      When I first started using cirkul it worked great. Long-lasting flavor was probably changing my cartridges every 2 to 3 days now. The more refills I order the less flavor I get. I normally set mine to 4 And that's good until after the first refill of water then I have to start turning it up. Like today it got to where I was getting no flavor at all from the tropical punch I turned it up 9 and still got nothing. I've taken a couple of these apart and the plastic pouch or foiled pouch that has the flavoring in it with still practically full but it's not releasing when taking a drink. What's the problem? I spend a lot of money on these things.

      I was excited to receive my Cirkul. Finally arrived. I have 13 grandchildren. Some who are involved in sports. I'm frustrated that you Cirkul doesn't fit in my chair cupholder, car cup holder or door cup holder. Instead it rolls around on my seat or if I put it down on the floor ends up rolling around. Wish it was designed for car cup holders as well as chairs. Other then that I've never drank more water than I have with Cirkul.

      Have been using for over a year. Quality control has definitely gone down since they opened up to Walmart. I always start out on 2/3 of a sip for every flavor, but now sometimes I won't get any flavor without turning it up to 7 and these are the same flavors I have always gotten. Other times I open the pouch and it has leaked. I also will get flavors that I did not select. I have paid for extra bottles and will choose a lid color and they have been out and rather asking what color I would like they just send whatever they feel like. There return department is impossible. I still use it because it does help my water intake but if a competing company were to come up with something I would try it in a heartbeat.

      The company is super friendly and easy to deal with. I have had sips break and tend they are good about replacing them.

      I love concept of Cirkul and the products they have. However, their customer service and shipping methods need improvement. I ordered my third shipment of Cirkul products mid-June. Shipping always takes a few weeks to reach me. In the age of 2 day shipping being the norm, 2 weeks it way too long. I continued to monitor my tracking until one day I was notified the package was delivered. When I went to retrieve the package, it was not there. I discovered after this incident, the only method of customer service contact they have available is an email address. To get any help from the company, you have to email them and then wait several days for a response. The response I received just said that they are showing my products were delivered. That was extremely unhelpful! I responded that I did not receive it and would like a refund or replacement. Cirkul's answer to my email was to respond to that with they do not provide refunds to missing packages and provided me with a link to USPS to report a missing package. This link requested shipping information that I do not have since I was not the shipper. I emailed Cirkul again and with this complaint and they finally offered to resend my products as a one-time courtesy. Fast forward to 2 months later, I just got my replacement products in the mail. I have long disputed this charge with my credit card company and will not be further supporting this company with orders. Buyer beware! This company definitely has shipping issues and their current method of handling all issues through email is a terrible way to handle customer service. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I actually do like their products.

      I ordered my starter kit, but didnt receive my bottle. Wrote email after email, no response. To date they have my payment, but I can't use the products I have received. Worst customer service ever. No point in having a helpline, no is ever available. Waiting for resolution.**********

      Two out of the eight refill sips I ordered had busted during shipment. I contacted the help email and less that 24 hours later, I received an email stating that they were sending me a new package with the two busted sips free of charge with expedited shipping. I know people mostly leave horrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau, so I just needed to get this out there. Amazing customer service!

      Worst customer service ever. Tried to contact them with the bottle leaking. They kept asking for alot of information. Even after providing it...asked for more info. They try to wear you down. Not respectful at all and will definitely not answer your questions about their product. Mine leaked and nothing was resolved.

      THIS PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE IT LEAKS, THE CARDRIDGE DO NOT LAST AFTER OND FILL UP AND THE BOTTLE LEAKS. I HAD THE HARDEST TIME GETTING THE WATER OUT OF MOUTHPIECE I WISH I HAD NOT WASTED MY MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF BUYING FLAVORED WATER SHAKERS . THE BOTTLE IS THIN SO WATER DOES NOT STAY COLD VERY LONG ESPECIALY WHEN YOU ARE DRINKING THROUGHOUT THE DAY

      I was so excited to purchase Cirkul at walmart but after using one time No more flavor in cartridge. I did everything to try to get it work but after reading reviews I now realize that it is empty.. The mouthpiece is extremely hard to get water out and the bottle does leak if I could give this product a half of of a star I would and that is due to the bottle looks presentable Very bad product don,t waste your money buy packs of water flavored shakers you will come out way better.
