      Everyone very pleasant. Patricia worked with me and found exactly what I was looking for. Everything completed in short period of time and will have the sofa in a week. Definitely recommend to family and friends. I have purchased from them in the past always a pleasant experience.

      I ordered furniture to be delivered on 8/7/22 in which I missed work to be home for delivery. Part of my order was damaged so they couldn't assemble it. They just left everything in boxes. Then I had to wait another 4 days for the replacement which I missed work again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me back and days later, I'm still waiting. Four days later on 8/11/22, the replacement came. When the delivery guys started putting the bed together they realized some hardware was missing. At first I was told 4-6 weeks because it had to be ordered from the manufacturer. When I refused to accept that, the customer service rep found a replacement somewhere. But of course that's another 4 days (scheduled delivery for 8/15/22 in which I have to miss work a 3rd time). And of course, they refused to give any type of compensation or refund or credit due to their horrible delivery service. And I paid for delivery, it wasn't free! They made it clear that although none of this was my fault, it was my problem and they don't care!

      **This review will be long but you MUST read it** P.S. I’m writing this review again because it got deleted the first time ??????? We purchased from this City Furniture in June of 2021, and it is now August of 2022 and we are still missing items from our order. Our sales rep ****** ***** messed up our entire order. We spent over $10k in this store and the service we received is utterly unacceptable. When we got our bedroom set delivered in October 2021, we were missing parts so my daughter had to sleep on a mattress for another month until we got it resolved and received the missing parts. Same thing happened with our sofa set but our major issue is our dining table. Today, one year and two months later, we still can’t eat in our dining room because I have never received the supporting bar to attach the top with the base. Three weeks ago, a technician came to supposedly “bring and install our supporting bar for our dining table.” He came with no part and said that the bar was in Orlando instead of Lady Lake. I received another call for another appointment for installation and when they arrived, they brought the base instead of the supporting bar. Basically, I have a safety hazard in my house. Now I have to reorder the same dining table and wait until the end of October to hopefully receive all parts after 1 year and 4 months hoping to receive everything how it should been since the beginning. I will update this review almost one year and a half later. Of course I can’t rate a 0 star but that is what this deserve.

      Im very disappointed with the service I received from City Furniture. We purchased a lot of items and payed all at once with the information by the sales person that everything was available to be delivered right away. On the day of delivery City Furniture only send half of what we purchased. We went to the store to have this situation resolved and they said that was a problem with the truck that was carrying our furniture. But we would receive the furniture in two days, after the two days a delivery guy show up at the house with the furniture but allegedly said that he was not assembling anything, the furniture that was there from the first delivery and now the rest of the furniture from this delivery. He said that the invoice the store gave him was not showing that we payed for premium delivery, assembly. More frustration and after much talking with the store, customer service, manager, nothing was done to accommodate our needs right away or the next day. Everyone from the store was looking for the best interest of the store and their availability to come back to our house to assembling what we paid for. Already 24 hours passed and we were advised to wait more 48 hours to have this done. Im frustrated and disappointed with this action of the store, because we pay for something that we are having to beg to be done. For me City Furniture Store act wrong twice with us without thinking on the better way to accommodate our needs as a customer, but their needs as a business.

      Buy furniture from ANY other store. This place is a complete ****, and all the employees are a part of it (management, sales associates, customer service representatives, delivery drivers, etc.). Do not trust the 5 star reviews you see as they are made by employees or family/friends of employees. The 1 star rating from people is only because giving a 0 star rating isnt an option. Its been a nightmare since my order was placed 9 months ago. They need to reimburse me approximately $1,200, but are refusing to do so, and I am out thousands of dollars worth in time, and numerous nights my rental property could not be rented while we waited for deliveries (I think we are up to 7?). On top of that, I needed to pay to have someone waiting all day for those deliveries. It was never made right by this business. But why would they make it right when their business is to **** people? Thats the one and only thing they are great at! I cant even begin to get into all the problems Ive had. I dont know how the people who work for City Furniture can sleep at night knowing they are a part of stealing money from people and ******** them.

      DO NOT BUY FROM CITH FURNITURE!!! This is the worst quality of furniture I have ever owned. It has been less than a year our cushions are flat the springs are broke and I bought the extra warranty for stains that no one is willing to fix. No one gets back to you from customer service or to help you with the problems. Our bedroom set is falling apart, our drawers are not opening and closing correctly anymore the wood is chipping. I have never seen a more unprofessional company in my life!! And we paid almost $6000 for all this furniture that we cannot use less than a year old.

      BUYER BEWARE!Was assured two shelve units ordered in mid-May 2022 would arrive on August 7th. Advised four days before scheduled delivery that the units were delayed until October ****. No notice, no advance phone call, waiting for 2 months and very unhappy. This is the 3rd time I have had orders delayed by months, which is unacceptable. I have missed other sales, items, and more in honoring my initial order. Needless to say, that order was now canceled!

      Terrible experience with two simple vases. We have been trying to solve this problem for months, three different trucks have been delivered and they all come with the same defect, and the only solution they give me is to replace them with the same ones. For a month I have been in conversation several times with a customer service agent over the phone, we went to the store and spoke sales agent, but he was not able to resolve the problem. Yesterday I was escalated to the supervisors but I was supposed to receive a call that never happens. it is very frustrating dealing with this company. it is the worst customer service company that I haven't seen before.
