  Beware that they can change the terms of your membership whenever they want. I initially joined the membership because of the discount of Botox at $8.90 with no minimum. However, I discovered that they added a minimum of 100 units in the middle of my membership. Any other upstanding business would have implemented the new minimum with a membership renewal, honoring your initial membership terms until completion. I distinctly joined because of the discount, and I feel bamboozled. Im no longer giving them my business because I cannot trust their business practices Its also very difficult to book appointments because they are not adequately staffed.

  I want to be reimbursed! This place is a complete joke. I paid $3,471.33 on a (SALE) for hair removal and every bit of hair if not more has returned after about 4-5 treatments. What I paid for did not happen I want my money back. Not to mention how booked they stay so you have to wait for long periods of time just to get a appointment which defeats the purpose. Plus they charge you $250 - $300 a year on top of the thousands you already paid. I tried to make an appointment and I will be charged a touch up fee of about $300 per appointment moving forward. How does this even make sense. I paid for permanent hair removal not temporary! I don't want a call just mail me a check!

  I received a call to make a appointment so they could see how much hair I had left. This is a complete joke! Then the next day my yearly $250-$300 membership has been cancelled. That’s because they know there ripping people off. I’m still waiting on my check. I will make it my goal to get a refund!

  They are scammers. I will not recommend them to anyone. I didnt get any of their services but the went ahead and collected a loan from Ally Lending on my name and now they wont even listen to me. Everyone here seems to be well trained to scam people. I deeply regret ever contacting them

  I was granted a Fortiva account for CoolScultpting services prior to my wedding. They quoted me for two rounds of coolsculpting. I went and got my first round and decided I did not like the experience. I was bruised for over two weeks and numb for two months! I continued to pay for the one treatment for a year. I called to see if I could get my account absolved because i had not received the second treatment. I was told someone would reach out about my cancellation request and they never did. I called again and they said they would send me a number to contact an account manager and they never did. Finally after a third attempt I talked to someone and they are saying they cant cancel anything. But I can have access to other services! What a joke!! I have not had one late payment and to continue to force people to pay for services they did not receive is complete and utter robbery!

  Im not a big person to complain about a service or product because Im in business and know its hard to accommodate everyone but I need to address what I experience because it is not good I never complained when I had ***** on 100 percent of my stomach when I told them right when the treatment started it was burning bad. I couldnt even put my shirt on. Then after we worked things out at this point I still owed quite a bit of money so they were very nice. As the year went on I was noticing less and less qualified people doing my treatments a couple times I know it was their first few days in the job. Then Once that i payed in full , they did not want to schedule appointments claiming there is no openings. They also tell you they only can book 7 days in advance They dont go beyond 7 days so once you payed in full it is nearly impossible to get an appointment or your service done They also do not care what outcome of how your services are. I had hair removal for years that did not work i was told i qualify for life time membership for a copay of $150 Low and behold my copay tripled to quadruple they started charging for each and every portion separately instead of how I received the treatment and payed originally for each area. Now I cant get an appointment not even if I wanted to book in advance because they now only book 7 days ahead and Im assuming that those appointments are only saved for people that are spending a lot more money/ more expensive treatments. They dont have time or nor care of how my treatment went. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IDEAL IMAGE There are so many better quality Places with much more experience workers and for a cheaper price. Again I cant stress this enough think twice about signing with Ideal Image

  Ideal image has THE worst customer service. The are extremely expensive and do not treat their patients well. I have received skin damage on several tattoos from laser hair removal. They refused to help compensate touch *** which totaled $800! They wouldnt pay a dime. Also I paid $600 for an IPL facial which is supposed to take an hour and the nurse took 20minutes. She didnt laser several parts of my face. *** received several IPL facials in **** and know what to expect. I immediately called customer service and filed a claim. Its been 3 weeks and I keep getting the run around. Just like with my claim for the tattoo damage. This company takes takes takes and doesnt care. I would NOT suggest ideal image ever.

  I wish I could rate it a ZERO but the option is not available. I am unsure why Ideal Image forwarded my name to the Credit Bureau when I did not have any services/procedures rendered. In November, there was a phone consultation which time I scheduled an in-person consult at their physical location in Buford. Upon arrival and waiting patiently for a long period of time, was finally called in, when inquired about the procedure of interest, the nurse and administrative assistant notified me that the previous consultation for the procedure needed was not what I was told, so I should call the Consultation number to set up a date to go back to the Buford location, schedule another appointment, at which time I would have the procedure done. I did as was instructed, and was scheduled for an appointment on January 24, 2023. I was never given further information from Ideal Image or any company. To my amazement, on December 8, 2022, I received a call from a Company called FORTIVA stating that my name had been referred to the Credit Bureau for non-payment of $2,080.07 for a procedure performed by Ideal Image. I immediately contacted Ideal Image and was told, whenever one calls for consultation, your information is automatically forwarded to FORTIVA. Why wasn't I told or sent any notification to that effect? Why such false debt and, worse, lowering my credit score without any reason? This is very frustrating and very bad business practice. I took time to build up my credit, and only to be wrongfully damaged, is very much beyond understanding. I DO NOT OWE Ideal Image. Surprisingly, I received a bill from FORTIVA for $2,080.07 formally letting me know that my information had been forwarded unpaid balance. Every effort made to Ideal Image to resolve this issue has been to no avail but has only increased my blood pressure. I have spoken down upon by (Craig), telephone dropped in my ears and given the RUNAROUNDs. I sent an email to the CEO and yet have not got back a response.

This is of great inconvenience for nothing I did wrong. Ideal Image has given the same response about contactingme and they don't really. The 2 times they contacted me were to be very disrespectful and insulting.I prefer them responding via email. They have ruined my credit which I worked on for two and a half years in one day. I never did any procedure with them and do not owe them anything. I just want them to withdraw my name from the credit bureau.Many thanks for your help.

  Ideal Image is nothing but a scam company! I had signed up to get some information about cool sculpting then shortly after one of their salespeople called me and told me about a deal that they were having on it and we set up a virtual meeting, and we talked about the deal they were having at the time and she told me about the payment options and what not. She even had me show her the areas the area I wanted to get done and she told me that "If you can pinch it, they can freeze it." Then she talked me into getting my whole midsection done.While talking about payment options and dates, I asked about canceling and if I'd still have to pay if I had to cancel the appointments. I had asked her about it at least 3 times and she assured me that if I had to cancel the appointments I wouldn't have to pay anything if I called and canceled at least a few days before and wasn't treated. (Which was a COMPLETE LIE)A week later I had to cancel the appointments for personal reasons, not only did I go online to set up an account to cancel but I also had to cancel through an email link... I called the company to try to cancel my account with them and I was told that the payment was nonrefundable! The lady * talked to said she could take $400 off the cost and suggested to go talk to one of their nurses in the closest clinic. So, I accepted the 400 off and set an appointment to talk to one of their nurses.I went to the appointment and let her look me over and she told me that I am not a good candidate for the cool sculpting treatment, there wasn't enough for them to freeze that would make it worth it and that the results wouldn't be underwhelming. I was also told that most of their other services wouldn't help me much either. She took some pictures and said she'd file a claim for me and I should hear from someone in a few days. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything.So, here I am having to make payments for NOTHING.
