      This is my go to store, got all my furniture from here and never had an issue. Even when theres an issue with an item that has been shipped, it gets resolved quickly.

      Bad customer service and misleading sales representation. I bought patio furniture less than six months ago. It was a couch two chairs and a table. It was over $5000. When it was delivered the delivery man said the rocks were not there. He called customer service and theyve been promising to send it ever since. One chair did not sit level and my husband was able to put a shimmy underneath it to fix that. My biggest complaint is that the sales representative said the fabric was either Sunbrella or something close to that fabric. We now have mold (little black dots) all over on this fabric. We live in ******* so yes the weather is damp. The furniture sits on a large lanai under an overhang. There is mold on it that I have been trying to clean. I called customer service and they said oh well try a cleaning company. Ive had other patio sets with Sunbrella material and I have never had an issue with mold. Buyer beware!!

      Buyer beware! ************* I've had nothing but a HORRIBLE experience with them. After receiving part of my order and 3 out of 4 items in my 1st delivery arrived damaged I filed claims. I spoke with customer service and said after seeing the terrible quality of the mirror (it not only arrived shattered, but it was broken apart, not stapled correctly and just of poor quality) I asked for a store credit instead of a replacement on that piece. I was told yes, and given a credit for $100 which didn't include my $7 in tax. At that point i didn't even care, I just wanted to order something else and move on. HOWEVER when I went to use it a week later (cannot be used online) the salesman said it was I not valid. After many attempts to contact them I was told it was voided because it's a liability. I was told in writing I would be given a credit, which was issued and voided WITHOUT TELLING ME. No courtesy email, text, nothing. Nevermind that I tried to give the thing back to the drivers but they refused to take it. I messaged CS again and was told to dispose of it. So then when I'm asking about my voided credit the rep tells me the will exchange it for me out of courtesy (what? It arrived damaged how is that a courtesy?) I informed her I disposed of it like I was told to do and after more back and forth she says they will replace it but not give me my credit I was told I was getting. So I said can I return the new one when I get it? She said no because it's a courtesy. Finally I get her to issue a store credit for it after asking to speak with management and saying they can pick up the entire set (2 dressers, 2 night stands, king *** frame). I had insisted this time that the credit needs to be the full purchase price of what I paid inclusive of tax, she says it will be but it wasnt so they literally stole $7 from me. And come 2 nights ago (1 month after having the ***) the metal feet broke and the *** fell as I was asleep. I'm average height and weight, it's bad quality

      My name is ***************************** My wife and i visited City Furniture in ******* **. At ************************************ July 23. We was greeted at the door, then was met by sales man, ***********************. we purchased a dinning room set, and was told on August 13th it would be delivery. We Moved our old dinning room set out, thinking the new one would come that Saturday, 8/13. it never did. At the last minute on 8/13 we was told we would not be getting the new dining room set because they don't have the table. before that, we had been calling the sales man, and the delivery guy all day, nether of them returned our calls. At 5pm that evening, The delivery guy called back to say his truck is broke down, but the furniture will be there that day, it never did. so we had to put the old set back, but in the process it was broken. Not only did we lost out dinning room set, we lost our money for the storage. We still want the set, but we want to be compensated for our inconvenience. The delivery was rescheduled for 8/26. Again, It didn't make it. they waited until 7pm to tell us it wasn't coming. Two days was wasted waiting on them. ***************** our sales man finally called us 8/27, wanting to rescheduled again, and refusing to compensate us for our lost of time, money, and furniture. we then had to cancel the order.

      Bought a Dining table. After a week I received it without screws and a bed headboard manual. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

      We ordered 3 barstools from City Furniture and when they were delivered there was only 2 1/2 barstools in the box. We were only going to be in town until Tuesday morning and this happened on Friday. I called right away to get resolution to the issue and we could only get a new delivery on the Tuesday that we were leaving. We asked for first morning delivery and they put that information on the delivery order. I talked to 3 different managers at the store and they told me they have no control over the warehouses and would not help me. I was finally connected to customer care and they called the delivery driver to make sure that they would be there in the a.m. Well no such luck! They put us on the last delivery, not the first and did not arrive until after 3:30 pm. There was absolutely no customer service at this place and no accountability on the managers or sales people parts. I would not recommend them at all they are only out to get there money and do not care what happens to you if there is an issue. I wanted to leave no star but you have to leave at least one and they do not deserve even one star from me.
