I had a consult with ideal image for cool sculpting for chin and lip injections. During my consultation I expressed what I wanted done. She told me that this could get taken care of easily! She even had me pinch my double chin and said that it would be an easy process for me since there was not much there. I asked if I would have to get multiple treatments to see results and she said no because it wasn't a lot. Then we discussed my lips, I have thin lips and when I told her I just wanted a lift for my top lip she had said that I would see great results and it would be lifted with one syringe, basically setting me up for failure. My consultant seemed to care more about the money for the company then to really tell me the truth that most treatments you will have to do multiple times. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of when I should be able to trust my consultant to be truthful and give me the information that I need. During my consult she also told me that I had to purchase a cream for the cool sculpting but could not tell me what it was for. I went in for my procedure and asked what the cream was for and no one could tell me and when I wanted to return it, they would not let me. I went through with both treatments and saw little to no results. I went back in on August 13th for an evaluation of the procedures. You could see no results with the cool sculpting and they also weighed me and I had lost weight even since the procedure. For my lips, the only difference was the bottom but that is not what I wanted. The nurse told me she would contact her manager and my consult person and someone would contact me, week and a half goes by, nothing. I called and they said she would contact me back, still nothing. called again and again waiting for nothing. It's really sad to see that they do not care about their clients results and if they're happy, just their money. I spent money for no results and being mislead. I would like my money back at this point.

This company are liars, scammers and the people answering the phones representing the company are rude and threatening. I approached them via phone and they immediately wanted to do a virtual consult. A date was set for me to have botox and filling. The next day as I am driving I receive a text stating my appointment was cancelled. I immediately called them and cancelled my contract due to them not able to provide the services they said they would render. So all said no services were ever rendered. They now are requiring/threatening me to pay over $3,300.00 for no services rendered. I just received a call from a rude and unprofessional guy by the name of Tyler M***** who said it is a binding contract. Please people do not call these people, email, text, etc. They are scammers and I myself am talking to attorneys who have read the contract and it is not a binding contract so Yes I think a civil lawsuit is warranted. They need to be put out of business. This company is not even worth a one star.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I ended up in the ER for a rather large ovarian cyst removal. I called in to cancel my appointment and let the rep know I could not attend my appointment. After consulting with my doctor, he advised me to not proceed with anything that could add stress to my abdominal area. I, again, reached out to Ideal Image to let them know what was going on. I was told they would proceed with a refund and there would be a rep from Client Services that would call me to discuss everything. HA. That was a joke. After a MONTH, Client Services contacted me and told them they needed THEIR doctors to sign off on my refund. Excuse me, what? I consulted with my doctor and he advised me to send a visit summary that would disclose the procedure and the date. He said that was all they were legally entailed to have. Fast forward to today, I receive a voicemail from the Client Services rep telling me that my "claim was denied" by their doctors and I needed to hate a detailed note outlining my procedure for their doctor to sign off on. I have since contacted my attorney and I will be suing. This is not only illegal from a legality standpoint, this is morally wrong as well.

      Please review your contract guidelines:

      4. We may also terminate the Agreement at any time and for any reason and we will then refund you if our medical director in his/her sole
discretion determines that you are not an appropriate candidate to receive treatment services

Let me understand this correctly; you choose at YOUR discretion, right? So that means that if your "doctors" have a wild hair up their rear, they can deny it, right? So it's basically an at-will contract. You're admittedly screwing over customers that have issues out of their control. Sadly enough, I was considering, pending this was able to be situated, I wanted to come back for other services at a later date. After this experience? Not a chance in this lifetime. Makes sense as to why people are rallying together to file a class action lawsuit.
Fair enough. I will be pursuing things with my attorney and filing a formal report with the Attorney General's office.

I purchased cycles of cool sculpting and cool tone about two years ago with Ideal image and financed through ally lending. from the beginning this has been a headache to get them to revolve anything. Ally was unable to cancel the contract within 5 days I purchased the contract as Ideal image advised it was norm possible to cancel the contract , even though It had only been 5 days and NO procedures were done.
I ended up having to go through with it, and did the cool sculpting which I must say does not do what it promises. For one the fat is still there and you texture on the skin is not the same as the rest. I guess I now know because I did it and have heard from people how they regret doing this procedure.
Second, the cool tone was never used being they suggested the only way for one to notice a difference in the area worked on was if it was smooth or with less fat I should say. So I never got it and recently called to see if I could instead use that unused product purchased with something else and come to find out I can't and I can't reinstate anything because those expire. So pretty much you pay and get sucked in a contract that TAKES your money.
I'm still paying for the contract and this has been the worst and feel like I'm just giving away money on a monthly basis.
Ideal imagine I would really like my money back or from this moment on for you to absorb the pending balance and pay it to ally lending. The only thing I want at this point is to not have to pay anything else as you have decided to not help in any other way! I don't care for additional treatments or use the remaining unused cycles on anything else but either my money back or you cancel the balance owed.

Too bad there is not a negative stars because this company completely deserve it. This is a cautionary tale. I will let everyone know how horrible this company and it's loan affiliate Alley is. I signed on and a week before I was to get my treatment I wanted to cancel. I called the office and asked to cancel my appointment. When asked why or if I wanted to reschedule I told them, that at the time that I signed on I had just had to make the decision to let my father go and then that day paid for the first time $72 to fill my tank. I knew that this is not a fiscally responsible thing to do and that I made the decision during a time of extreme stress and depression (my dad died and I had to make that decision, I had even told the sales person that). I was then advised that regardless of getting the treatment or not I would still have to pay. The only way out was to have a doctor lie for me saying that it would be harmful to me. So I was forced to do the treatment, I'm not going to pay for doing nothing. The best part of all this...nothing happened. The treatment did nothing for me. I will be letting everyone know how both Ideal Image and Ally are disgraceful companies to deal with. The treatments do nothing and the lending practices are unbelievable. I will find every avenue to let people know about this.

Prior to purchase, ALL guest signe a non refundable service agreement which is delivered by email and in their possession. Acknowledgment of this agreement indicates understanding of the terms which include no gargantee of results. Treatments provided at will

They are speaking truth, they do do that. But again when you're talking to the person booking your appointment, that is NOT how it's presented. But again, it doesn't matter. Once you've signed, regardless if you get the treatment done or not you will still have to pay. Death, distress, finances mean nothing. It's just business, that is all you are...$$$$.

About a few years back I went to Ideal Image. They were a little expensive but I felt like I needed my facial hair to be removed and I heard good things about Ideal Image. One of the consultants told me about financing. So I decided to finance. On the day of my third treatment my face was hurting. The girl that did my laser said to me she needs to turn up the voltage. I told her with her turning up the voltage it really hurts my face. She didn't listen until the end of my laser I had burn spots. I went home that day and put aloe on my face. I was so scared to go back for my forth treatment. I didn't go. Now because I financed the collection agency is sending me bills. Why do I have to pay if someone is burning my face?

You have a financial agreement with the lender( Third Party) a promise to pay. You are responsible for these payments regardless of treatment as indicated in that agreement

I understand I signed a contract agreement. What was I supposed to do when every session I go to I was getting burned. It took days to heal. No one at ideal Image seemed to care. Is my next step to sue? If Ideal Image is wanting payments from me then it's only fair I get my treatment the right way.

Between my daughter and my wife, we spent over 40K with this company with very poor results or no results after treatment was completed. treatments were not done on regular bases, my wife arm had burn spots and was painful for a while, this was due to the leaser treatment she received. They have charged our credit card for a service that they never provided. They ignore all of my communication effort via email or by phone calls. @ This point I am seeking legal action.

Corporate Office is rude, misleading, and aggressive. They will take your money and failed and will not provide cancellation less than 12 hours. After being misled and reading reviews, I knew I did not trust these people with my money or body. It is a TRAP!! RUN

Paid over $7k for THREE laser hair removal appointments and now will be charged over $100 per appointment because they never have availability and took too long to get any appointments. Enough to get rid of my hair (16 cycles) was promised but I guess I didn't read any fine print wherever it might have been that says you'll have to pay even more in addition to the THOUSANDS already wasted. Looks like once I paid off my loan they started wanting to charge me again. I don't have thousands to throw away but that is exactly what happened here. Don't do it. Find a good med spa because this one isn't it. How disgusting for a business to charge so much for so much less than what was promised. I'm being nice enough to give them the week they asked to deal with my case then, if it's not resolved, I'm leaving this review everywhere I possibly can to warn as many people as possible to find a good business and not get stuck with Ideal Image. I found so many sites available to warn potential customers. I hope I can help at least one other person to not get taken advantage of.
