I originally agreed to receive Ideal Image cool sculpting services and they messed up my appointment and cancelled on me. I have not received any product or services and they keep saying "The only person that can reverse your charges is Brittany" No one else is able to help. I have not had any appointments. If you're reading this, contact me so we can file a class action lawsuit. My cell phone is *** with *** and **** (text only please).Ideal Image

Basically, I was given a price quote and agreed with the payments because they were in my price range. Little did I know, they were lying. And when I got the payment contract it was double the price. So I called the next, explained what happened and was told it was canceled. Great. Well then I get a call from ideal image about a month later asking for payments. I told them what happened and that everything had been canceled and I had already talked to someone. They basically told me no and I owed them, then they hung up on me. After MULTIPLE unanswered emails trying to get this resolved, they still continue to ignore me and won't do anything. I have not used their services and never will I due to their poor customer service and leaving me on the hook for 2000 dollars that they refuse to cancel. So basically they are thieves and will lie to you. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!Ideal Image

I originally agreed to receive Ideal Image cool sculpting services but the next day I changed my mind and asked ********* to cancel my loan.I have not received any services or made scheduled any appointments.Today, I received a call and an email from Ideal Image requesting me to send an email canceling my financial dispute; because that is what ********* told I would need to do.Ideal Image states that I am legally responsible for payments since I signed a contract and they do not issue refunds.Keep in mind I canceled the loan the next day and I have no intentions of going to any pre- scheduled appointments for services.If not resolved via phone or email then I have no choice but to file a legal dispute.Ideal Image

This is an update: I received a call from an Ideal Image representative stating that Ideal Image would perform a refund. At the beginning of the conversation, I was offered other options for services, but I declined because I didn't want any extra debt that I may not be able to afford; especially being that is my main reason for cancelling the loan and services.However, I was told that I need to send back the package that I received. but if I am correct all but $174 would be refunded because that is the cost of whatever the package contains (little confused about that because that means I am responsible for something that I am not using due to the item being in some other's person or entity's care).Also, I was asked to please update my review on BBB. So here is the update... I was also told the loan would be processed on Wednesday (10/19/2022) given that Wednesdays are the day that things are processed.So, let's see if Ideal Image keeps their word and cancel all loans and services regarding me; cause I'm definitely going to keep mine if it is not cancelled.Review fromNikia P

SCAM!!! There was a misunderstanding on what treatment I was getting and was charged for 2, when I contacted them in less than 24 hrs I was told 1 of the treatments would get removed but weeks later they told me there's nothing they can do.Ideal Image

Ideal image is a scam. They promise you unlimited treatments during your laser hair treatment removal period that cost you $4k only to tell you that towards the end of your contract you cant have any more, youve had 11 which is more than most people. They treated me every 6-7 weeks on the leg, and then told me it is not approved for <8wks but then refuse to explain why it was okay beforethats convenient. Unlimited is a joke and they cant substantiate why their rules exist. And theyll give you a free treatment only to tell you later that you dont actually qualify. They just want your money and they dont want to do the work once they have it in their pocket. Best to stay very far away. It blows my mind that they are #1 in anything other than dissatisfaction.Ideal Image

The Absolute worse customer service agents work at the 800 number. I called in to receive information and pricing and the woman I spoke to at the ********** ** location gave me a some information but stated that depending on how much filler I needed would depend the pricing. I told her I was out of a surgery a week before and was still recovering so was not sure if I wanted to do anything yet. She told me well let's see how much ypu qualify for from our finance company and if you decide to do work you already know how much you can do. I said ok! But she never went into detail about this she never said it was a contract that I would be stuck in after I got my loan amount she never told me any thing about refunds nothing she never even emailed me the contract. A few days later I got a severe allergic reaction from the surgery I had and decided it was not smart to do any fillers at all and told them I wanted to cancel they said no problem an 800 rep will contact you to cancel. A week after that the 800 number called me and the *************** was extremely rude and condescending to me stated that even though I never stepped foot at Ideal image or got anything done that I still had to pay the $800 I got approved for. I spoke to 3 people from the 800# and have received the same response the last guy even went further to tell me to just get botox done. I hung up on him. Who charges you for something that never was received by the client no services were rendered. Just a brief phone conversation to ask for pricing and information got me in this **** h*** of a nightmare with this company. I refuse to pay for something I never received.Ideal Image

Ideal image is not transparent on these zoom calls. They said they can help me yet the ideal image in ******* ** turned me away. They do not tell you that the loan they help you with is noncancellable. This company is a bunch of crooks acting like they are professional. Do not do business with this company they are not upfront and honest. I want the loan sent back to the bank and they will not even do that even though they turned me away for what I told them I wanted. Very sad to even hear about this company.Ideal Image

I live in *****, ********. I signed up for coolsculpting and paid $2550 upfront total amount for all procedures requested. I called the next day to cancel as I had changed my mind. They refused to reimburse me. This is not acceptable. The no return information on contract is near the bottom of contract and will only return money if you have a serious medical issue. According to other reviews this statement is FALSE. You won't get your money back. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!!!! My rating is a negative -10Ideal Image

When I called for my free virtual consultation. The person I spoke to really went through the visit very quickly & before I knew it I signed up for appointments I know I sighed but I had no idea it was a contract. I called in the morning and was told the only way to cancel was with a doctor excuse. I emailed my doctor note from my primary care provider and still Tyler has not returned my call regarding my medical review. He told me I had to calm and cancel my case with the financial Alley before he could proceed with my letter. I send the letter & he will not call me back.Ideal Image
