1 starI got cool sculpting at the ideal image in Boulder with horrible results. I have huge bumps in the middle of my stomach. I spent over $4000 which was a giant rip off. I was also promised a free cool tone with the ridiculous amount of money that I spent to make my stomach look worse. And now They are telling me I don't get that because I didn't book anytime. The problem is you can't book with these people they put you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and then promise a call back that never happens and then tell you you don't get the free service that you were promised. I've never been so disgusted with a company in my life that's $4000 that I will never see again . Please please please don't do tyes and if you do decide you need cool sculpting you can get it at a million other places for half priceReview fromArpita D

I received laser hair removal treatment on 11/2/22, where I incurred painful thermal ***** all over my full arms and underarms for the SECOND time from Ideal Image. Their incompetence to provide proper care and treatment lacks severely. After several failed attempts to escalate and find resolution with the customer service team and complete ignorance from the regional and center manager, I want future buyers to be aware and STAY AWAY from this business. Ideal Image has vast turnover on a regular basis and does NOT properly train the nurse practitioners. While some are thorough, others are lose in the actual approach of laser treatment. Once theyve got thousands of dollars from you, the care and empathy goes out the door. Take your business elsewhere!! The pain (literally and figuratively) is NOT WORTH IT!!!Ideal Image

I have been going to Ideal image since last May 2021. My husband bought me the lifetime warranty treatment for 5 areas. My first treatment was fine but afterwards it wasn't. I was advised by the sales **** rep that "it will be so nice for you to get laser and then be out in the sun since you're going on a trip and your legs will be so smooth" Needless to say, I spent weeks trying to recover my legs from the agonizing ***** I had in my legs. I had to be medicated to relief the pain, redness and swelling. I brought this up to their attention at my next laser treatment and even the nurse at the time said "the sales rep don't know s*** half the time" This is obviously very accurate.Ideal Image

1 starDO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY........ THEY ARE THE WORST, LIKE LITERALLY..
I am just so disappointed in myself more than anything for giving this company the chance to even have my money. All they do is try to make their numbers go up by giving promises and taking money from people who work hard for it. This is WRONG... People rely on services like the ones offered to boost confidence, help with insecurities, health, and morale, to help the CONSUMER feel amazing...This "IDEAL IMAGE" everyone needs to know how rude and unprofessional they are. I can't speak for the other locations, but the managers are rude, the technicians are children, and the overall feel of it is like a "scam"!
All I know is I better get my money back ASAP...
I drove over 1 1/2 hours to get to this place and paid for a sitter, wasted gas, time, and all of the above just to be denied service. I was denied service for something that they were aware of from the beginning, but after they made me get the membership and pay for all my services, mind you I only wanted one service, ended up getting more. Their sales department got me! Anyway, I could not get any money back. When I called customer service, they were rude as well. I had to sign a document stating that I'd receive my money...
My thing is why do I have to wait for my money to be returned when it did not? I paid them quickly. As a matter of fact, they bullied me out of my money...
I am so mad at IDEAL IMAGE.
They are unfair and after reading other reviews, they should have fixed this problem... Over 2 years of the same complaints. They should be ashamed of themselves...

I joined ideal image in Knoxville and was told I had a free gift. What was NOT told was you had a limited time to use it. In October I went to schedule said free gift and of course was denied because it had to be used in a certain amount of time. I will NOT be renewing my membership with Ideal Image and I would warn of anyone who wants to use them. You are told one thing and then another. Please consider before spending Thousands of Dollars! I have been going to Ideal Image since 2012. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on multiple hair removals areas. I am a “ Lifetime member” where the price for touch ups “never changes” which is a joke because they charge what they want stating “ it depends on a % of what the area costs now” ReAlly, I was told the price would never change. This last treatment for a Brazilian was not completed. I was told my contract had ended which was a surprise to me. No one communicated that to me. My father died and I had to cancel my scheduled treatment and when I go to reschedule the appointment I am told that my contract is over, sorry you are not satisfied, you can come in and pay the price for your lifetime membership to receive more treatment. I haven’t even paid off the original $2500 to do this treatment. I still have 2-3 inch hairs down there. I am so disappointed with the customer service or lack of, that I have received. I would have never thought that customer loyalty meant screw you. I started my Ideal Image journey in Georgia, then Michigan and now Arizona. The communication at the Scottsdale office was non existent. The nurse Heather was very attentive and nice but there was no communication as to “you are through or you need 3 more visits” just nothing. I did receive this option for more visits in Georgia and Michigan where I was satisfied at the outcome. My call to corporate was not satisfactory to me. I feel I should get as many visits as needed to receive a satisfactory treatment outcome. It’s a shame when a good, loyal customer is treated this way. I would like some type of resolution. After all this I will not be recommending Ideal Image to anyone. ****** ******Ideal Image

I had a consultation with a rep about possible services, she gave me a price that was a little above my budget but gave me the option of a weekly/monthly payment plan which I was fine with, as we continued she started asking for my social, I asked why she needed it for a payment plan and she told me it was protocol, I then asked if my credit was going to be involved because I was in the process of looking for homes and it's suggested you don't make any big purchases or open new credit lines so I told the rep I wasn't interested in services if my credit was going to be involved, she told me it wasn't so I continued with setting up a contract. A week later I got an alert that my credit score went down a whole lot!!! I was furious, I called ideal image and asked about it and they went on saying I signed a contract, I told them that I mentioned that I didn't want my credit involved and the rep said it wasn't going to be in the consultation so she was dishonest just to get me to sign a contract and that wasn't ok. I canceled my membership on the spot and asked if they could reverse it, they said it couldn't be done. I asked to speak with a manager but couldn't get in touch because the manager always seemed to be in a meeting or not at her desk, after calling a few times and getting the runaround, a manager finally called me and said the loan would be reversed and refunded back to Fortiva. I was relieved but after a month I got another alert from my credit and it went down 40 points!!!!! I called fortiva to check and see if the money was refunded and they told me it was only partially refunded and that there was still a balance. I called Ideal Image the next day and they said it was because of some skin care package they sent that needed to be sent back in order for them to refund the rest, I sent that oackage back weeks ago and I have the reciept....the dishonesty with this place is constant, and I don't want anything to do with them and I wouldn't recommend this to anyIdeal Image

I am very VERY disappointed in this place. My husband got me a package last year with life time warranty for Mother's Day. First of all, I am told by the sales person that it was going to be "so convenient you're getting laser since you are going to Miami, you will be able to enjoy your legs being all smooth" Needless to say, after sun exposure I was severely swollen for days. When I went back for my second treatment, the nurse was shocked with my story from the call center. She even said, "those salespeople are constantly telling customers the wrong stuff" Recently, I purchased another package and after being on the phone for almost an hour ensuring we were all set up, we finally scheduled my next visit which was to include all ongoing body parts plus the new ones from the contract. Sadly, when I showed up to that appointment, the nurse had no clue that I had been scheduled for all my sections which would have been about 1.5hrs. She checked with the front desk, and their only answer was "we don't know why there was a mischedule but we don't have the time to get all your sections done today. Every visit from there on that I have gone to, they have always had some issues with the parts that we are doing and I end up not getting all my areas treated. Today 11/14/22 - we received a bill saying I was past due for 2 months, when I have AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. The bank they work with is also AWFUL!!!! I am very disappointed in their way of handling customers, miscommunications and services. I have paid more than $10K in services (ALL PAID OFF as of today). I would not return if it wasn't for the fact that I recently just purchased 5 areas to laser and still have a whole year to go. If you can, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!Ideal Image

Terrible business! They charge you upfront for a fixed time contract and then never have appointments available. I have showed up multiple times and they cancel on the spot without warning. And then have no appointments available in the near future. I can never get in contact with the manager or customer service representatives. They offer no help! I wish I never paid or used them as a service.Ideal Image

I purchased 2 cool sculpting and 4 cool toning I received 1 cool toning and didn't need the other . I also purchased 4 cool toning , which are supposed to be used within 2 weeks of each other to get results. No one with the customer service never told me this . After my 1st session the nurse had mentioned it to me . Upon leaving I stopped at the desk to schedule my 2nd , 3rd and 4th appointment . They told me they didn't have another appointment for a month , I even asked for other locations. I booked a second appointment a month out which was canceled by them upon my arrival . I the booked a 2nd appointment the following week for the 2nd cool toning . This appointment was not beneficial at all , as the company and nurses knew they had to be scheduled 2 weeks from each other. II put the other appointments on my calendar only to travel 2 hours and they cancelled it on me. They then said they could not get me in for another 2 months . I therefore did not take them up on that because it would have zero effect. They owe me $4000.00 for the 1 cool sculpting because I did not need it , the 2 cool toning ( I did not use ) , and I believe the 2 cool toning's that had zero effect because the timing between the two. I have been trying to resolve for months . They have called me back 2 times and I got no where . They say a area manager will call me back but they never do. I am not the only that has this complaint, and this business should be shut down. They now have all my money but refuse to give it back. I paid $3,000.00 on debit and financed $2000.00 .
