      I think Fay servicing is trying to take my deceased brother’s house. S Bowen has been very unprofessional and has not responded to me as I am the executor of his estate S Bowen is very unprofessional and a very bad influence on this estate I have tried and tried to get her to talk to me and I still cannot get her to pick up the phone I am so very tired of dealing with this. My Brother passed away in December of 21 and I am still trying to get S Bowen to talk to me and she is of no help. Fay servicing has caused me a lot of anxiety and grief and depression I really don’t know what Shanetta Bowen wants to do with this situation I have contacted her for over a year and I have gotten no answers no response

      Our mortgage has been sold 4 times within the last year. My wife and I live on Social Security and only get paid once a month. The company will not accommodate us with our payment time frame. We have paid house insurance through our own insurance company every month and they want us to pay escrow and insurance through them. I have been paying on my house since 1994 and should definitely be paid for by now. Faye servicing also keeps wanting to charge us outrages late fees every month. The mortgage has gone from $770 a month up to over $900 and close to $1,000 a month. This is ridiculous!

      We have been trying to get the payout amount to close on the sale of our family home. The Title company has reached out several times and by law they had seven days to respond. If we don’t get the payout we loose the sale of the house and if we loose the sale of the house, as a result of them not adhering to federal law, 12 C.F.R. § 1026.36, we are suing for loss of contract and mental anguish.

      They will not return calls. They will not answer emails. They will not provide any updates on modifications or foreclosure. The account manager ****** *** keeps avoiding our calls. After researching this company I found out they were taken to court for the following: The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) took action against mortgage servicer Fay Servicing for failing to provide mortgage borrowers with the protections against foreclosure required by law. The CFPB found that Fay violated the CFPB's servicing rules by keeping borrowers in the dark about critical information about the process of applying for foreclosure relief. The CFPB also found instances where the servicer illegally launched or moved forward with the foreclosure process while borrowers actively sought help to save their homes. I think the only way to get their attention is to start another class action lawsuit for the state of GA

      When one calls them (and after a long wait), they make you feel like a second class citizen, are demeaning and critical and when you call them on issues, if you push back too hard, they threaten to hang up. They have no concern about treating the customer with respect or courtesy, and make you hate having to call them, which I would not do if I didn't need to:

      They have a horrible customer servicer number, you wait on hold forever and they keep transferring you. Every few months they ask for the same insurance documents and escrow money for no reason. Really hard to speak to anyone from within the USA.

      Kept losing document for my loan modification. I was affected by the pandemic, got behind on my mortgage. They did not work with me at all. They moved forward with foreclosure even when my documents were under review. Poor service across the board.

      Worst company to deal with!!! I have tried to obtain a payoff several times and have been told each time it's being sent to me but I never receive it. I still do not have it as of this review! This is been going on for over a month now.

      This company is currently trying to put me, my grandmother (Faye Myrette C./80 years old/compromised health) and my mother (Roxanne Lynette H./57 years old/handicapped, deaf and legally blind) out of our home on January 10th. We have lived in this home for 30+ years. A company called Fay Services/Fay Servicing, owned by Ed Fay are claiming to own the property. In reality they’re trying to collect a debt that doesn’t exist. The man that built the house and my grandmother are the only two known owners of this property. She bought the house from him after he raised his family here. She has never signed any documents authorizing a loan with Fay Servicing. Them along with many other scavenger debt collectors are using falsified documents to steal my grandmother’s property. Fay Servicing is using the law firm called Wright Finlay & Zak to sue my grandmother. They are known for defrauding millions of homeowners. We do not have a next step as this is all so sudden. We do not have enough time to unpack this entire house and lifetime of possessions. I am worried about the initial scene where the sheriffs come to put us out. My grandmother will resist and I am afraid that they will hurt her. I'm concerned that this will impact my mother's quality of life. We have multiple pets that have also grown up here. To see my family thrown out into the cold would be devastating and we would never truly recover. Please read and share this story! Please tag anyone that you think should be aware of this!       Take the maximum to process payments to try to get fees., Force lenders to call day after day. Charge an exorbitant fee for a mistake of any amount - $260 for a payment missing even one cent, and refuse to review and waive a fee.
