  Absolute s*** show of a corporation. It blows my mind how their disorganization and miscommunication with me has been. I was sent an email saying my membership was cancelled. I called customer service just now and, no joke, WAITED 56 MINUTES on hold with elevator music before a representative finally answered. The rep said I still had a membership despite the email saying it was cancelled. Huh? I asked the rep, what is going on with my account? I have no idea why some of my appointments were cancelled, why I wasn't honored the promotion special I purchased for 100 units of botox and instead was charged full price AFTER the session. I still don't know what I've paid for, what I still owe, and which packages I still have, ... It's a total mess.The representative I talked to was not helpful with my situation, couldn't answer my questions, and just put up a wall. She just kept repeating that nothing could be done about it. Then, .... while still in conversation with her, I was hung up on!!! The call just ended. WTF?!

  I got some fillers on my face they put more on one side my mouth is all crooked and the other side I can not lift my lip they put more fillers trying to fix it still the same theres nothing they can do just wait a few months they dont want to cancel my contract but is no fare to pay 500 dls for a service that they didnt do right

  I received Laser Hair Removal years ago at Ideal Image, I bought the package that included a lifetime warranty. When I originally purchased I was told for the yearly follow up appts I would not have to pay anything unless it was something cause by myself, which made the hair grown back..... Another time when I went for a follow-up I was given an amount of $50 co-pay.... Then I was told I don't have to pay again.... Then next time I went in I was told I have to pay, I explained what the last person told me and the receptionist said she'd email the corporate office and someone would get back to me and no call..... I called to see if there is a charge and what would that be for my visit about 3 weeks ago and was told around 58 and 62 dollars, I waited till today to book and now I'm being told $130... I do not suggest doing any business they obviously have shady business practices and do not follow all of the same policies.... This information was provided to me via the number you call for appts, Cranston RI, Towson MD and Baltimore office. If you need hair removal I'd recommend looking elsewhere.   Do NOT give them your money! I signed up for cool sculpting in June, got me in for one appt within 30 days per their contract and have canceled 4 months in a row now. Have called numerous times gotten no where, drove there, asked 5 times for a manager to call no one called back. Finally got and appt on Feb 3 was out of the country on vac so no cell service, called today Jan 30th to confirm my appointment, they gave it away cause I didn't confirm quick enough! I don't know how they can run a buisness like this. It was supposed to be all done before my trip and that didn't happen. I will never use this company or refer any one to them! It was over $7,000.00 and they won't refund me because as long as the first appointment was with in 30 days offered to me they are withholding their end of the contract.

  If I could rate lower than a 1 I would. I paid over 4,900 for 6 cycles of cool sculpting. I got 0 results with my chin and very little with my abdomen. I was told I was a perfect candidate for both locations. While I am not necessarily completely angry with the results as I am for the amount that I paid. Why being "SOLD" the cycles for both locations, the sells rep told me I could receive a free treatment of Cool Toning as a promotional gift NEVER telling me that there was a deadline I'd have to use this. Instead, he insisted for best results I do my cool sculpting first and then do my cool toning. With cool sculpting they scheduled me out 30 days in between the cycles. I started in September and finished in December. I just called to schedule my cool toning and they told me it's expired. NO ONE TOLD ME THERE WAS AN EXPIRATION DATE ON THIS. I will not ever spend another dime on this company and can not believe the things they will do to try to get the sales. Ridiculous and a huge money ****.

  I allowed my ideal image membership to renew, because it made sense for me. $250 annually to receive Botox at 8.90 a unit made financial sense. I got an email confirming the terms of my membership- 8.90 a unit, no minimum. I went to schedule my appointment and was told that the Botox terms changed and it is only 8.90/unit if I purchase 100 units. I use a MAXIMUM of 75 units a year. I requested a refund on my membership (within 10 days of its renewal). They refunded (after a whole week of arguing, many hours on hold). But they charged me a $20 fee to cancel. I explained that I shouldn’t be paying a fee, considering they changed the pricing and terms of my agreement without any form of notification. No emails, no calls- they took my money and promised no minimum on Botox…which was a blatant lie. The person on the phone acknowledged the “email error” but still made me pay the $20. When I asked him to put himself in my shoes and try to unterstand that I felt mislead, he said “if I was in your shoes, I would read and understand the agreement I signed”. The implication that I am not intelligent enough to read and understand the terms was so offensive to me! I read them and understood them, and I agreed to them based on the pricing for Botox that I received….if they are not going to honor their portions of the agreement, why should I pay for that? Dishonest, arrogant, and downright offensive. I happily paid the $20 fee with the reassurance that I will never have to speak to anyone from this scam again.

  IF I COULD GIVE LOWER than a ONE - I WOULD! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! ! RESULTS- NONE!!! does not work!!! machines malfunctioned SEVERAL TIMES in multiple visits / Scheduling was a nightmare and MONTHS OUT/ ignorant staff and that is being polite!!! / IT IS A SMOKE AND MIRRORS! would not recommend- save your money and don't get played like so many of us have. Reached out to the ****************** with NO response- not that I am surprised. The reviews speak for themselves. RUN- FAST in the other direction!

  Deceptive business practices. The sales people lie about the terms of the agreement they say you get 8 treatments and a lifetime guarantee but they dont tell you you have to complete those 8 treatments in a specific time period.

  When I decided to get the Ultherapy. I was promised everything that I ask if the product would do. I was told there were available appointments in my area that day. I paid in full & when I called to schedule the rep stated there was no appointments available at that time because they were short clinicians & wouldn't have another one trained until March of '22 & someone was supposed to call me to schedule (never did). I had to keep calling to try & get an appointment because the online appointment thing was always full. I had my Ultherapy did & after 5 months didn't notice any difference, called & was told to wait 6 months. waited 6 months & still no positive change, it actually made my lower bag under my eyes worse. The rep put in a complaint to the regional director & I finally got another appt in Nov. to go in & take pictures. Right after my appt. the clinician that took my pictures check with the front desk to check on my complaint on the computer & my 1st complaint was already denied even before the pictures were looked at by anyone. (Someone at the Okc office had already told me that all complaints are denied no matter what). I asked if they could put in another complaint & this time it was going to the manager. I waited 2 weeks, still haven't heard anything. I called back & spoke to the receptionist and she told me nothing was put in & try to say it was because they switched managers. She put in the complaint to her manager & stated she will see this as soon as she put it in. Well, 2 weeks went by still haven't heard from anyone, so I called & that complaint was denied. No apology or we will do another one for free or 1/2 off. Just that it was denied because our work isn't guaranteed. I told her for $2000 & the product your selling made my face worse, you guys should offer something & stated she didn't know what else to tell me. This place is a scam! I know nothing is guaranteed but my face is worse. I would not recommend Ideal Image to anyone!!

  I was happy with my local service. However, I returned a $160.00 product that had not been taken out of the box I received it in. Apparently, they use a third party for product and I was told Ideal Image had not been notified the product was received. I made several calls to Marian B (who gave me the ok to return) and was blown off. I have heard this happens a lot so they should be telling customers to return products certified mail so you have proof. However, that would not be to Ideal images benefit because then you could prove the return. Do not order products from Ideal Image! And, do not expect return calls from Marian B.
