1 starThe lady on the phone told me that it was guaranteed for life and if my hair ever grew back I could come in for free treatments. And then they kept pushing my appointments out and cancelling my appointments. I got maybe 6 appointments in almost 2 years because their staff calls out and they can't get you back in for months. I still have to shave every day after over $4000. They verbally lie and the change things in the fine print that supposedly says in their own way that they are responsible for actually doing what they say they will. FRAUDS, should be put out of business. I complained to the manager and she literally showed me a stack of court papers from other complaints and told me that nobody wins and against them in court so I should save my time/money, absolutely ridiculous!Review fromCarly C

After my Zoom consultation I was really excited to start Laser Hair Removal (Lifetime Guarantee package). I always read contracts before spending a lot of money and I'm so happy I did for this. The person who did my consultation straight up lied about details related to the contract. She also made it sound like the Lifetime Guarantee was a... LIFETIME Guarantee. Before you waste your money, it's not. After you spend your initial amount (my initial cost was $2,700), then it's a yearly membership of $250/per year. On top of that you only get discounted touchups. She never mentioned anything about paying for touchups, she made it sound free. When I asked to see the contract she sent me a link to put in my credit card info. After asking again for it she finally mentioned the auto-renewal fee that would be charged for the membership (a membership that I didn't know I was signing up for at all). After reading so many other reviews this is a pattern. They obviously are trained to give as little information about what the service will actually cost long term. They count on their customers not reading the full contract and surprising them later with the costs. By then it's too late because you agreed to it. It's predatory behavior from what I thought was a good company. When I gently confronted the sales lady about the parts she explicitly lied about in our emails she never responded. If a company acts so unethical to its customers why would anyone trust them to put a laser anywhere near their body?Ideal Image

Clearly you didn't even read my review. I don't have a Lifetime Membership. I would never be a customer after I realized the unethical way you get business by tricking people. My review is to warn others.Review fromDyantha E

The girl that sold me the package for Coolsulpting on 9/18/22 told me that I had a 45 day window. That the financing was with Ally. I agreed to the terms I get a email from ally that they are sending the money in two weeks to Ideal Image and start taking the money out of my account. I immediately called Ally to cancer my contract, which by the way I can cancel within the appropriate time, they gave me a case number. Said it would take 7 business days to process. Then I immediately called Ideal image and canceled my appointment and told them I was canceling period. They also gave me a cancel and they gave me a cancel contract number. I also informed Ideal image I was going to my.bank and put a block on my.checking account so no money is withdrawn. What really ****** me off was the fact that when we discussed the payment arrangement she said wait and called Ally in a few days but in there hast they contacted me thru email on 9/19/22. That they were going ahead with start taking the money out of my account to pay Ideal
I did all of this on 9/18/22, so according to law there is suppose to be a cancelation period which I was not told. I hope that Ally financing will comply to my cancelation since I called them the next day. If Ideal image except there money I hope they return it because I canceled with them as well.Ideal Image

I signed a contract on Saturday Aug/7th at noon for laser hair removal, and I was told by the agent that I have upto 7 business days to change my mind. However by Monday August/9 at morning I called and requested to cancel the contract. I received a call later saying I have signed on a language that's not a refundable!!! I told the agent that I have skin/health concern issues I get rashes so fast and I have a fear about all this. I don't feel safe in doing laser, cuz I have a very sensitive skin and I get blisters, marks on my skin so I'm scared to do it. The agent was so very rude and never did listen to my statement was only focused to tell me that it's a not refundable ( I told her it's hasn't been 24hrs yet!) and I called Ally bank and filed a dispute on the charges ... never received a call from Ideal image I still have no idea what to do! I don't have any appointments with ideal image and the bank hasn't gotten back to me! They are thief - unethical business ( they know they have a legal language but they also they know they are causing a harm to the other party) which makes the contract invalid!! This business is a complete scammersIdeal Image

In 9/2020 I purchase $2793.00 of laser hair removal. I was given less than half of the treatment due to lack of nurses that was impacted by the pandemic (according to the scheduling) It took me 8 month later in December to finally get an appointment, by that time the prior treatments was no longer effective. When I arrived at my appointment they informed that my appointment was canceled and they did not have another one available for me until after my contract date expired, which I would need to pay out of pocket almost $200 for retouches each visit. That made absolutely no sense since I didn't even get to complete more than 1/2 of my treatments. I contacted the corporate office and all they did was apologize and reassure me that I cannot get a refund based on condition of my contract, which clearly did not state in case of nurse shortage I will not be refunded or receive treatments. Corporate offered me a discount on retouches and no further assistance to either getting those treatments I was missing or refunding me my money. This purchase was paid on my credit card which I'm still paying on plus interest and I received nothing for it. Please help my to find a resolution to this problem. ThxIdeal Image

I spoke with a Sales bak in November 2021 and I was excited to start my Cool sculpting, I paid Ideal Image and the Remaing to Alley a total over $5000.00. I have only received 3 Treatments out of 16 Cycles, and everytime I try to book an appointment they are rarely available. Then when you complain about not being able to get an appointment they began to over talk you, then I get upset because I can not speak. It has been 8 months and I have only received 3 cycles out of 16 how am I suppose to see results when they do not have the staff to accommodate customers. I want my money back so I can find a place that I can find a place that does not over sale their products and leave customers with no options.Ideal Image

Two weeks ago my wife and I were pressured into purchasing a plan with Ideal Image. When we asked to have a couple hours to read the contract, the sales person told us there was no time if we wanted to get a discount for signing. I was a 10 page contract and the sales person seemed like a nice, honest person and we were very interested in the Coolscupting process. So we signed the contract and acquired $6,000 in financing. When we realized we were spending more than we could afford at this time, we were told the contract stipulated at the very end that all products were non-refundable and now we are striving to cancel. We did not even receive a written copy of the contract for a week. Now Ideal Images is refusing to return our calls, both to their local and corporate offices. I am not saying the product is a scam, but the sales process certainly is. Because the sales woman would not allow us time to peruse the contract and because she said she would not receive her commission unless we signed that evening (we were talking around 10 pm that evening and as a 75 year old, I was getting pretty exhausted, we relented and immediately, the next day, had buyer's remorse. Had I any idea that the contract was not refundable it never would have been signed. And, as of now, two weeks later, we are $6,000 in debt that we cannot afford.Ideal Image

Let me say If I could give Ideal Image zero stars I would, unfortunately that's one star is the least I can give. Their customer service skills for the lack of better words are nonexistent. They harass you until you agree to a consultation and then they tell you your consult is a verbally binding contract. WHAT THE ****! I don't know how this company is still in business. I contacted Ideal Imagine a few days ago, saying I wanted to cancel because I could not afford the service. I was told by an associate that canceling was not an option, I would have to come in for the appointments; but they can lower my monthly payments. Let me reiterate I have not gone to a single appointment or had any treatment done. I did not sign a contract and yet I'm bind to services I don't want and cannot afford. Something has to be done about this company and their deceitful and predatory practices. I spoke to the lending company Ally Lending and was told that if Ideal Image sends back the money I borrowed from them, my business with them would be complete. These are hard times and these companies that prey on unsuspecting consumers need to be stopped.Ideal Image

I called and asked about services in June 9 and was approved by Ally for the payment of said services. An appt was not set at that time . Later an appt was set for July 5. I cancelled and confirmed the cancellation however I was charged for the visit that I never have gone to as I was out of town for the holiday . Now the company is saying. That I owe $1450 for services that have not been rendered because I was charged even though I haven't been and canceled because they charged me the when the loan was set up and they have been paid in full by Ally so I owe the money regardless. For services I have t have or not even walking through the door? No wonder they high pressure yiu on the phone to get you to hurry and sign the documents, that are just 'standard ' . Horrible business practice to charge for services and appt that was canceled well in advance! I was called by corporate and spoke to Tabia- who could only offer me a quick appointment. Never even an I'm sorry for the misunderstanding but , sorry , you owe the money and you still should get the services because you're paying for them !! Do yourself a favor ... don't buy services from here... we can all do better and they don't care about their customers or good business practices.Ideal Image

1 starI was going through a rough part in life where I believed I wasn't worth anything I believed that I was too ugly and too fat and I can never be the pretty girl. So I signed up for cool sculpting treatments with Ideal Image. Back in July 3, 2022 with Brian M*****, he was explaining to me that I would be about to treat my chin, back, under arms, thighs, top and bottom stomach, and my hips. But he told me they only accept full amount payments, so he signed me up with ALLY a 3rd party loan and was told I had a loan up to 4,500 of which, Ideal Image has received. Only 2 to 3 weeks later after initially signing up for the services, I realized that this was not something I could not afford along with the last appointment back in July 18, 2022 I had I got a better understanding on what I can do the lady explained to me I only have 8 session and 4 of them were used that day. I asked how when it's only been a day and she showed me a cut out plastic oval that is smaller than my hand and said "whatever covers this oval is equal to one session but she use a cut out plastic oval the size of my foot ( I wear 5 1/2 in women ) and told me the cut out she used was considered as to sessions. I reached out to Brian M***** explaining to him on email that I did not want to continue this and haven't heard anything from him. I only had one appointment because the lady at ideal image said she would also use the other half and told me to buy more. Excuse me you're meaning to tell me I'm i'm literally Going to pay $4500 for only just two days. I'm honestly living paycheck to paycheck not even having enough money for food half the time so I can only eat one meal a day at most. Some days I just don't eat at all. I'm even late on bills I called my financing company and they told me to get in touch with Ideal Image I just Got a call from corporate stating that they will not be Returning or refunding my money and she's basically forcing me to choose another service from IdealImage.
