      My husband and I purchased from a City Furniture/Ashley Furniture hybrid store. They are connected, which is nice because you get more options and different styles to choose from. I am a very picky customer when it comes to making any kind of purchase but especially when it comes to furniture shopping. I was pleasantly surprised with the showrooms and how friendly the staff was. I have been to other furniture stores but always seem to end up at City Furniture because of the attention provided by the sales associates and also management willing to help and answer any questions. Our purchase also came earlier than expected and everything came in excellent condition. The delivery staff were on time, friendly, quick, and very cautious with all the furniture. They did have some issues with some screws on the bed frame but resolved it and took their time to make it right before leaving for the next delivery. This was something that was very much appreciated because of past experiences with other furniture deliveries from other stores, which did not go so well. With all that being said, our experience was great and would recommend City Furniture to all my friends!

      I would love to read all this reviews before get into this nightmare (September 2022). First visit at City Furniture Doral , Colombian Girl Named *********************; we saw *************** staring from 2 mattresses that cost almost 4K each; then we selected my room furniture, sofa and chair for the living, outdoor furniture, floral vases, consola and another 3 tables. first delivery was perfect including mattresses, consola, other tables , outdoor chairs and table. Less than 24hrs we reported and spoke with my seller regard that the sofa quality was really bad and the cushions are expired; when you sit on the sofa, looks like the sofa is going to eat you at some point. Several Texts and Calls and also store visits regard this matter, at some point I got a message from her saying that I have just to call **************** to get an exchange or restocking; long story short; the sofa still here; my dad 78 years old got a muscle spasm for several days; he needs steroids because he was not able to walk by himself. The last visit to the store was October 4, 2022 spoke with a manager (********** Guy) and he was insulting me calling me lier because is impossible that someone even mentioned the chance to get a product replacement. I told him that Im going to go against City Furniture with my lawyer and he said , go ahead. Yesterday, Oct 5, 2022 called to costumer service trying to find a better way to solve this matter; costumer service manager told me that there is nothing to do with this sofa cuz at the time we received the sofa at home, there is no way to return or get a refund. This is insane and regard this product they know that they are doing a fraud cuz this sofa is it the same quality of what they are selling at the store. Now Im going against them cuz nobody is giving this sofa as a gift; for me each dollar cost time and effort.

      Be very careful with city furniture, the very expensive prices deceive you and the furniture arrives damaged. when they put it together they do it wrong and you have the end that you put it together. I had to call mine and they sent me many damaged pieces and in the end I had to assemble it myself because they didn't send me anyone. horrible . soli I recommend you never buy there. the worst company in all. bad attention to the public. the drawers fall every time. They didn't even put that place, everything is a lie.

      i brought a desk on 07/23/22.. the quality was very poor.. i sumitted a claimed for the exchange i have to wait almost 3 week for it when finnally i recieved the exchange , the book case USB didnt work . the filed cabinet was with alo defect.. i being dealing wiith City Furniture since then and still they have not resolve anything.

      Hi, I see a variation of reviews, but my experience was excellent from sales to delivery. Service was excellent and professional. I was surprised taht they delivered on time as promised despite the hurricane aftermath. And last but not least my ******** set, is spectacular!

      Hello,We purchased the table and 6 chairs from *************** City Furniture store in 2020.I usually live in ****** and I bought these for my house in *******. I mean, actually, I usually used a very short period of time because I'm abroad. I realized that there was a problem in the production of chairs during the period I was using. Chairs hurt the person sitting. The nails coming out from under the chair remain exactly in the corner of the seating area. My son and I seriously damaged our knee because of the screws. I have pictures and videos.My son's knee hurt and bled. Even the scar remained.When someone who doesn't know sits on one of the chairs, he injures that person. Since I am abroad, I could not contact City Furniture during the warranty period. I'm in touch now. Because this is not a usage error, it's a manufacturing error. Why does the screws under the location where you are sitting? By the way chairs looks like brand new you cannot see any bad things or damage on them by person but you cannot sit on them because of those screws. According to City Furniture's agents, the guarantee is expired, they said we can't do anything.I mean, I have to throw away my chairs that I bought 3 years ago and that I don't use properly. (The chairs are waiting in my house almost brand new) About 3 weeks ago, they told us that they would send someone for repair for free, and they did not send anyone (there is a record of correspondence) Today, when we talk again with them, they said that; "sorry, we can't do anything." There is no initiative, there is no sign of goodwill, there is no understanding, there is no empathy.So if you are going to buy something from city furniture, Their lives end right after warranty has ended. You should shop for this on purpose. My first and last purchase from them . I will also tell this in every environment, in every meeting. I am an internal architecture and I will never include this company in my projects.
