  Does anyone know if there is a lawsuit at this time against Fay Servicing? If there is I would like to be added to it. They are crooks! I have never had any trouble with my mortgage until mine was sold to Fay Servicing back in January. They are trying to foreclose on me. They have raised my mortgage payment so high that I cannot pay it. I am on social security and if they succeed I will be out on the street. I have tried to get a loan modification and they keep denying me.

  One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They bought my mortgage a year ago and it's been a nightmare ever since. Example: instead of going down, my principal has gone UP despite a year of monthly payments! Currently, they are trying to raise my monthly payment by 42%! And their "customer service" is a joke. This is an awful company; avoid at all costs!

  I have been a landlord and real estate investor for 45 years. Fay Servicing, LLC is the worst mortgage servicer I have ever come across. I have had the misfortune of having 3 of my mortgages acquired by this dishonest company.I received an insurance settlement check for damages incurred by Hurricane *** and forwarded to Fay Servicing, llc for their endorsement on July 24, 2023 by certified mail. It was received on July 31, 2023 according to the green return receipt. My letter gave *** the following instructions: By Certified Mail **** **** **** **** **** Dear Fay Servicing, LLC, Please find enclosed a check for $4,500.00 representing final settlement with ************************** for damages incurred at **************************************************************************************** associated with Hurricane ***. Please endorse this check and promptly return it to my company in the enclosed SASE. Thank you!END OF CERTIFIED LETTER Instead of following my instructions above, *************** cashed the check WITHOUT my co-endorsement into one of their suspense accounts. At this moment, Fay Servicing has the use of the settlement funds and I do not have use of the funds for Hurricane *** repairs and improvements. Fay Servicing is inflicting additional damages to me. I am in process of filing a criminal complaint against Fay Servicing, LLC with the ******* ********** of ********* Regulation for Fraud and diverting of the funds. I do not see how *** could deposit the check without my co-endorsement and I am accusing them of forging my signature on the insurance check. I caught Fay Servicing attempting to defraud me a couple years ago when they said I did not have insurance on my property when in fact I did, and it was prepaid a year in advance. They put their own insurance on my property, raised my escrow payments for the double insurance. And months later, once they acknowledge I in fact already had insurance, encouraged me to drop my insurance and take their insurance.

  Had our mortgage sold to them in July of 2023. Since then, we have noticed questionable practices from this company. When we paid the escrow shortage(s) at the end of 2022, we expected our monthly mortgage payment to stay the same going into 2023. Instead, this company ADDED the escrow shortage amounts on top of our monthly mortgage payments AFTER WE ALREADY PAID THE ESCROW SHORTAGE. They claim their practice is "normal" & "fair" but we have done business with other mortgage companies and Fay Servicing is definitely not a "normal" and "fair" institution. Deceptive and not helpful.

  This has been the worst ******************* of my life. My house has been paid off for 6 weeks have not received my paid on full letter. When I ask about it I was treated like a nuisance. And told that i just needed to hush and let her talk and i would vet my deed when it was ready. If i did not like it she would just hang up treated like a common theif over filing an insurance claim for wind damage it took 3 different Checks . To get the right names on the check to pay out the claim. Do your self a favor don't do business with these folks. They are very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the Better business assc.

  Mortgage recenty transferred from Wells Fargo to Faye Servicing. The phone number listed for follow up either hangs up or you get a rude person.

  Horrible customer service.!!! I have had nothing but issues since my mortgage was switch to them in September 2022. First it was the wrong escrow amount, then it was rejecting my payments made through bill pay, then they didnt credit a payment even though they deposited the check and it cleared through my bank. In addition, theres never any follow up unless you call.

  Very unprofessional company. Constant issues with them including them taking double payments from me that weren’t approved and also never seeming to have their online payment system working and available on days when payments are due.

  Been in my home, with my family, for more then 20 years. Fay Servicing took over mortgage and now we are foreclosing. Couldn't make a payment for months due to not being able to reach them. Would call only to have them transfer me to a voicemail to which I would not receive a call back. When I finally got through to someone they would tell me I can "pay online" then be disconnected. Their online pay is a lie as the payment section would be grayed out, but I could never get a hold of anyone to tell them that. Never had a problem with paying my mortgage until they took over.
