      After my first order last june 2020 i have wrote numerous emails to cancel. I tried to call . I am still getting these plus charges on my card monthly. The numbet they give is only a recording even during work hours. I have every package here unopened. They still send monthly on the 20th and charge my credit card. I do not want.

      On Friday the 25 of nov. at 12:35 they took ***** out and said the delivery date will be December 5-7 well I emailed them and got an automated email with my order and my order number is #******* and it is till unfullfilled

      I placed 2 orders on November 12th order #******* and #*******. I paid a $5 fee to have it expedited and the company still hasn't shipped my items. I tried to have the order canceled and get a refund and I was told they don't do refunds. So the company won't ship out my order and won't give me a refund either. I reached out numerous times and I keep getting the same they're behind excuse and no actual help.

      Have a cirkul bottle for a few months, got at a retail store. Put it up clean and dry, pulled it out to use, mold in the bottom. Have at least a dozen other water bottles in the same cupboard of my home, never happened to any of them. The shape of the cirkul bottles makes it impossible to clean with out a special tool. Contacted the company to just exchange the bottle part, was basically chastise for not keeping a receipt or box for a $20 item for over 90 days, told me basically to bad, here's a $5 e-card for the website. What good does that do? Also said they haven't had complaints of mold before, but a quick ****** search proved that false. The product can make people sick if it's molding and apparently they do not care enough to back up their products with out proof of purchase? Never has such terrible customer service.

      I have been buying from this business for several years. This is the second time that before my autoship is due they have not sent the email so that I can update my account and change the ship date to delay this order. I just purchased the last one. According to their website in the faq for autoship they are to send out an email 2 days before the account is processed. I reached out to customer service and they refused to refund the purchase even though the item is not set to be delivered until Nov *****. She stated that the email is a courtesy buy it is actually not. I would like my money refunded so I can cancel my account because they have a great product but their customer service is lacking.

      An email was not received from the business since this complaint was made. The last response from them was a team member, *******, stating that they will not refund me and receiving an email before they bill me is a courtesy. I responded with pictures from their website and the bbb to the contrary. I did not receive a response. I am open to/agreeable to them contacting me for a resolution in the form of a refund before I reach out to my credit card company.

      I got my package and it was noticeably leaking and sticky from the cartridges. The package was unsecured so they got damaged and leaked so now they are useless. Please give me a full refund and possibly replace my order this time secure it better.

      I was emailed at 4:09AM stating I made an order. At 4:20AM I contacted Cirkul to request cancellation. I did not receive a response until 10:31AM advising that I cannot cancel my order. I want a refund of the $49.98 issued, as this is not right.

      My girlfriend purchased multiple Cirkul water bottles and flavors about 1 year ago. Between then and now, we have already gone through 2 bottles due to mold and the poor construction of the bottle. On bottle #3, I decided to reach out to customer service to express my frustrations. I have been working with '*****' from customer service and have gotten nowhere. I first reached out to notify the Cirkul team to inform them that one of their cartridges damaged my bottle causing mold/mildew to build up. I have attached a picture to this case to show the damage that was caused. I explained how I use filtered water and wash the bottle constantly and I was then told that I need to let the bottle soak with warm soapy water and if that didn't work to put in the dishwasher. I did both and after taking the bottle out of the dishwasher, it came out worse than before. I then reached out to customer service just to ask for a new bottle and was told they were unable to sent me anything and all they could do was offer a $5 credit. After telling them I would be opening this case, they then told me that they would be willing to send me a brand new bottle, but I would need to make a purchase for that to happen. I don't understand why after they sent me 3 faulty products, I need to make another purchase just to get a new water bottle. The customer service has been HORRIFIC, the products are HORRIBLE and I would recommend that the corporate office invests in better research. I am requesting a full refund for all of the products I purchased seeing I can't use anything as 3 bottles have been damaged or I am looking for replacement of the bottles and maybe some cartridges as a goodwill gesture of everything that I have had to go through!

      I placed an order with the $8 started bundle promotion but after I checked out the $8 bundle was no longer on my order.I chatted with them and they said they cannot cancel or alter my order because it went to processing.It was literally 5 minutes after order.They offered me a $5 coupon How is that even comparable to falsely advertising a product?

      I placed my order, Order #******* on August 20, 2022 - $76.09 . I received my order on 9/ Upon receipt my box was missing two cartridges, my stainless steel bottle that I paid $30 plus shipping was nicked up, it was a gift. The sleeve I ordered for the bottle was missing half of it. I immediately emailed Cirkul and the agent asked for photos. I submitted photos and never heard back from their customer service agents. I reached out through social media ********* and explained what had happened to my order and expressed my deep disappointment in their company not responding to my emails. After back and forth communication on ******** I finally said just refund my bottle, sleeve Ill get them locally. She preceded to tell me no that Cikuls policy is no returns nor refunds. She offered me a $10 credit. I told her no that the bottle is $30 plus shipping. This is not fair, i ended up canceling any future orders because their customer satisfaction is not valued. She refused to replace the stainless steel bottle,its not my fault that her fulfillment team is not correctly securing the orders keeping them from being damaged and making sure the items are in the shipping box.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did appreciate the agent emailing me, however she stated she was sending me THREE sips in my order with my bottle and only sent the bottle , with NO LID and only ONE sip. I also feel their not addressing the cartridges that I paid for  that don't have  any flavor. I troubleshooted them as she addressed in the email but they are flavorless. I only seen increased water bubbling up, spilling on my clothing, perhaps it's defective.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received the bottle with no lid. I submitted an email prior to them shipping and explained I didn't receive a lid. They only sent two strawberry flavors, totally disregarding my lid was missing. In addition, I've troubleshooted the cirkul cartridges not releasing the flavor and they still don't release any flavor. I believe there defective, the Cirkul customer service agent said it's odd that several are having this problem, however maybe she should ship a different flavor, so we can verify if it's just that flavor. It could just be that flavor. I read other reviews where other customers are having the same issue. It could be a production issue, but there serving me no purpose if they leak and have zero flavor. As a business it's imperative they listen to their customers complaints and take ownership of the problem. I paid for a product I expect it to be delivered with all the contents and in satisfactory condition. The order wasn't right from the beginning, now I'm back and forth trying to make this problem go away. I received the defective bottle and immediately put Cirkul on notice, they disregarded me and so I filed the BBB complaint, however in the interim I couldn't gift the defective bottle, and Cirul advised there was no refunds or replacements so I used the defective bottle that I was going to gift so I could check the flavor because a few packs were sticky. After filing the BBB complaint Cirkul reached out to me and said I'm shipping you another bottle, and they did however ship the bottle, but it has NO lid. I can't gift a bottle with no lid. If Cirkul would have addressed my complaint timely after I submitted the pictures, I wouldn't have had this issue. If the order wasn't damaged in shipment and missing contents, I wouldn't have had to have this filed with BBB.
