      City Furniture **********, ** Day of the sale (December 2021) I felt really good and I then pre-ordered order several bedroom, living room, and office furniture items. The problems started the day they came to deliver my furniture. Firstly (January 2022), they were scheduled to arrive in the afternoon around 2pm, instead they arrived about 10am they only have some items as many others were still on back order. (February 2022), I have more items delivered HOWEVRE the items I was told would be delivered were not the same as those available for then delivery. I received delivery of my TV stand and then discovered (2) pre-ordered Lancaster Mid Tone Pier2 were not going to fit the available space in my condo. I immediately contacted/called my sales associate and spoke with here. She (*******) apologized for the issue and assured me that the Piers would now be cancelled from my list of ordered items for delivery. I followed up with several emails to her, requesting confirmation that my these items had been cancelled and removed from future delivery list of my remaining items. Having not received any responses and feeling confidently assured by my sales rep, I felt this was all properly adjusted.. Now (September 2022), I am receiving an email that the Tiers are ready for delivery ....REALLY!?!?! I contact customer service to be told: the order was never rectified/adjust; customer service cannot rectify my order; and that a manager will call me back in 48-72 hrs....AGAIN-REALLY!!!..I am just disgusted, there is always a first and last time for everything..AMEN

      I love my love my brown leather recliner. It actually came earlier than the regular date and I was excited and ready for it. It's been a month now and I am stilling loving it. ****** and ***** were great on helping me .ake my decision. I would definitely recommend to anyone the City Furniture in Hiatus ********************

      CITY Furniture is just awful. We had great experiences with them in the past with furniture for our house until it came to the couches. We just bought two of the same sofa in Jan and of course added the warrenty. A few months in one of them had frame issues so we fairly easily had it replaced out. Now a few more months later and BOTH are broken. One the fabric is coming off the back and staples are visible along with frame damage, and the others frame is broken. We had a tech out today and he inspects them only to find out theybe BOTH been previously repaired in the past?! Reached out to customer support after he left because they are now not reparable and at this point just want our dang money back and to get rid of these but all they can do is either replace them again OR let us keep them for a gift card $ because once the furniture is accepted/signed for they cant return them. How would we know we received used already broken furniture when they were delivered without voiding the warrenty on our own by removing fabric to look at the inside frame?!? Just stay away.

      TERRIBLE, UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!! Would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. My husband and I went to purchase a sofa in June 2022. We placed our order and was told by our Salesperson ***** that it would be delivered by the end of July, early August. She said she would be in contact to let us know about the tracking number ASAP. 8/11 we check in, we are told the sofa will be back in stock in September. On 8/26 Domestic Shipping emailed stating they are arranging pickup for the following week. We never heard from anyone again. I called 2 times that week and was told by **************** finally that the sofa would be delivered on 9/9 and that someone will be calling on 9/8 before 5pm to schedule the delivery window. WE REMOVED OUR OLD SOFA TO MAKE WAY FOR THE NEW ONE, TOOK OFF FROM WORK SO THAT WE COULD ACCOMMODATE THE DELIVERY AS WE LIVE IN A SECURE APARTMENT COMPLEX WILL MULTIPLE SECURITY CHECKPOINTS.THEY NEVER CAME. I called customer service AGAIN, and was told we were given the wrong information and that customer service doesnt even have the authority to confirm delivery. Still no tracking information, I asked for a supervisor. *************************** said she was part of the management team. She said she could not give me any additional information so I would have to reach out to sales department. She never once apologized for the inconvenience, made no effort to help fix the problem, not to mention even act like she cared in the slightest bit. She said she would send an email. This was 9/9, it is now 9/12- I sent a follow up email. I called, texted, emailed my salesperson, and tried calling the Hollywood store 5 times today, and left 2 voicemails. Guess what! No answers, no call backs, no updates.When I said unbelievable, I wasnt kidding. I am actually sick over how incompetent this entire company is at simple customer service, communication & follow up. We spent over $3000 on a sofa that we have absolutely no idea where it is!

      We were extremely happy with the delivery men. They were very polite and careful bringing the furniture into my home. ****** our sales girl was excellent!!! Very patient and knowledgeable of everything we purchased. I wouldnt shop anywhere else. ??????????

      City Furniture **********, ** Day of the sale I felt really good. The problems started the day they came to deliver my furniture. First the Leather sectional couch that we got was missing the end Recliner. They loaded the same 2 recliners which would not work. Second, the wedge part of the couch the leather was stitched wrong and left a gap big enough to put your hand into the hole. They said they would have someone come out and fix it. You can't fix leather after it has been stitched. It's a manufacture defect. Then they tell me that it will be 2 weeks before they can bring out the other recliner. I complained enough that they delivered it 4 days later but I had to take a day off work for it. Now to my bed. I ordered a king size bed and adjustable frame. The bed I ordered was suppose to be a firm bed because of me having back surgery and my partner needed the adjustable bed because of what 2 heart attacks and 4 stents in her heart. We also ordered the mattress cover so that if we needed to return the mattress for any reason, we had to buy a cover from them and had 21 days to return or exchange it. Well the cover was not delivered. So, the mattress we both laid on was a firm, at least that's what it said at the bottom of the bed. Well they delivered a extra firm and it feels like you are laying on cinder blocks. As soon as we laid on it, we knew it was the wrong bed. Well because it didn't have the mattress pad we can't do anything about it they say. The adjustable bed doesn't work right. When you have the head up and one person sits up, they other persons head pops up. So $8,000.00 later, we are very sick we even went to this store to buy anything. I am sleeping on a blowup mattress and my other half is staying at a friends house because we can't sleep in the bed. I have pictures below. Thin twice before you buy anything from this store.

      Got a sales paper through mail had a table with bar stools. Dark brown with cloth seats. Went to the store but they didn't have any on display. The sales lady show us one similar but larger. It was wood and did look the same as table. She looked it up and told us the height and length. Told her we were afraid to buy something site unseen. She assured us if we didn't like it we could return it. They had it at the store in the wear house. So we bought it and picked it up there same day. Got home and it was metal! The top isn't even real wood. Called them to tell them we were returning it. They said No returns No refunds. Called spoke to a so called manager who spoke to me so rude told me to bad we can't help you. Customer service called me and said good news you can return it if you pay us *****. This store has no care for their customers. I didn't go into all the details of how the so called manager spoke to me but if a company allows that their nobody you would want to do business with.
