      Well I have been trying to reach them and currently have videos of my phone 10 times on different days at different times of day where all I get is auto answering services that call fails me. I tried from my wifes number and it does the same. So if u need me to since I cannot seem to contact the business through either the commercial or residential numbers they offer I can email these videos to prove something is wrong with your phone service or maybe they maybe intentionally disconnecting us?

      Keep getting calls from this company. Seems to be a debt collector that specializes in mortgages. I sold my home 2 years ago, never had a missed payment, currently renting, I dont have a mortgage.

      These people are dishonest, unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. They are impossible to deal with nor do they care. Couldn't even consider my situation when I lost my husband of 52 years in late 2021. Quite distraught at the time for what we went through with the ***** hospital protocols and inhumane treatment he had, I called "*** corrupt" company to ask to waive late fee for payment coming due in a few days from his passing for me, to give me a little time to sort finances out etc; Never late on any payments...they said NO. Unbelievable. There is Much more to their dishonesty in the 13 years with them. Too much to list. Hope I can get things refinanced eventually with someone local. Tough going though on one social security income and mostly interest mortgage payment through "***" ripoff servicing. I would be all on board for a class action if that ever comes to pass! I wish someone could shut them down, they have hurt so many folks....By the way, don't want to check even 1 star rating but looks like it won't send unless I do.

      Where can I start? I have trying to call them for weeks and they will not and have not returned my called. I have left my number and messages and still no answer. If I could give them negetive stars, I would.

      This company is corrupt! They keep telling me that I never sent my payment and I have proof that they cashed my check. They kept calling and when I try to call them back, I couldn't get through to a real person to talk to!

      I've file a complaint with fay servicing that handles mortgage in *****, I've received ample of calls about no payments in *** which ***** fargo still had the loan. Then was told payment wasn't made in June, check my account and it was received. Later was told it was *** payment, 2 months later said July payment wasn't paid show online it was called the company that have money order said payment was cash from fay servicing. september said payment wasn't paid it was paid another payment to shut them up . Sent 3 time copies of documents and money orders and still a problem. Got to a point the agent was clueless and crying stating she hope she doesn't loose her job. Cause the business is clueless to be a mortgage company.

      Fay Servicing is not releasing funds from my insurance claims they hold saying there is a note on account that prior company from which they took over paid me.My logical question was if they paid me 1. When 2. Do you have any documentation They said we donot have any documentation from prior servicer If you like *** Us !!!!I need help to deal with some who wants to take around 40K

      09-25-23 Fay Servicing are thieves,. They just want to take your money. We are not happy with them. We are trying to pay our mortgage. They wont let us pay. We were transferred to them by our mortgage family.

      I have never had any trouble with my mortgage until mine was sold to Fay Servicing from ***** *****. I have called them 5 months trying to explain I'm not in bankruptcy, my daughter is, and she has Nothing to do with my mortgage, she stays with me and that's it. My payments continue to increase. I was told today I need my daughter's attorney to send a letter to Fay Servicing. They are crooks and don't understand plain English! This is the worse company I have ever dealt with.

      ************** is stealing our payments we are making. We have lived in our house almost 30years when ************** got our loan our loan has gone up they have not applied any thing/money to the loan keeps going up with a ton of changes why are y'all allowing them to steal from people.??? They said we would have to send them almost $4000 and we did it was never applied to the loan please someone help us please
