales rep will not ************* and ignores all emails. Do not buy from this company

      I made a purchase of a sectional on September 4th. I was told it was in stock and would've been delivered on September 9th. The morning of September 9th I received a call stating that my furniture is not in stock. Which was very inconvenient because I already got rid of the furniture I had in my house, so therefore I had no where in my living room to sit. After waiting approximately 6 weeks later, my sectional was finally delivered on October 16th. The stuffing is coming out of the pillows, which I made a report and they stated that I will be receiving new ones in 5 weeks. I noticed that one of the seats were looking a little off, and after inspecting what was wrong, we noticed that the cushion sinks in the middle every time we sit. Our love seat also has a sink in it as well. I called customer service on October 26, to inform them that the furniture that was delivered to me was used and broken, and I ordered a brand new sectional. I let them know I was not comfortable or satisfied with the purchase. I asked if I can receive an exchange and I was told that they are sending someone to fix the pieces that are broken. I asked why did I want to fix something that I purchased brand new under 14 days. I was told that they can not accept the return or exchange. I am very unsatisfied and is terrified of this set because their are other little things that are wrong. I would like a full return for this purchase. After having no living room furniture for a month and a half because they mislead me about when the furniture would be delivered, and this is the product that they delivered to me after paying so much money. At this point I would like a FULL REFUND.

      I as well as others who have taken the time to write a review have had a simply terrible experience with City Furniture. They sold me two chairs and ottomans they told e were made in the USA. I later found out that was a lie. The leg's finish failed quickly and CIty gave me a well-orchaestrated runaround and refused to fix, replace or repair the legs. I spent many hours on hold and eventually spoke to not a single person in customer service that would assist in spite of a clear manufacturing issue. The store manager told me i need to deal with warranty service and the warranty service refused to help as the product was built in *****. All in all it appears CIty has a business model to fleece customers of their money and never provide any assistance after the sale. A very bad experience Avoid CIty Furniture

      The buying process was non eventful. We received our furniture in a timely manner. We purchased the ***** Sectional in white in December of 2020. In January of 2021 I had to submit a claim for two cushions. On one of the them a zipper broke, and on the other, the material is fraying. I was quoted that it would be 12 weeks for the parts, which I thought was a little excessive. I received the WRONG parts. They sent the back cushion covers instead of the seat cushion covers. I called again in June and submitted another claim and was told again that it was going to be another 12 weeks. Here we are on October 25th 2022, and still no cushion replacements. I called again and was told that my claim was pushed out until the end of December. I received NO notification that it was pushed back. In speaking with the ***************** they stated that there was no way to expedite my replacement parts. This is extremely frustrating as I have been waiting and they don't seem to care a whole lot. It will soon be a year since I submitted the initial claim.Needless to say I will NOT ever purchase anything from City Furniture if this is how they do business.

      THERE WAS NO OPTION TO GIVE ZERO STARS. BUYER BEWARE!!! Jensen Beach Florida Location Six months ago my wife and I purchased the Dober Sectional couch. We have also purchased numerous other items as well and paid additional for the extended warranty. Upon delivery every item was damaged or defective. The most outrageous part of this story was the delivery of our Dober Sectional couch. I examined both electric recliners as I have learned you only have 24 hours to report any defective pieces and than the store takes no responsibility and turns you over to their PATHETIC CUSTOMER LACK OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Upon checking the couch upon delivery, one recliner had a loud noise coming from the motor and the other electric recliner had an alignment issue. I advised the delivery personnel who started due to being so new it will correct itself once broken in. So 6 months now having a defective couch and a service contractor responding to my home oh and of course you need to miss work waiting for them to respond, came into my house and verified we had two defective pieces. He stated the one out of alignment will be replaced and a new motor will be ordered for the other recliner. Keep in mind this is day 4 after my delivery 6 months ago. I contacted the Jensen Beach store and delt with "****". Who really tried to help us get two new recliners exchanged. Scary to report he who is a manager tried everything with their own customer service and was advised they will replace one of the recliners and order the part to the other piece. It has been 6 months dealing with the PATHETIC LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT and I keep getting told the pieces are back ordered. Yesterday October 21st I called the store and was advised **** was on leave. I spoke with JR who assured me a store manager would contact me as he verified both of my pieces are in stock and hoped to get them switched out.
