      wow I did not want to do this... no one likes giving 1 star frfr. but they dont have a phone number that you can get through to talk to anyone about your loan... very strange. I just wanna talk about options on payment plans etc... and the number listed just puts you into a payment loop... either pay now or get your status on your last payment .... thats it - the website is a similar loop and no contact info or ability to email anyone or chat online... nothing. are they allowed to do this? I thought they had to be available under federal law...

      I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my mortgage transferred to this company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. In my opinion, they are the worst company to have a mortgage with. This company operates more like a collection agency that purchases mortgages, and their tactics are nothing short of bullying. They are actually a collection agency. One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with them is their reaction to late payments. If you happen to miss a payment, they go beyond the usual consequences and resort to blocking your account access. Attempting to rectify the situation by resetting your password becomes an exercise in futility. Although they send you a new password, they conveniently disable your ability to log in without forcing you to call their customer service. This feels like a deliberate effort to create unnecessary hurdles and inconvenience for customers already facing financial challenges. The entire process is not only time-consuming but also incredibly frustrating. It's clear that this company lacks the customer-centric approach one would expect, instead opting for bullying tactics to strong-arm customers into compliance. My advice to anyone considering doing business with this company is simple: if you can avoid it, steer clear. The headaches and stress caused by their unscrupulous practices are not worth the trouble. Look for a mortgage provider that values customer satisfaction and treats its clients with respect.

      This company is horrible and dishonest. They don't disclose any fee's. They locked me out of several of my accounts and wouldn't allow my to pay online. They charged a default interest of 38 percent for the entire loan. The crazy part is you had to call them to pay and it would take another four days before they would allow you to pay. This company is the horrible and doesn't belong in business. They operate illegal operation

      The worst company Ive ever dealt with! My husband passed away and my loan was transferred here. *** had nothing but rude agents and this morning I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no and hung up on. Horrible people working here!

      Not only is the customer service completely absent, its made WORSE with responses from seemingly courteous and professional individuals who simply NEVER take action on ANY request made. I have called and directly discussed my issues with their representatives and even received call backs from them and have been assured my request was going to be handled. I have come to believe their behavior is spiteful, obnoxious and believe designed to irritate their customers by design. My specific issue is simply trying to obtain PAYOFF statement for a Refinance. No matter what I do or how many times I have tried FAY will simply NOT send it.

      My attorney has sent two Letters of Authorization to Fay Servicing. I have double checked the email to make sure I gave my attorney the correct address. I cant speak to them about my own account until they receive it. They mysteriously cant locate it

      **************** is ridiculous how they treat you and the company in whole is terrible. ************** put a bankruptcy on my loan and refused to remove the bankruptcy. I understand mistakes can happen but if you know its a mistake then correct the mistake. My son has the same name and address as me except ********* behind his name. Now ************** is trying to charge me attorney fees for the bankruptcy and I cant get any information about my loan. They stop my online payments. I would definitely pay attention to your statement cause ************** will definitely try to charge hidden fees.

      No me dejan hacer los pagos por que no Tengo las firmas que ellos piden pero ya les explicado que me es inposible contactar los fiadores y mi esposo no Tengo ningun contacto con ellos yo soy quien hasta los pagos siempre y you Sola quiero hacerme cargo de la deuda y no me lo mermiten quieren esperar q se vensa el paso nesesito ayuda gracias

      REGARDING Fay Servicing LLC: So, it seems the nightmare has begun. November 24, 2023 I received an undated mail envelope and undated 404 NOTICE. It stated that as of December 20, 2023 ************************ would no longer be the servicer of my Mortgage Loan. Borrowers are given 60 days ****** by law to get situated with their new servicer. I received this 404 NOTICE **34 days into my legal ***** ****** with 26 days remaining. Having had no knowledge of this, my November Mortgage Payment was paid to My Original ********************* since 2012, who as of this exact moment in time still has my total owing mortgage balance on their books. (Yes I have a print out) Nevertheless, I called Fay Servicing, LLC and reached AUTOMATION. The non human representative asked me to key in my SSN. I was informed no such customer existed. I was asked to key in my account number which was provided in the 404 Notice verbiage. Again the Non-Human Servicer informed me that no such account existed. ***Now I am a victim of, this TOTAL BREACH of Ethical and Professional and unTimely Business Practices (in my humble opinion) I am considering calling The Attorney General over this LLC with a PO BOX located in *****, whilst their company has a *******, ******** address listed in Public Records. I live in the Peach State. Maybe a *********** Attorney is more appropriate. My Anxiety and Blood Pressure is over the top since receipt of 36 day late 404 notice. My mortgage account is in excellent standing. True, Mortgages Transfer happen all the time, but this set of circumstances is life/health altering and Brand New. I myself was in Banking and Finance for 30 plus years. Maybe this is part of the new world order? Afterthought, I wonder if this one star rated LLC Debt Collector (or is it Mortgage Servicer) is a member of the BBB. If they are (what state). Filing with ******* BBB as this seems to be state of origin. This almost has a Gangland feel to these circumstances.
