I have had 2 appointments cancelled by Ideal Image due to staffing issues. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I called to have my filler fees returned to me since they do not have adequate staff to perform said services and was told they do not refund even if the issue is on their end. I have escalated this issue and am awaiting a response. My advice to anyone seeking service from any Ideal Image is to go somewhere else.Ideal Image

I initially signed up to receive laser hair removal in 4 areas, as well as Botox. The representatives that contact you have no background in medicine and their practices are unethical in that they blatantly lie about what is covered. First, for the laser hair removal, I was told after my treatments, if I had any regrowth, I would be covered under their “lifetime guarantee” for free, which I was informed by the nurse practitioner that the representatives are known to lie and mislead to get you to buy it. It not only will not be free, they will charge you per session and they will be higher than what they initially charged you to begin with. Second, for my Botox, the initial rate was $8.90 per unit and the rep told me I would pay the same rate for the duration of my membership. This was also a lie as the NP informed me. They charged me an extra $80 for the same amount of Botox 4 months later. It’s bad when the healthcare professionals that work for this company don’t recommend it to anyone, even they say it’s a rip off and corporate doesn’t care how they get customers locked in, even if it’s blatantly lying to the customers. Make sure if you follow through, you get EVERYTHING in writing. Corporate and the agent representatives make up information to get you to sign and spend thousands of dollars. Customer service makes it nearly impossible to dispute as they don’t answer their phones or return calls. I wish I would have seen the reviews to this website prior to signing up for it. It would have saved me thousands and a headache.Ideal Image

I bought a laser removal package in 2021 August and was told it would last at least 9 treatments. Had trouble getting schedules due to store always blocked and had been stuck in India due to visa issue for 3 months. The longest I had to wait was close to 3 months to get my appointment, Asked for extension because I was unaware there was a time limit (never told). I called the store to complain that I am not fully treated and they said there is nothing they can do, when I asked them I wanted to talk to manager the front desk replied very casually that the manager will reach out to me when she is free in the future. It is not my fault the locations couldn't fit me into their schedule, was sick due to covid for a couple of times and out of country for 3 months due to visa issue. The past couple of years have been hard on every time. I hope Idea image considers this. I just want to get my treatments which I paid for, I paid 8000$ for my treatments which is a lot of money for a common citizen. This is with North heaven, Connecticut branch.Ideal Image

This place needs to be investigated. They are running a scam. My service location is Newton Massachusetts and the consultant I had based in Florida. Hear my story: I was looking into the cool sculpting treatment. The consultant access my situation in a zoom call and told me 1 session will take care of it. I was like oh great. How little do I know. I fell for the biggest business scam. Leading to the day prior to the appointment. They told me: the appointment is only scheduled for 1 side of my abdomen area… WHO IN THE WORLD will only want one side of their body to be treated?! So they told me if I need another side treated I would need to pay $700 over the $700 I already pay for my service. None of these was previously communicated to me until the last day before the appointment. They trick people in and lock you in a contract and an fairly expensive price and starting to ask you for more money or they will only give you the reduced service.. so you thought you were in for a good deal, you were too naive. They wants you to spending 2times more than promised. DO NOT GO HERE. This business needs to be investigated, please do not fall for the scam. It’s my real experience. I’m happy to spread the world. Anyone who wants to purchase from them. Please don’t, I’m happy to share my personal experience with you just to avoid you from further headache.Ideal Image

I have contacted the customer service department, a case was supposedly started for me. I still havent received any response from them. My last session I was severely burned on both my legs and I now have scars all over. At another appointment I was burned so badly it left a huge blister, this was because the technician went over the same spot multiple times. Not to mention the area was an already very sensitive area(location). And after spending an extreme amount of money and getting hurt in the process the treatments did not work at all. On any areas they were treating. This should be a full refund.Ideal Image

This was by far the worst $2,500 I've ever spent in my entire life. This company is a complete scam and should be shut down immediately ! They lied to me, told me that I was a good candidate for laser hair removal on my face. They were so quick to sign me up and take my money. The laser hair removal treatments did not work on my face, if anything it made my facial hair worse towards the end of my treatments. The laser light created more hair on my face and I ended up with way more hair than before !! I contacted their corporate office to try to get a refund or at least half my money back since the treatments made my situation worse. The manager was extremely rude and refused to give me any money back. They wouldn't even give me back the $250 life time membership fee because it's been over a month and you're supposed to cancel within the first month of signing up for the treatments...HOW was I supposed to know within a month that their laser was going to make my facial hair worse? This company is very unethical, they just want your money..they do not care about their clients. I'm posting this review to warn people not to do business with Ideal Image, take your money elsewhere !Ideal Image

“ BEWARE “Dallas texas IDEAL IMAGE is A WASTE of money 8,000 for only 3 treatments and its not worth it because nothing is happening, i called several times to get my money even half they said no refund, at first they should have a free treatment so if ever there’s nothing happens then you can back out. And i even went there and only 5 mins. Late they said they cannot treat me bec. Im late for 5 mins. I drove 45 mins. Just to go there and thats all i even gave my hours to my co worker just to have the treatment. I never even get the free treatment. Scam, they will just get your money, IDEAL IMAGE IS A WASTE OF MONEY A BIG MONEY.Ideal Image

I spent over $5000 with this *********** am still paying for services which did nothing but cause me physical ********** a financial hardship. I enlisted this service before my wedding in hopes of getting a better fit in my wedding dress. The only thing I got was time missed from work, uncomfortable sessions, pain afterwards for days, and NO RESULTS. I was the exact same ************* before the treatments began. I followed the instructions & the only thing I was told looking at the before and after pictures from the nurse was to buy more treatments WHY when the 12 I purchased did nothing. In the beginning I called them for more information on cool sculpting. They set me for an appt through zoom, I was hesitant to speak with a sales lady but they assured me she would explain everything. One of the first things she asked me was to remove my shirt so she could see my body, which I was caught me off guard especially on Zoom. During the zoom she also told me I was a perfect candidate, and assured me this was a painless procedure (lies). She recommended I purchase 12 sessions to see results, and it came with satisfaction guarantees and touch *** as needed (lies). I purchased the sessions during the zoom(pressured) for over 5 thousand dollars, & even drove much further to get a faster appointment because everything was booked up. They assured me with each session I would start to see result "next time". Next time NEVER came. I was misled and a complete fool for trusting the words of the sales person and spending so much money on something that did not work. The treatment at times were painful, to the point where I was about to cry during some of the sessions, but endured the pain because they said "next time". I was also extremely sore & could barely lay down due to pain/discomfort. I want my money back. Everytime I look in the mirror I feel like a fool for giving them over $5000 specially when there is NO results! I feel like I was scammed...over $5000 & still FAT!Ideal Image

I was charged $250 for a renewal when I never ended up getting services to begin with. Not sure how they can charge $250 where nothing states that there is an automatic renewal, this is terrible business practiceIdeal Image

The Jacksonville location never answers the phone and does not return voicemails. They continually make clients wait for extended periods of time past their appointment time. Yesterday was the third time I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. This is the 2nd time I've had to leave without my treatment because they were so late for my appointment, and the next available appointment time is in February 2023! When I told the receptionist I had to reschedule because they were so late, she said, "well it was a long appointment anyway." I let her know that is exactly why I cannot add an additional 30 + minutes past my appointment time waiting. She responded with, "well this is a medical office, things happen." I called two times on my way home, which is 20 minutes each way, but they did not answer. I left a voicemail asking that a manager return my call. I have not yet received a call back. I then called the 800 number and clicked 2 for new clients and got the customer service. They advised that I could file a complaint at corporate headquarters and gave me a number. I have called that number 3 times and it just loops me back into the same 800 number queue. Today I googled how to make a complaint and got a corporate number provided by BBB. That number just rings and rings, then hangs up.Ideal Image
