I had two procedures done with ideal image, one of them being cool tone on both under arms. Now mind you I wanted to get rid of stubborn fat but I go to the gym at least 4 times a week as well, On the day of my appointment my nurse/tech revised the area and said that I might not be a good candidate. That I only had some loose skin close to the armpit area but no fat. She called for a second person to check out the area (first lady was short Hispanic, second tall white women). She looked at my arms for a sec and said "Sure she can get the procedure done just use the smallest plate.) The first thech was a bit in doubt but continued with the procedure. The procedure was done on 4/20/2021. I saw zero results from this pricey procedure. I thinking back to that day. I can not help to think that they knew I would not get any results because I still have that problem area that I am paying $1.309.56 every month for. I have reached out 3 times to the clinic in which I git this procedure done **** ******** *** ***** *** ******, **, ***** and spoke with Tisy she was very sweet and told me it is out of her hands. That she would inform the correct dept so I can get some type of resolution. Until this day I have not received a call form anyone. I have called three times in a three month period. I guess Ideal image only cares to collect money weather they deliver or not. Very upset with the situation. I am making sure to tell all my friends and family to stay away from this business. Hopefully this will not happen to future clients. ideal image should agree to do what is best for customer. If they would have been honest and told me that I would not see results. I could have saved myself the money and inconvenience of leaving this compliant. P.S ********* *********Ideal Image

1 starIdeal image wants to charge for a service that has not been done , they get you to pay ahead of time and when you decide to cancel they do not want to give you a refund back . i was told to fill a medicl form so i could get my 6110.00 back but they will refuse to do it ,I want my money back that is all. Over a 7 month period I have had my ultherapy canceled and rescheduled 5 times because the provider wasnt available. Each rescheduled apt takes at least 45 minutes total to figure out and then I rearrange my work schedule only to always get an email a day prior canceling. I am not sure how this will play out but I honestly wanted the services to enrich my life after a horrible divorce. And all Ive gotten from this is being made to feel like an idiot for trusting a company that cons people. There is no ultherapy provider.. periodIdeal Image

Horrible experience with Ideal Image. This location was unprepared for my appointment. They could not complete my treatment and I had to return. Very inconsistent information about the treatment and follow up. I heard 3 different things from 3 different people. Customer service at the local, regional, and national level has been awful. My first treatment was almost a month ago and I have reached out many many times to get my concerns addressed and so far I have not received a response. Attempted to escalate the issue but no one has contacted me. For anyone considering Ideal Image, please be aware that there are significant issues with the company.Ideal Image

I know I may have certain conditions that might prevent me from going through with all of my cool sculpting thats why I ask the person who was doing my consultation if I can get refund if I have health conditions that prevent me from doing cool sculpting. She told me yes! I bought 16 cycles of cool sculpting and done 8 cycles on my abdomen and planning to do the others on my back and flanks. While I was planning to go in to do my flanks, my appointment was cancel because there werent going to be someone there to do my cycles. I was called to filled in an appointment that was cancel but I wasnt available. After a while, I have issues with my menstrual cycles which caused a lot of pain on my back and hips along with low level of iron. I contacted the company to open a case to get my refund due to my concern of my pain and I cant no longer follow through with my cool sculpting cycles. I did get a call back to use other services instead of getting refund, in which it was never my interest and I was told that with my pain, I can still do my cool sculpting! How insane! I would never undergo something that will put more pain into me. I was disappointed and frustrated because I felt force into doing the services that concern my health and was offered other things that I didnt need or want to do but yet I have to pay the company to get free money! I dont think Ill return to use their services and I would be more grateful if I get my refund!Ideal Image

I bought 2 syringes of lip filler months ago thinking I would have plenty of time to use them before my family & I PCS to Germany this month. It took almost 2 months for me to get an appointment due to their staff shortage. I finally went in for my filler on Sep 1. The nurse who did my filler said if I felt like I my lips weren’t full enough & if I wanted more filler then I would need to come back within 2-3 weeks timeframe (she said 14-21 days). After the swelling went down I realized I wanted more filler so I did exactly what the nurse said & I called & scheduled another appointment for 2 weeks after my initial filler. My appointment was on Sep 15. When I arrived at my 2nd filler appointment I was told by the nurse that she could not do my filler because the scheduler only scheduled me for a 30 min appointment & filler appointments are 1 hr long. I explained to her that wasn’t my fault & the scheduler is responsible for making sure my appointment is correct. I told her it’s a 3 hr round trip drive for me to get to ideal image & this is unacceptable. She proceeded to tell me that she would see if the front desk person could make another appointment for me. I was able to get another appointment on Sep 20. When I arrived the nurse told me that she could not do my filler! OMG! I could not believe this! I asked her why & she said she will only does lip filler 30 days apart. I told her to show me the Ideal Image policy that says this. She said it’s not an ideal image policy it’s a provider policy and she refuses to do the filler for that reason. I should have been told this before I bought the filler & how is it that each nurse told me something different on the 3 different occasions I visited the Virginia Beach office. All of the nurses, front desk personnel & phone schedulers should ALL be ON THE SAME PAGE! they should all be trained properly & not give customers wrong information. Now I’m about to PCS to Germany and I want a refund for my unused syringe.Ideal Image

I signed up for the ice sculpting. I never used the service as I am medically and financial unable to use the service. I spoke with Ashley from Ideal Image. I was told I needed to complete a medical form to be submitted to their medical department. I informed Ashley that I would not be able to pay the $2k and asked that she cancel my membership. I’m awaiting to hear back regarding the medical review. This is too much of a hassle. I am sick with multiple medical conditions and don’t have the energy or time to be frustrated by this.Ideal Image

I wanted to give them absolutely zero. They scam me into buying the laser hair removal. I was happy when receiving treatment for my face. But for my intimate part they burn it so bad I had a second degree burn. When you call the site looking for a manager your are received by the front desk personal who tell there is no manager then proceeded to hang up. She even said this is a recorded line and continues to hang up. I recently called and inquiring about my deal and package. I was send a email with more offer and them telling you sign this lifetime deal. Lol. This company is should not be operating. Specially the one in Brandon Florida. Oh I forgot to mention the Bias treatment after getting burn. Please they need to look at this scam of a company who seem to be running without any management. Funny they had a manager when it came time to take my money. Manager never on site andIdeal Image
