5 starsIt has been an excellent customer service since the order, all the way through the delivery. We are very happy with the quality of the bed we bought. The delivery was right on time, after they called me and let me know they were on their way already and gave me a time frame. The bed is very easy to assemble and looks beautiful. The delivery man was great. My biggest complaint is I have to set it up and for and older women thats hard. Next time Ill buy from a furniture company who delivers and sets up.

We offer free shipping and premium delivery that includes placement of furniture into specific rooms of your home, unpacking or unwrapping furniture, removal of packing materials and assembly.Thank you for being a valuable customer.

From the time we stepped into City Furniture to the delivery was seamless. We were greeted at the door and shown to the bedding department where a salesman waited for us. After listening to what we wanted a lovely saleswoman, ****, took the time to help us with our purchase. Our delivery came at the time and day we requested. Very good experience today at City Furniture in Fort Myers! Mr. Norland. and Mr. Kevin helped us to find and decide about a mattress we were looking for... they were very kind and knowledgeable about it. Two thumbs up to the team!!
