      BluePearl in ******** ** has helped ** with our fury baby on two separate procedures! The love of the staff is top notch! The facility is clean! The bill was a little more than my regular vet quoted, however it didnt include all of the care BluePearl gave us! Thank you BluePearl!

      I had a phenomenal experience at ** in Manhattan years ago- in fact two end of life events after extensive diagnostics and treatment and they were incredible. INCREDIBLE. So I was stunned beyond belief when I turned to a ** in ******** last week and had the most upsetting pet owner experience ever. I would never believe things people wrote, I have always respected the profession so much and extended understanding in busy times and acceptance of emergency fees on top of normal treatment costs. This ** in ********** ** was a literal nightmare. From the client service, animal care, communication and billing standpoints. It was so upsetting to have your cat taken after waiting 9 hours, told he needed a blood transfusion and demanded a minimum $5,500. on the spot or I had to take him back- after 9 hours and 10 minutes of intake. In 36 hours I spoke with a doctor **** than 5 minutes total, spent almost $8,000 and ended up with a dying cat in my arms in the end. I still dont know what happened or how or why but I have two full pages of treatment fees for things I dont even know were relevant. I am wholly convinced that my cat was sick but that they hastened his death without my consent just to run up my bill. I made the huge mistake of saying I had a $7500 limit on my credit card when I was shaken and scared at the start and they managed to take every ***** and then some. It pains me to say such things about a noble profession - but there is some very frightening business and behavioral practices here I could have never imagined. Someone needs to do a deep dive and start calling clients who had patients at this location they will find a chillingly similar story with each one and a bad outcome at always- a minimum of $6500.

      If I could give 100 stars I would! What an **************** of doctors, nurses and staff at Blue ***** in ************** ******* **! They took care of our sweet ***** through his battle with *************** all the way to the end. The care they gave him was stellar! The care they gave us as his family was unbelievable! So caring, kind, always there to listen. Special shout outs to ******* who went above and beyond caring for ***** and all of us. She never deviled my phone call (unless she was busy and always called back as soon as she could. She let me cry on the phone with her after ***** passed and is still there for us. ***************** was also incredible! She was so knowledgeable and sweet and was great with *****. Everyone we met at Blue ***** were angels on earth. Thank you so much!

      Blue Pearl in Franklin,TN is just there for greed! The vet cared more about bringing me estimates of the costs more than asking our opinions. $700 bill for a cat exam and 2 labs. They don't treat your animal in front of you, so you have no idea what they really do!

      ****************** at Rocky Mountain Veterinary Neurology ********* is a REAL JERK!Why is someone so heartless working with animals? one of the first things he said to me was, "...whatever your cat has is going to kill him..." What an a** He had no regard or thoughtfulness for my situation.And then HE WAS TOO BUSY on the phone talking with his "mommy" to come out from the back to go over the *** results of my cat with me. I waited for at least 20 minutes, but his "MOMMY" was more important than him doing his job. For thousands of dollars and no-one to go over the *** results with me?If Rocky Mountain Veterinary Neurology has a compassionate person that works there, I would be glad to make an appointment and have them review the results with me; not with that outrageously rude, insensitive "human" ******************. Oh, sure he did leave a phone message but guess what; their office is 40 minutes away from me and the only way to get there is stop and go traffic, traffic lights, and cars; from near ********* to Santa Fe and Hampden in Englewood. No direct route and I took the time to go there for that kind of service.I will NEVER refer anyone to Rocky Mountain Veterinary Neurology on *********** in *********, **, and I should get a refund for the outrageous treatment that I received from ******************. He had to talk to his mommy. And besides the fact that he was unable to meet with me IN-PERSON to review the results or give me any opportunity to ask questions.I contacted Care Credit and filed a claim because I did not get what I paid for.Get rid of that jerk, ******************! He has a FAKE smile on your website but, this guy has problems and should be working in a MORTUARY and not in a place where humans and animals are. Or he needs to be with his mommy. Because he has the wrong personality to be in working in the public. He needs to send me a written apology to me for his rude, horrible behavior, and learn what it is to work with the public. What an inconsiderate jerk...

      ******* presented to our Neurology service on July 12, 2023 for evaluation of progressive paraparesis and loss of urination control warranting advanced diagnostic imaging be performed. The primary clinician discussed the *** results with the client over the phone immediately following the procedure. The client advised at the time of discharge that she had additional questions, and due to extenuating circumstances was advised the clinician would be able to speak with her the following day which was appropriate and agreed to by the client. Our clinician and management team followed up with the client several times to discuss any remaining questions, and the client has chosen not to respond to our contact (confirmation of receipt of our calls was verified by email from the client since that time). After reviewing the authorizing documents and provided treatment, we support the BluePearl invoice totals and do not feel a refund is owed. The client has been provided a full copy of her pets medical records so she may pursue future care at another facility of her choosing.

      Please dont take your beloved animal here unless there is no where else to go. I just left there - this is my second time, second bad experience (last time was worse). They were the closest place, so I thought Id try again. I have an already traumatized, abused rescue. Before exam, I asked if I could be with her during exam- they said I couldnt. I agreed to this, but asked tech only that they not crate her (she is Terrified of crates) during the exam. She very flippantly told me we dont do that back and forth with dogs- if drs not ready, she has to wait in a crate. Last time I was there with a very elderly dog, they took her to the back (I asked to be with her, they wouldnt let me), came back without, said she needed to be euthanized and wouldnt let me go get her !! I had to argue and find someone who would simply let me go get her. She did NOT need to be euthanized- live a long time after that, but could have died in the back alone in the hands of these people! It seems their website doesnt have reviews - this is why. I hope more people learn about this business - maybe just too corporate to care about the individual cases that need loving, special care.

      Absolutely ridiculous. Took my dog in for an issue that should have been resolved and pay the full exam plus everything else that went along with the visit (not cheap) to having a complication arise after the visit and in need to go back into the vet. Office manager was completely unhelpful not to mention the extremely long wait due to 1 doctor on staff. random doctors rotate in. so we can't even get in with the same doctor that performed the evaluation. Nothing they can do, still have to pay and still have to wait. No exceptions for something that should be rectified, being that he was just in the office. Just have to sit and wait. Excuses made for the doctors. They are the professionals?? Have to pay all over again. Don't go to this vet office, GO elsewhere and save yourself the time. Never again.

      CORPORATE GREED AT ITS WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They MUST get your credit card IMEDIATELY and if you don't have the funds, you can always euthanize for a fee... $$$$$$$$$, horrible cooperate environment, but I will say the actual staff are kind, its the greed that makes it clear your money is what matters... Almost $9,000 to treat my pet and she is deceased now...
