Horrible! Horrible! Horrendous Emergencyvet Clinic. Do NOT take your ********. My dog was expected to only live 2 hours due to stomach bloat. The 3 hour visit consisted of talking about them needing 13k before any doctor would see my pup. I paid Blue ***** 3k at 1am in the morning to stabilize him b/c banks were not open to journal 10k to Blue *****. I was told to try another clinic that might better fit the financial obligations. This is an absolute terrible organization whom doesnt at all have best interest in saving your pets life.

These people that work here should be imprisoned for life for the terrible work they do I will never go back. My diabetic cat had an overdose of insulin and passed out and I called them because it was after hours to see what I could do they told me to bring her in when all I had to have done was given or some honey or some pancake syrup they charge me to $2500 And told me I did not have a viable cat and I should put her to sleep while I took her to my vet on Monday and they said she was fi these people don't know what they're doing don't care and charge out the a** for their sloppy crummy work And they're not willing to help anybody who calls them with advice because they want you in there so they can charge you $2500 for 2 days care and then put your cat to sleep and charge it quadruple what a regular vet would charge you I've had it with these b******* please do not take your pet to these monsters

Who wants to pay huge bills for a loved fur baby?! It stinks, but despite the cost, I am so grateful to the ************ staff. They were so patient and caring. The vets we worked with were excellent in communication and explanation. We had to have our cat in Internal Medicine and ******************** was fantastic. That is a tough job, I can never express my gratitude enough for the excellent (yes, expensive) care.

So, DO NOT ever trust Blue Pearl "emergency" vet care! My 2 1/2 yr old GSD came down with bloat last night about 7. Almost every vet in the area refers you to these clowns. I called and they informed me they were closing at 10 and taking no new animals. I ended up in Columbia at CVet....wonderful, very professional people. They took him immediately into surgery and he is recovering. Bloat is a life threatening issue and every handler/breeder I talked to today said they had never heard of a emergency vet turning away a bloated animal. Indeed, CVet said my dog went immediately to the head of the list when they determined it was bloat. A word to the wise is sufficient.

While I did like the staff that sat behind the desk to check you in, the vet dr however I did not appreciate some of the things she had to say to me. My cat is very very ill to the point where you can literally look at him AND SEE HE IS SICK. I had to rush him into the emergency clinic they gave me antibiotics but in a pill form which I feel they should have given him an infection of antibiotics but I digress. Gave me pain medication but literally no more than a sample. My poor cat should have been put down due to the illness and sickness he has mind you hes almost 20 years old and this vet told me she refuses to put him down because it wont be good for her mental status. This was unacceptable to me to allow my old cat to live in pain. I will NEVER GO BACK EVER

My baby, Stella, hurt her leg playing and I took her here and they did xrays and said she had a hock joint fracture and put her in a splint. They sent home anti-inflammatory and pain meds and told me to follow up for a splint change with my regular vet in 7 days, I did just that. At my regular vets office, they discovered the splint had been put on incorrectly and too tight. Her paw was 3x the normal size and it was bleeding. They noticed dead tissue and 2 days later we discovered the worst. My vet also looked at the xrays and said she never should have been put in a splint to begin with, just a brace. She has dead, necrotic tissue and dead paw pads. I am so mad. I went to Blue Pearl for help with a leg injury and now my baby is going to lose half of her paw. Her bone is exposed on one side and her main big paw pad fell off completely. I have to put special bandages on her daily, my reg vet showed me how and put her on antibiotics to Prevent infection. I called Blue Pearl right after they removed the splint and spoke to a manager and explained everything. They won't refund me and told me to come in for free bandage changes. Before we knew the extent of the damage and before her paw pad fell off, the ER surgeon there lied to me and told me it was normal damage caused by a splint and that no her bone wasn't exposed nor will she lose any paw pads. He flat out lied, a splint should not cause my baby to lose parts of her paw and a week later her big paw pad had fallen off and her bone was still exposed. I was so Shocked and hurt, they lied to cover up their negligence. They will not take accountability for their mistake and negligence. My dog will forever be changed by this.

I had a nightmare of experience with them, they misdiagnosed my dog, treated him for GI problems charged me $500!Problem didn't solve, went home to find out my dog had A BROKEN TOOTH! that started to bleed right when I opened his mouth! IF THEY HAD EXAMINED HIM, they would see that!!!!!bunch of rip off, when I called back they were super rude and said they couldn't do nothing about it!

After my dog had a cardiac event at my own vets office I was referred for overnight boarding as a tech is present. All arranged prior and I brought records, xrays, blood work and had a iv stent in place. They immediately took my dog to check vitals. After 2 hours I'm wondering why I'm waiting as this was a drop off for medical boarding. They said I HAD to see doctor. They said there were 3 surgeries before I could see doctor. They would not let me leave, would not bring my dog. Finally leaving AMA and they would not let me leave with the stent in place..even tho they did not put it in. Now I will have to pay again to have a new one put back in..if he makes it through the night...staff techs are condescending and patronizing. Staff at front desk very rude..one even yelling at me across whole lobby while I was talking to someone else. I felt like they were holding my dog for ransom and I could not leave.

We brought our previous cat to this clinic because she went blind over the weekend. This clinic recommended that we put her down because she was in so much pain. When we spoke with our vet the following Monday, she said it was unnecessary. She told us that Blue Pearl staffs lower level vets on the overnight shift and weekends and they confused this blindness with that of dogs. Cats can tolerate this ailment more than dogs and oftentimes recover. I was distraught and blamed them for killing my beloved cat. I still do by the way. With our new cat, we had an emergency today and they refused to see her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE.
