  This company is a scam! Basically a time share presentation! I had a sales call with *****, zoomed though her whole sales pitch! Said I wouldn't be charged until I started treatment and that was a lie! They have $3000 of my money for services not rendered and they refuse to give it back! I have been going back and forth with them for a month! I spoke to ***** today and he said I was threatening him and blackmailing the company if I did a Yelp review! The nerve of these people!!! Their bonuses must b real good to treat people the way they do!!! Unbelievable!!! Do not get scammed by Ideal Image ma peeps!!!

  So I was going to go for cool sculpting and my doctor told me that I should go along with the surgery so I told the people at ideal image that I wasn't going to go with it so I asked them to refund the money so I can pay back the loan company and they asked for a doctor's note so I gave them the doctor's note and they still are refusing to refund me and this is really messing my credit score up

  I moved to a new town after having had 3 treatments at Anti Aging Centers, and thought of transferring my hair removal to one of the Ideal image locations near my new home. Went on their website to look up pricing - no prices listed, says I have to give my phone number to find out. Gave number- still no price, says we will call you. They call me - no price, you have to have a free consultation on zoom to find out. Ok fine, I do the consultation. Lady is super evasive, talks for 10 minutes nonstop. I finally ask point blank, and she quotes me $3,300 and says my prior treatments dont count because they at ideal image charge a flat rate for anyone at any level of hairiness. Which means I have to pay THEM again for all the progress I had already made elsewhere. I asked why so expensive (many times more than my prior place), and she immediately started lying that my old place wasnt medical grade, the nurses were estheticians and I would be stuck going there forever. All lies. In fact the RN that took care of me at my old place had worked at the same hospital I did. Their entire approach at ideal image felt really sneaky, dishonest. I will rather commute an hour one way to my old place to finish my hair removal. No thanks. Oh, an when I left a negative comment to their post on ********* they promptly deleted it without addressing the issue. Thats how they do business. Thank god I didnt pay them any money; seeing others reviews is horrifying.

  So, I called for the free video consultation on cool sculpting, the lady was very nice and she told me I needed X number of treatments. She sent me a contract, which I signed and PAID IN FULL. At my very first treatment, the nurse told me she did not think I needed all of the treatments I bought because I am small. I asked her what I should do since I did not know how many I needed and trusted the consultant did and sold me the package in good faith. I was told (by her and by every single person that I worked with thereafter) that I could either transfer the credits towards another service or get a refund, which I thought was strange because the contract says no refunds, but since I was hearing it directly from them, again, more than one person, I believed it.I was there this last Friday, September 2, for another round of cool sculpting and as I suspected, the lady who did it said that she did not recommend any more because of my size, and once again, said I could either transfer to another service or get a refund. After I was done, a lady who I believe to be the manager told me that I had over $2K left in credit (she showed me the number but I did not write it down) and asked what I wanted to do. I asked her how that would translate into cool tone treatments and she said it was worth 6 sessions. I scheduled 4 sessions (their recommendation) and asked for a refund for the last 2. I just got a call from some guy saying I cannot get a refund because "that's all over the contract" and talked to another woman from corporate saying the same thing, who told me to review the contract, which in turn, I responded I knew what the contract said, thank you very much, but was told otherwise by her employees.In short: DO NOT TRUST THE CONSULTANTS WHEN YOU CALL IN BECAUSE THEY WILL KNOWINGLY SELL YOU MORE THAN YOU NEED. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO THE TREATMENTS, DO ONE AT A TIME, DO NOT BUY A PACKAGE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STUCK.Please do not bother to respond.

  Here is my story...went in to get laser hair removal on my back...after the sessions were complete, hair came back so I complained and they retreated me...Guess what? IT DIDNT WORK AGAIN!!!! I called and opened a case and the rep from the "Executive team" was so rude and abrasive towards me. I recorded the conversations and will be posting to all social media for the world to here and have contacted an attorney. I am appalled at the way I was treated. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! CANDACE WAS VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME EVERYTIMEI DO THE LIVE CHAT ASKING FOR AN UDATE. They told me someone will be contacting me and its been a month!!! False advertising at its finest! Look at Denise' review below...she is right, they dont even deserve 1 star! Pursuing a civil lawsuit now. I tried to be civil and they were very abrupt and evasive because they know what they are doing is WRONG!!!! IDEAL IMAGE, YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!!

  I received an email stating that I had signed a contract and opened an account with this business but I have absolutely no recollection of such as I am disabled and informed them of such. Never went to the business nor have I received any services. Tried contacting business but continuously was hung up on

  I wish I had read these reviews before I went to this company. This was the worst experience. I had a video consultation with a woman who was nice enough and assured me that what I was looking to have done was easy and I would be extremely pleased with the results. The consultation was for reduction around my midsection/waistline. I paid my $2000+ deposit and they also took out two payments from my account. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment the on site consultant advised that they couldn't perform the services because I didn't have the right kind of belly button. Out of over $2000 paid they have returned a little over $500. I want all of my money returned. I had no services performed and you can't tell me the video consult costs $2000. When I call and email they are completely unresponsive. Who else can I report them to???

  offered lifetime membership with promise of free treatment. Choose IPL , did not want any other treatment and this was communicated to the rep. No instructions given before IPL treatment. Initial encounter was asked if sun exposure greater than 15 minutes past month and said yes ,appointment was rescheduled . Several rescheduling ,with final one i made sure no sun exposure more than 10 minutes and sunblock always on only to be told that due to my skin tone, iam not a candidate for IPL. If i was told that i was not a candidate for IPL the very first time i was seen as my skin tone has not changed, winter or summer ( which the nurse alluded to why iam not a candidate now, and i was before) then it could not have been an issue. But the taxing thing of rescheduling, sacrificing not going out in the sun just to get the treatment, and driving to the establishment only to be finally told you are not a candidate is reflective of how the staff are inefficient and unprofessional. There is also this demeanor by the nurses who act like they are not confident about the treatment they are about to perform giving the impression they are scared to do it or are new at work . I hope that other customers will not have same experience as mine. There is nothing wrong with saying upfront if a customer is not a candidate for treatment, but please do so in a timely manner and not waste the customer's time or efforts.

  **BEWARE**Ideal image is a scam and they are thieves. Do not give your money or business to this company. I contacted fortiva who I have the loan through and told them I decided to cancel and wasnt going through with any procedure. They notified me that ideal image had already taken the money and I needed to contact them for a refund. Im in SHOCK. Why would they take any money if I still had a month before my scheduled procedure but whatever so I contact ideal image to request a refund and they let me know someone will reach out to me. 3 weeks go by and I finally hear from someone and they tell me I cant get a refund because it is stated that they dont give refunds in the contract. Even though *** had nothing done and they said they already took the money and there was nothing they can do. They are thieves that take the money before you decide to cancel so that they can steal it and force you into a procedure. The person I spoke to **** was very rude and unprofessional interrupting me and not letting me talk he said as an adult I should have ready the contract and then hung up on me. *** wrote a review on here and **** contacted me again and again he was very rude and unprofessional. Finally after stating that the issue wasnt resolved ideal image said they would have someone else contact me and that was 2 weeks ago they ignore you and push off contacting you. LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL, THIEVES,. This explains the many bad reviews and I hope this saves others from making the mistake I have had. If ideal image wants to contact me I demand to speak to someone in management and refuse to speak to **** again. Ive never been to ideal image nor had any procedure done and tried kindly resolving this issue but ideal image has pushed me into attack mode.

  Still no word from ideal image and it has been over a month they are a sketchy dodgy business whose only aim is to make money and steal from people. *** told them multiple times that I have lost my job and can not make the payments to fortiva who is demanding I pay though I havent had anything done. I want a refund and will continue to fight this.
