      Its Valentines Day and my wife and I went to the *****************, ********* Ky location. They are super busy and we wait 1 hour to be seated which is fine. We get seated and our server greets us (****** B is her name). Immediately we can tell that she is Kind of acting like she doesnt want to be there. We order drinks and an app (blooming onion) and we also go ahead and order our entrees while shes still there since its so busy. Some other girl brings our drink and salads and a few minutes after, our server brings the blooming onion. She then disappears for 20+ minutes. Some other server brings our entrees out eventually and sat the food down and walked away. Didnt ask if we need any steak sauce or anything else. We did need steak sauce and my wifes drink was and had been empty for 5min. or so by then. All while she was missing, the table directly across the aisle from us also needed refills. The two tables behind us were our servers tables as well and she had been sat in one of them (party of 4) and Im assuming the rotation went all thru each server and then back to ours and she was then sat a party of 2 directly behind us a few minutes later. My wife and I cut up our steak and dont eat it because we were wanting steak sauce to eat it with. I got a 6oz filet and she got a 6oz sirloin. They were basically cold when she finally reappeared and I told her what we needed and she then asked another server to grab refills for us and for the table across from us. She greeted the two new parties telling them she was double sat (was not the case, she was just gone long enough to be sat twice). We finally get our steak sauce and eat our cold steaks and told her we wanted the check. Ended up giving our check to another server to try to get cashed because she was gone so long. We needed a order to go but decided to forget about it and finally was able to leave. I love this restaurant and hate to complain but this mightve been our worst experience in any restaurant.

      2/12/2025 Outback Steakhouse located in ********** I believe the order number was ***************** pick-up time was 7:13 pm Order totaled : $101.10 I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant, Ive already filed a police case to press charges and a review through BBB as well as an over the phone message review to the corporate office regarding this manner. Long story short, I went to pick up an order. It was all wrong, and cooked terribly! The manager took forever to respond so I had to go into the establishment to find him. The manager became extremely frustrated and verbally abusive. At one point he threatened my life and wellbeing in many different ways which was all recorded on my personal phone video. Which has all been placed into police evidence. Not only was I verbally abused and threatened but I was embarrassed in front of the entire restaurant by the most unprofessional manager Ive ever encountered. This man needs fired immediately and should never be allowed to manage any business or be in the position to treat more people in this manner. I was trespassed from the establishment, had to leave with no merchandise and the manager refused to give me a refund. All on video! Also refused to give me any corporate information to report my problem. I need this taken care of! Please!

      On 01.01.2025 at approximately 8:56PM, we placed an online food order (*****************) through the Outback App that was to be delivered by their service provider at 9:46PM.We received multiple messages that ******s were there to pick up our order, however the third ****** called at 9:56PM and notified us that the order was already picked up. Some time after, we received a text message from Outback Steakhouse advising that our order was CANCELED. Upon leaving a negative survey response, I heard from **** ******* - Senior Manager via email, who advised that "We believe the order was stolen by the 1st ****** that showed up". After Mrs. ******* offered the meal to us, we declined as we were already back in our home state of **********. I explained to Mrs. ******* that we just wanted the proper credits that were due back to us for the $20.68 paid via Outback gift card and $10 in Outback Rewards used on the purchase that was cancelled with non-receipt of the food ordered. In her email dated 01.03.2025, Mrs. ******* asked for the gift card we used to complete our purchase, which we provided immediately. We have yet to hear back from Mrs. ******** and have even reached out to follow-up after not seeing the $20.68 credited back to the gift card as of **********.We were able to get Outback Rewards to credit the $10 Rewards certificate back to our account.

      I ordered Gift cards through ************************** by means of SMS text delivery. The gift cards have not arrived. I want to know where my gift cards are or how can I get them. I have tried calling gift card support but I am getting no where with them.       My family did a take out order at the *********************************** on 9/14/24 with a charge of $107.55. When we got home, we were missing a steak and fries. I called and they said they would cancel it but would be at closing. I called back some days later and spoke with ******. He said he put in a refund. I even got an email from Outback saying it would be refunded. It was never refunded. I called ****** again and told him. I was instructed to call the owner. I was not able to get her on the line and I have spoken with ****** at least twice now and I believe a manager named *****. I have been promised gift cards by mail twice and those never arrived. I have tried calling corporate and have left 3 messages with no call back, although I was told the voicemail was monitored frequently. Very frustrating because I feel like these things I am being told is just stringing me along in hopes Ill forget about it. The whole meal was mediocre at best but they should at least refund me for missing items and having to call so many times.

      I want my card refunded. I reached out on Outback's website to file a complaint about my online order from 8/11/2024 and I was ignored! I order a burger and fries and asked for NO onion or pickle. I am allergic to onions and here there were onions on the burger!! I could not even eat the burger and there were hardly any fries...which were cold by the way. I sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting for a text to pick up the order even though I sat there before 11:30 (which was my pickup time) This was my first time ordering and eating at this location and will be the LAST! I want my card refunded $14.30

      I reached out TWICE on Outback's website and was ignored so now I am filing a complaint with the BBB. *********, PA NEEDS TO LEARN TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS! I will make sure to spread the word how this location ignores complaints and provides AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD! I am re-typing the same complaint that I sent on their website... I am requesting a refund of $14.64 and will NOT be returning to this location. I gave this place a 2nd chance and they failed! I received a letter which was worth $40.00 for a dine in experience. I came here with a friend on 9/28/24 for lunch. Was confused as to why everyone was seated in a corner of the restaurants instead of spread out. IT was NOT busy so why was everyone seated near each other. I prefer to be AWAY from people unless it's packed but in this case it wasn't! So I ordered the Queensland chicken shrimp and it was TOO spicy even though it does not say anywhere on the menu that it has a spice in it. Could not even finish the food but I did end up going to the bathroom non stop the following day, so thank you for the undercooked food. The waiter was awful, he was too busy worrying about other tables instead of us, we had to ask TWICE for napkins. And for refills. The blonde with the pigtails brought out the bread....NO plates. Even thanked her and she said NOTHING! miserable teenage girl you have working there. Had to stop our waiter to ask for plates which took some time. Then she brought out the food, I thanked her again and all i got was silence. I was about to yell at her "You are SUPPOSED TO SAY YOUR WELCOME! DON'T WORK AROUND CUSTOMERS IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE MISERABLE! FIND ANOTHER JOB!" Terrible experience and terrible food preparation!

      On July 27, 2024 I visited my local Outback Steakhouse. Upon getting home, we noticed the cheesecake was layered in Chocolate sauce. We asked for Raspberry sauce on the side. Not a chocolate sauce fan on a cheesecake. We couldn't have exchanged for a new one since I live about 30 minutes from the nearest Outback location. But the real problem was the slab of Ribs that we ordered. Once we began to eat the RIbs, we noticed the ribs had an excessive amount of BBQ sauce on them. The whole to go container was dripping with BBQ sauce. We were somewhat pleasantly surprised since Outback seems to limit extras now-a-days. The ribs were burnt to a crisp which now we understood why they layered so much BBQ sauce on the ribs. The ribs were so burnt that even the bones were charred. I called the store that same day and was told someone would call me back. 2 days later, I called the store again since no one followed up. I took a survey on July 30, 2024 and left problems with my order. Then it gives you a Constant Us page to submit to I guess corportate. I went to Questions and Feedback and asked for someone to contact me. How come no one ever contacted me? Outback sold me $40 ribs that were burnt to a crisp and layered BBQ sauce to cover up your error. They are supposed to be soft baby back ribs but they were not juicy like your menu says, they were disgusting. I included my order number so you can look up the transaction.

      I am filing this complaint to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and response from the company regarding my online complaint filed on May 11, 2024. On that date, I requested a full refund of $165.20 due to poor service, overcooked food, long wait times, and being ignored by the manager at the local restaurant.Despite filing the complaint on their website on May 11, 2024, I have not received any response. On July 6, 2024, at 11:32 AM, I called the local restaurant and spoke with *****, the manager on duty. ***** confirmed that he had received my complaint and that the managing partner, ***, was supposed to call me personally but never did. ***** assured me that *** would call me the following week once he returned from vacation.As of today, I have not heard from anyone, nor have I received the refund I requested.
