Terrible service!!! We were told several things would be repaired/replaced, to come back the next time we were in town and everything would get taken care of at one time. They knew the date we would be back, which was about 6 weeks after the purchase. I texted our person we dealt with to touch base about a week before we were due to be there. She all of a sudden doesn't know what I'm talking about and says the repairs have to be approved and they were denied. I was livid!! I have tons of texts and emails saying otherwise. She told ** it was a 3 yr old RV and we were to expect issues. They just quit texting and emailing back. It boils down to, we signed the paperwork and they were done with **!! We paid extra to have the ceramic coating done. TERRIBLE job!!! Terrible!! There are runs all around it and you can tell where they dried. About a month after the purchase, one of the jacks quit working. My husband crawls under there and notices there is a lot of writing and are stickers by this ***** This tells ** this **** has been a problem numerous times! Then the latest incident was this past weekend. We were about 4 hrs from home, and around midnight. While going pretty fast down the incline on the interstate, we get a big BAM BAM BAM, over and over and over!! We thought we blew tires, then we thought we lost the enclosed trailer we were pulling. We finally manage to get on the side of the road and checked everything. The tires were fine. The trailer was fine. The problem?? The driveshaft completely broke into!! Half of it was gone and the other half had broken into. We could've flipped and been killed!! You cannot tell me this just happened on a whim. Obviously, the shop did not inspect this motorhome before putting it back on the lot to sell!! I will never EVER do business with them again!!

Two words come to mind when I think about Lazydays ***** dealership... disturbing and unprofessional. I have to say the sales rep ******* & financial manager (****) were extremely helpful and professional. I was all set to buy a beautiful D** 5th wheel and out of nowhere the sales manager (******) called me and told me in a very belligerent tone that I was not interested in really purchasing the ** because I was delaying the close. Even though I gave a deposit and had arranged for financing. He let me know that if I didn't close within 24 hours the deal was off! His request just wasn't feasible since I live in ******** and I would have had to drive my truck all night just to meet his demand and as a customer you don't like to be bullied into doing something that just doesn't make sense. My gut is that the management culture at Lazydays doesn't care about the customer. I did get my deposit back but it was the first time I had situation where the sales manager did not want my business.

I dont usually leave reviews, but I thought if I can help anybody else to stay away from this company, I would. We bought a brand new fifth wheel ** in June 2021. We have had multiple issues with the *** bigger ones include our water pump going out our heater trips breakers resulting in no heat, our full sized refrigerator fell over to name a few. We then noticed during a storm water coming in through our bathroom ceiling, going across the ceiling down into our medicine cabinet and our sink cabinet below that. We made a claim only to find out that there was a recall on the skylight above the shower, causing this water damage. We brought it in to Lazydays and dealt with ***** the service manager. He is refusing to replace the vanity and the sink cabinet. I just was informed today that he said we probably put a wet washcloth causing the damage. Luckily, I found a video that I had taken on a stormy day to prove the source. ****, from lazy days ** has fought us every step of the way and things are still not corrected. The day we purchased the ** we agreed on generator hook up to be placed. They are now refusing to complete this as well. Lazydays staff are so very kind until you sign on that doted line then they no longer care about there product or obviously their reputation. I left ***** a message asking for a call back. Im waiting for this call now that I have proof of the water source from their faulty recalled *******. Lazydays is not for the customer only your money. Very Disappointed in this company.

Waste of time! Lied to. Misled. Told us that nothing was wrong when we brought our trailer in for repair. There is obviously something wrong or we wouldn't have waited the month to bring it in. If they can't find the problem than we have to pay. They couldn't find the problem, told us there was never a problem, meanwhile our showers leaks, heater doesn't work, hot water heater smells of fumes in our daughter's room every time we use it. They laughed at me, when I insisted that it be fixed. That made me feel bad. Plus oh so much more. Our warranty is about to run out. They wasted our time and money. Avoid this place at all costs!

On vacation in Georgia. Our toilet broke on the way to our destination. LazyDays was on our way to Georgia. Stopped at LazyDays to either buy the part that was broke or a new toilet. Bought the new toilet, got to our destination and installed the new toilet. Guess what, new toilet is broken. Same problem as the old one. Way to go LazyDays. Toilet can’t be flushed.

Bought a 2022 Riverstone Legacy 39RKFB in January of 2022. Had the usual small issues, but were full timers and couldnt leave it to have them fixed so they told us to have a mobile tech fix them and theyd refund us. But there were things that needed to be replaced by them, like the outside TV that had scratches all over the screen. They sent a replacement and that ones screen was shattered. Still no replacement. Sink covers were cracked. Still no replacement. Light fixtures broken. No replacement. Then an insulated window failed and they wont return calls. I THOUGHT going with a big company like LazyDays would help with getting issues fixed while on the road, but it DID NOT. Wont do business with them again.

We purchased a 2023 Tiffin 34 PA January 3, 2023. So far we have had some minor issues which were repaired to our satisfaction. *************************** (sales), *********************** (delivery coordinator), and ***************************** (service) have all been outstanding. Anytime we contact anyone of these people they get right back to us. This is our first class A. We came from the fifth wheel world and so far we are glad we made the switch. We've put about **** miles on the coach and we are very satisfied.

Lazydays RV service department in Mesa Arizona shouldn't even get one star! We bought a brand new fifth wheel from them in 2021. We took it in to have it serviced before the year warranty expired. First, we called 6 months ahead of the warranty expiring. They informed us that we had to wait for 3 months to get it in there for service. Once it was there in April of 2022, they informed us that it would only be there for up to 1 month. They had it for 3 months. When we got the rig back in the end of June, I noticed that they still didn't fix any of the small things that was on the list that I had provided them. I was under the impression that they did fix the bigger main issues though. So I just let the little issues go due to the hassle it was just to get it serviced in the first place. However, a year later, I am finding that they never fixed the leak issue that was in the bedroom slide area. We are in Arizona so it doesnt rain here very often. I called them about this issue and they said to bring it in. it took them again a while to get it in to the service department. They informed me that it would only be a week that they would have it. They had it for 3 weeks! During the 3 weeks, I was told that I would get updates and call backs. I had to be the one that called to get updates, they would never call me! After the 3 weeks, they brought it back and dropped it off, I did a walk around the outside of the trailer to see if there was any damage due to last time they had it for the 3 months they chipped and scratched the outside paint. I noticed that there was new scratches on the paint that were not there when it left my possession. So now, every time that they have had the trailer, they have scratched and chipped the outside paint! I proceed to open all the slides to make sure everything is in order. Again, the slide they said the fixed by replacing the seal and fixing the dent they found, was not fixed or replaced! I will recommend the NO ONE ever buy from Lazydays!!

we contacted Lazydays to purchase an RV, told them what we wanted and the price we wanted to spend. After my husband talked with the salesman he later contacted us and found one in Mesa Arizona. We are first time RV owners and full time living in an RV. We were moving from ******* to ******* *********. My brother lives in Mesa so he did the walk through. ***** told him it would be cleaned and winterized. LIED..we later after the camper was delivered, they don't winterize unless the buyer requests it. WE didn't know because we were not told. Everything including the manifold and water heater froze so when we got it we didn't have water. the salesmen called my husband almost daily until we called with our problem. now it was TO BAD SO SAD. finally after a month we got all the parts and a service man to come and fix our problem, when we got to the kitchen the faucet exploded because it was frozen. STILL NO help. While they don't want bad reviews, they were not willing to help. $6,000.00 later , they couldn't care less. My husband made sure the salesman from ********* also got his part of the commission because he helped. We have 2 full time RV;s living next to us that are wanting to update their campers, they would NOT go to Lazydays EVER. HORRIBL customer service . They got their cash and said basically YEA we are done with this sale. NEVER SHOP THERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
