Please never use these people they will force a pregnant woman to pay for services before she can even use them. I tried to cancel my appointment without using any of the services and now I'm getting phone calls saying that I must pay if Ally cancels the loan. This is crazy and I will tell everyone I know that they don't care about pregnant women at all. The emotional distress I am going through is insane and they simply do not care. I want to cancel my contract with them instead of postponing it for 12 months SINCE IM PREGNANT but no one there cares even though I haven't even used their services and then I asked for a copy of my contract and they still haven't sent it over. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any type of company I don't even know where to start. Firstly I was misinformed and taken advantage of , the sales person didn't tell me half of the Information that I later found out on my own , she pressured me into a deal making it seem like I would have to pay more if I didn't purchase it in that moment with her . I get it it's sales and it's your job but misinformation and credibility when it comes to medical procedures isn't something that should be shoved in your face with incentives. I no longer feel safe following through with this procedure and skin cancer runs in my family so my dr now is advising me that it would probably be safer not to. I haven't had a single treatment because I simply want no part in this anymore. They promised me 3 days to cancel but when I tried to no one responded to hear I am, I will be filing a dispute against this company in the following days because I'm not paying for a procedure that is not safe for me and that I haven't started. When i sent out email and started a " case " . My case was disregarded and the male i talked to was incredibly disrespectful telling me it's my fault for putting myself in a position like this .Ideal Image

I called Ideal Image and shared that I had canceled my procedure online and that I wanted to get a refund. I was then notified that Ideal Image did not offer refunds. I stated that I was not notified this during my consultation. I asked that the women if she thought it was okay for me to pay for service that I no longer wanted to receive, she stated that she was sorry that information was not conveyed, but yes that was their policy. However, now after reading multiple complaints I now realize that this a sneaky unethical tactic that this business does quite often.Ideal Image

If there was an option for zero stars I would select that. I inquired about Cool Sculpting through a Facebook ad on 8/9/22 around 7:30pm. With in 5-10 minutes I was contacted by a member of Ideal Image and did a virtual consultation via Zoom. I was interested in the product and agreed to receive a quote from their Representative Samantha. The quote was for $3,700 and included 10 sessions. Once asked if I wanted to move forward, I asked the representative if this would be a hard inquiry or a soft inquiry. She insured me this would be a soft inquiry and so I continued with accepting the application. Once I do so I received an Experian alert saying my credit was pull and a hard inquiry had been made. At this time I was still on a zoom call with Samantha and I notified her of this prior to signing the remaining document for ideal image. She stated her manager had just told her it happened because I accepted the terms and that I could rest assure that it would fall off and the only time it would show on my credit was if I failed to pay back the loan. I called Ally financial today 8/10/22 around 8:30am and they stated it was not true the inquiry would not fall off of my account. The Ally rep was helpful and filed a case to cancel my loan. I also called the local Ideal Imaging (Zona Rosa, Kansas City) and spoke with them and they stated I needed to cancel within 3 days of signing up and so I did through ideal customer service and the rep submitted the cancellation. I just received a call around 3:15pm today from an Ideal Imaging Representative and she stated per contract that I could not be refunded or credited. I have not used the services and do not want to, I was mislead on multiple times by the sales rep so that I could continue and even emailed her regarding this with no response. So now I'm on the hook for a service I signed up for not even 24hrs ago and have an inquiry on my credit. This is terrible and no one should ever do business with this company. Ever!!!!Ideal Image

I paid almost 3k for laser hair removal which did not work at all. When I did an online consultation with a representative, she explained that a big portion of hair will be reduced at the end of the treatment. I received either 7 or 8 sessions of laser removal, however, I have not seen a change in the hair density or the thickness. I explained this to my nurse at the time, and she went over the bikini area twice in my last session and advised me to talk to the front desk. After I talked to the front desk, they told me that they are going to talk to the head office for a few free sessions. Here we are, months later with no calls or emails back from IdealImage. I called the Langley office last week, and the receptionist told me they did not even create a complaint at that time, so now I'm waiting for the US head office to contact me, which was supposed to happen last week.
The payment plan and financing were really challenging for me, I had to do an extra part-time job to pay for it, and here we are, months later 3k lost, bad communication, and a false service advertisement.

It's been 15 days, no calls emails or anything. I'mcaling the customer service line, they have been transferring me to random people. Horrible customer care and service, do not lie about the results if you're not going to provide them. I have to seek legal action as a last resort.Review fromNorma G

I contact today Ideal imagine to request a refund since I been trying to get a copy of my contract and nobody did until today, that I requested a cancellation. It's been 2 weeks that I have done my consultation over the phone.I have been back and forth by email and the contract was not sent . I am very disappointed because they never mentioned to me about the refunds or cancellation policy. I was expecting to have my contract the same day. I feel like they are pushing you to do everything at the moment with lacking of communication and in this case it's not fair that you need to keep going with something that they didn't explain well. I was very excited to have my treatment done but unfortunately they don't seem to care after you signed since they have the power in their favor. It was so simple to sent a copy of my contract. I don't know why they don't send the contract the same day , it make me think after all that something they're hiring. I wish I could of read these reviews before I requested a consultation.Ideal Image

I was interested in laser hair removal and had a zoom meeting. The rep I had explained the services and then asked to check my credit to see if I apply to their offers. What I thought was just a credit check turned into her basically having me sign a loan through ally. I then called the rep for ally to cancel because I had buyer's remorse and did not want this to effect my credit score. I get another call from them asking why I had done this, so I explained that I no longer wanted to do business with them. She told me that the contract I signed was "legally binding" and I still had to pay the full amount or take out a loan through ally. I was not provided a copy of the contract nor was it explained in the meeting that it was legally binding or non refundable. I was cornered again to sign to pay an upfront fee amount before services. I still have not gone to a single appointment and I do not want to go. I want to cancel my appointment and get a refund because I have not had any services with them. This has given me a lot of emotional distress the past couple of days and I do not want someone to make the same mistake. I just want a refund and to move on from all of thisIdeal Image

Within 3 hours of talking to Lauren from this company I emailed her and informed her that I would not be able to sign up for the services. I was told that I was not able to cancel and that I would be completely responsible for services and membership fees that I will not be using. I had them send me the paperwork stating that there was a no cancellation policy, but they are able to cancel at anytime. Then the guy that called me informed me that a refund is only issued within 30 days of canceling services, but once I questioned him about that he continued to say that there is a no refund policy. So now I am being forced to pay the lender over $500 for services and a membership that was not used and that was canceled within 3 hours of speaking to Lauren on a zoom call. How is this even legal or possible? This company is a SCAMIdeal Image

I was pushed into signing paper work and felt peered pressured. She never told me that it was non refundable and she never asked me any questions or told me any information etc. I felt like I was robbed and I just want a refund. I don't want any service from them anymore. She told me what I paid for at a different center was too much even though at ideal it was only $50 cheaper ( not a big difference). I felt like I couldn't get a word in when I was talking to her.Ideal Image

Clinicians were arrogant. The were suppose to do a Botox checkup. Then they said oh you don't need it and sure as expected the Botox did not take. I called and emailed to no response from them. I believe the treatments are not full treatments and that is how they do it so cheap. They postponed treatments for any silly reason they could think of and then had the nerve to tell me my time ran out, ultimately they did do it. I tried South Windsor did not want to go back there again so I then went to North Haven. Same thing rude, condescending and results were not effective . I know how the result should look since I have been having this done at other places and my results were a waste of time, money and gas. I drove one hour, 2nd time one and a half hours only to walk out feeling bad about myself stemming from their rudeness, not meeting needs from my treatments and the way they spoke down to me.

I expect a full refund as the never did the check Botox followup. They were going to do it and then said "oh no you don't need a followup ". Which I did need. I understand the frown lines might not completely go away but they appear to not have gone away even a little bit. They promise you these procedures and then don''t check if it was done properly. So you get the procedure but not properly. I believe they use reduced amounts of both Botox and filler. I made numerous calls but no return calls. I deserve a full refund since I now have to have the work redone. This is topped by the long drive to South Windsor and an even longer one to North Haven. If not compensat[email protected]

They promised to perform a service , told what the results would be. Not perfection but there would be something. Why perform the service if no results at all. The Botox checkup which they started to schedule then said "no you won't need a Botox check". If they did they would see the muscle never froze up. I still was able to move my forehead. I knew the lines wouldn't go completely away but the Botox didn't work at all and I was still able to squeeze the muscle. Results vary however there should be some results. I am still asking for a refund and I will have to see what my next step should beIdeal Image

I've been getting Botox for years but took a break when I moved out here. I know that if you are able to squeeze your brows it didn't take. I was not told the amount used for these procedures was limited to a certain amount
If you perform a service in any industry if it fails you are not told oh well that's too bad. This is why Ideal Image has such a poor reputation Only wish I read the reviews. They are similar to mine. They advertise something about being thr #1 and being the top place to go. FALSE ADVERTISING. I now will be in touch with the Attorney Generals Office
