      Brian at the Naples store was wonderful. He was patient and helped us choose the right combination for the master bedroom. We live out of state so getting it right the first time is important to us. They did everything they said they would do. Delivery was in the time window promised. Delivery guys were professional, polite and helpful. No damage to the furniture. The only thing I would have liked is a more specific delivery time window. They give you the day, and then the night before delivery, they provide a 3 hour time window. All worked out. Much better than Rooms-to-Go

      As much as I hate writing bad reviews, but I really dont have a choice. I went to the store to purchase a living room, dining room and a bedroom set. An order was placed and a lot of money was spent. However, the order was not delivered on time (or as they promised) and whatever was delivered it was damaged. Phone called were made, everything was loaded back to the truck and sent back. Order was supposed to be canceled and money returned. Im crying as Im writing this review because when I called back (more than 10 days later) I was told that my order was still not canceled. I cannot believe the scam they are running. Why is it so easy for business to take your money and so difficult to give it back? The City Furniture did not deliver their service (furniture) thus they need to refund the money! I hope that it wont take much longer to get my money back. They have nice display and professional salesmen but bad customer service. Dont waist your time and money.

      I found the ***** couch while searching for cloud couch dupes and drove 2 hours to the ******* showroom just to sit on it. Im picky when it comes to couches and this couch exceeded my expectations. I was moving to TX and unfortunately city furniture is only in ** so I had to get it delivered to my ** home before my move the following week. My sales person was great. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure my couch was delivered to my home the following week before I moved out of state with it. The delivery was where the problems started. One of the pieces of the couch had a huge hole in it. I didnt see it until 30 mins after it was delivered as I had opted for the free delivery option in which they do not unwrap the furniture for you. I immediately took photos and called customer service. *********************** customer service department is the worst customer service I have ever received. They refused to help me to get it exchanged in a timely manner, said it would take 2+ weeks to get a delivery truck to my area. They also refused to take the piece back for a refund, saying they do not do returns under any conditions, even for broken furniture. This was an urgent matter for me because my furniture was leaving for TX two days later in a POD so I needed a resolution in a timely manner. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with various customer service reps/managers trying to get this resolved. I was beyond upset and felt like no one was willing to help me. A week later a manager called me and said just kidding, they would do a refund but I would have to be home in the same 2+ week timeframe just to give them the piece and at that point I was already in TX with my broken $3700 couch. Because customer service told me they do not do returns and that an exchange would take 2+ weeks, no exceptions, I had no choice but to put the broken piece of furniture in my pod to ship to TX since I had already paid for it. Almost a month later and no resolution.

      Son de lo peor no compren en *** tienda las cosas llegan mal y ***** te llaman no solucionan **** me dieron cosas rotas y cosas k no ************* k ped y todava no tengo respuesta de ellos son de lo peor nunka compren ah They are the worst, do not buy in that store, things arrive badly and they never call you, they do not solve anything, they gave me broken ***************** that were not what I asked for and I still have not received an answer from them, they are the worst, never buy there

      I bought an outside dining room and in less than 3 months the dinning room has a big decoloracin, I pay for an extend guarantee like $400 and I receive a visit of the technician and then I receive a call that the only thing that is no cover in the guarantee is te decoloration. The service is not good and people are very upset
