  My experience with theses spa service like ideal i male and Le pelle beyond skin was that I paid $4,000-5,000 + for the srevice they claim will make your skin youthful, radiant younger take away wrinkles crow feet are all gimmick that does not work or even make it worst. When I went with my first treatment I wanted to cancel within 2 days and they claim they do not have a cancellation policy. I suggest there should be a regulation board to allow these thriving spas ripping off women!

  I feel taken advantage of. I was pressured, coerced, and rushed over a zoom call into a decision for laser hair removal. I only wanted to get a quote. I went back to cancel the decision within 24 hours. My phone calls were ignored, so I had to go to the third party lender to file a dispute/cancel claim. The lender told me they get thousands of cancel claims for this vendor. This is obviously not a rare occurrence. Once I was finally on the phone with a rep for Ideal Image, he was very rude. He said they would not refund the money. He raised his voice, talked over me, interrupted me, etc. He brought me to tears and made me feel stupid by saying "You're not getting it" and "Stop talking". He told me I still needed to pay the approximate $2,800 balance in full with a card, even though I had no services completed. I, with much difficulty, told him I did not want their services. I told him I needed to speak with someone kinder. Someone else from corporate then called me. He at first said I would not get any money back. Then he said that I could only get $400 back due to "Escalation of the situation". Then he said I could only get $2,500 back. According to him - If I wasn't getting the laser hair removal, I HAD TO get/pay for another service. I told him if it's possible to refund that much, then it should be possible to refund it all and be done with this, because I have been coerced and brought to tears by their customer treatment. He disagreed and tried cutting me off. I still have yet to come to a resolution. I wish I had the time to look up these reviews during the Zoom call. I would not have gone through with this at all if I'd known how awful their customer service is. I have not, and will never set foot in an Ideal Image. I will tell everyone I know about this experience, so they can avoid being swindled.

  I did a cool sculting treatment last year I paid over $5000 and the said wait six months to start seeing inches off my stomach and my love handles it has been a year and nothing I called several times to complaim to get my money back and they said to wait for someone to call me back it has been six months and no one has return my calls. Do not waste your money this procedure coolsculpting do not work.

  Horrible company. Fraudulent business and billing practices. Incompetent staff. Horrible customer service and no follow up for unsatisfactory service or results. Stay away from them. They should not be allowed to do business anywhere. BEWARE!!!!

  Horrible process required video consultation for a treatment plan. After first treatment I was satisfied with the results and attempted to get a refund for a service I did not want. They insist I sign paperwork and will charge me $100 cancellation fee. Would be completely unnecessary if treatment decisions were made in the office instead of video with money hungry commissioned sales people. Stay away.

  I had two sessions of CoolSculpting in 2020/2021 for which I developed an adverse reaction called paradoxical adipose hyperplasia or PAH in which you actually gain fat in the areas that were treated. They told me of the risk but also told me that it was extremely rare and that if it happened their insurance would cover the necessary surgery. I returned in 2022 with a disfigured stomach and was basically told it was my fault and I should purchase more treatments and that I could not expect surgical results. Mind you, I paid $3500 already for my stomach to get MANGLED. Last month I started contacting their corporate office via written correspondance again and they would not reply. I finally called and made an appointment. Even on the phone the agent suggested they might recommend more "treatments.' They are vile. When I went to my appointment the PA I spoke with could not deny that even with the weight I was able to manage to lose my stomach was larger and bulky. However she informed me that she couldn't send my files to Allergan, whom I already have a case open with because the director is on vacation. First of all, people have email and I do not care about his vacation. This could have been done 6 months ago. Second of all I emailed them again this week and she still had an attitude and still had not sent out the documents. It does not take all day to sign papers and send them to a company. Ideal Image is not paying out of pocket for my corrective procedure so I am not sure why they are going to lengths to prevent me from getting treatment. They are liars. They will not even do the bare minimum to provide to a basic level of care to their patients. They won't even acknowledge a known medical issue because they want to keep lining their pockets. Well I hope litigation eventually catches up with their pockets and they get what they deserve. I have looked in the mirror and cried every day. I have thrown new clothes away. I have hid in my room instead of going out.

  Auto renewed my annual membership i have been calling for 3 weeks to get that refunded. I am out on hold and no one ever comes to the phone. I waited 59 minutes last Friday on hold I finally hung up and tried to call back and the recording said they were closed. Horrible company horrible customer service.

  The worst customer service experience ever. I financed for multiple services at this location and barely any services rendered. I have contacted corporate with this issue and other issues and no resolution has been made,yet the financing payments are due. I can't even get a call from their medical staff regarding medical concerns I have regarding unprofessional medical procedures taking place. I would not recommend this company at all.

  Ideal image over estimated my cool sculpting cycles and they do not refund the cycles I didnt use what a terrible company! I did 18 cycles but I dont see any results at all I would give them a -5 star or worse! Please do not believe the consultant that they have they all will over estimate do not sign the contract before you read it because the contract they tell you to sign for no refunds
