They do not deserve even one star. I was told my pet needed lifesaving spinal surgery. I had to put up an 8000.00 deposit before they would even take her in, she was paralyzed. When they quickly ran the deposit out of money, they quickly encouraged us out of the hospital after a serious herniated disk surgery. I trusted them, offered to pay what ever they needed if she need to stay. They insisted we go home. She died 42 hours later. Se was only 4 years old, just a baby. No communication from physicians, only uneducated and poorly trained staff members. The one star is for the friendly staff at the front desk. They do have that going for them.

Went with my daughter in law to take my gran dog to the ************ location this morning. She has been vomiting and has ****** p*** The staff wouldn't touch her, love on her cuddle her or anything. They wanted $1000 in tests, on top of the exam fee. They wouldn't consider a payment plan either. The lack of compassion was immediately visible, in both the front desk help and the tech who came in the exam room. It was obvious they are there to make money and not to care for sick animals. Very sad and disappointing.

Skip the ***********, ** location and go straight to *** Veterinary Hospital. Nothing is a reasonable. They dont care about your animal. Your going to pay $1000 minimum, which we did for X-rays, a shot for dehydration, and office visit. Office staff is unprofessional and literally asked me in a room full of people You cant afford $3000 now? Can you afford $2000? Or is it you cant afford anything? I offered to pay half upfront and half upon services rendered.

I took my lil girl there in desperate need of help .. bleeding profusely…all they cared about was the 500$ to walk up to the front desk … they never told me my Rosie ever coded that morning … r then they wanted thousands of more $$$$ doctor told me I could take her out of her facility and stick her somewhere s else because blue pearl is very expensive.. I said yes but are they a specialty hospital like here.. said no.. I asked if she needs special medical attention.. why would I do that ??? Again pressured for $10-12,000 … I asked who’s prepared for that amount to pay up front today ?? Mind you… they have NO payment plan… one worker said well… i see people coming in here with their nails and hair done but no money for their pets! Again like VEC hospital.. want your money and no payment plans !!! My lil girl died that night with them.. I went to see her and half hour in the drive home.. they said Rosie just died .. do you want us to do cpr.. I said no… she’s been thru too much … I was so heartbroken.. end of phone conversation.. went to pick up Rosie next day and they still said I owe them 400 and some dollars… told me one figure and now another .. charged me also another $300 for cpr.. I said NO !!! Enough is enough .. u people were told NO cpr .. supposedly talked to her manager and he said don’t charge the 300$…. I was livid.. I had a bad vibe about them when Rosie and I went in there… but I said if the can save my lil girl.. but they didn’t ! ?? PLEASE don’t take your pet there .. they do not care about the welfare and saving your pet…ONLY the $$$$$$$ thought they all went to school to save our babies… somewhere along the way.. $$$$$$ took over !!! I would never step in this place or… VEC again !! They could care less about you or your poor baby thst you are bringing to them for help.. because you love them and want them well… this is NOT the place ??

At this place you will pay unnecessary fees for vets that don't seem to really care about you or your animal. I went in January 2022 to get established with this vet (they charge a $71 wellness exam). THAT IS NOT A FULL PHYSICAL. The average cost for a wellness exam in the area is $45 to $55. I wouldn't have worried about the additional cost if the vets were extra caring; they really aren't. There is also a late fee if you are 10 minutes late (regardless if you call ahead). Once you get there, you still have to wait ***** minutes to see the vet. They do not validate parking and only have street parking as an option. I had to see the vet once in January; they didn't do all the vaccines, so I had to return in September. Now January 2023, half of his vaccines are due. I called and asked for a tech appointment ($25) instead of a doctor's visit. Keep in mind I was there less than four months ago. On the phone, they said no problem. I get there, and they tell me a Dr. visit is my only option - for only Vaccines (no bloodwork, physical, nothing- just for the Dr. to be in the room). This means my dog will have to go to the vet twice this year for vaccines. That means spending $142 yearly for wellness visits (NOT EVEN A FULL EXAM!!!). They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. The front desk worker shoved a box of masks in my face and yelled at me to wear one (I have no problem with masks- but put in the reminder text that I need a mask and I'll happily bring one). I don't appreciate having a box shoved in my face and yelled at. The Doctor knew I was upset, but when she came in, she asked me how she had no clue. When I looked at her, stunned, she was rude and said, "hello, anyone there," like I was a child. She was just a rude Doctor, and she asked me to administer a vaccine to my dog myself. You're the Doctor, not me. The Vet tech was the only nice one. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Too expensive for low-quality care.

I brought dog to Blue Pearl for a severe case of bloat. They took the dog immediately, and when I didn’t hear from anyone for 45 minutes, I asked the front desk for an update. The feedback was that my pet wasn’t a priority and there were other pets that were more serious. They followed up by telling me that they didn’t know when my pet will be seen. The nurse basically told me that if I want my dog to be seen quickly I should go somewhere else. Ended up bringing him to AMC and he was seen immediately.

This facility has NO COMPASSION, NO EMPATHY, NO CARE, NO CLASS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO NOTHING. The staff is beyond rude. Long story short...they kept us there (me and my 1 year old grandson) until the dog owner (my child) confirmed what to do. They could not be reached at first as they were out of town. They would not let us leave. My grandchild had not eaten and been up since 7 a.m. They asked me to keep our door shut since my grandchild was screaming (tired and hungry) as it was disturbing guest.... That was after i asked to go get him food and they said i could not leave.... They wanted like $14,000 to pay before they would do anything. It took 4-5 hours before they allowed us to leave. My grandson suffered and they did not care. My daughters dog was suffering and they did not care. They accused me of being aggressive when I threw my phone in my purse (because my grandson was on my hip) and told me I needed to go to the room or to my car but could not leave until I could behave. It was them not behaving. They have the absolute WORST STAFF I have encountered in a long time. I was told by a "patient care" person that they act that way because they have been treated poorly by customers. Well....NEWS FLASH YOU ARE TREATED THAT WAY BY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOUR BEHAVIOR CUASES THEM TO REACT. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AND I WILL BE LETTING OTHERS KNOW MY EXPERIENCE. *************************** you should be ashamed of yourself ... but I guess money makes that feeling go away doesn't it?

My dog died due to pure negligence from ******************* an oncologist. I had to put down my dog because he was not compassionate and diligent enough to say lets follow up ? No follow up, nothing and my dog died of cancer spreading and metasis and just bleeding internally. Its inconceivable that he is that negligent towards animals
