My window was received at least a month before it was projected to be here. NewSouth was great about keeping me updated on the progress of my order throughout the whole process. The installers were friendly, professional and efficient. Although not needed they showed me the different features of my window. NewSouth followed up soon after installation to get my feedback on the installation. They were quick to get my inspection scheduled and completed. I would definitely recommend them for windows or other projects.

5 starsToday October 10,2023 I filed a complaint against New South Windows stating that they would not honor a warranty on our damaged window. 2 starsExtremely disappointed in the quality of windows and doors. Salesman **** explained that outside noise would be blocked. I can still hear traffic going down the street and my neighbors music and talking inside my home with all windows and doors closed. Im praying if theres any strong hurricane force winds that the windows and doors will provide the protection that was explained by salesman because the windows are definitely not blocking any outside noise.WORST DECISION I EVER MADE!!The installation was done by contractors and not *** employees.Review fromMatthew M

1 starAbsolute horrible experience. No one spoke English, the window/door install does not meet code/large gaps around windows.I tore drywall off the inside on to ensure correct size measurements were done, still too small and did not have the means to prep the opening. No opening preps-Installed the windows over rotted **************** shims so tightening tap con screws causes the frames to bow & separate. No equipment to remove old windows, just ripped everything out, Cement debris,broken ************ everywhere including in my beds. Offered my saws,to cut the window **************** to apply to glass& furniture, refused they said no thanks- (it would take too much time), debris everywhere-left it. installed over debris, & rotted wood, no leveling in-out or left - right, most of it is crooked, hurricane protection is nothing more than a bead of caulk thats it. . Fixed damaged stucco with caulk. ******************************** doors not level, frames bowed from forced fit, large unsealed gaps under doors. Insects and water intrusion occurs. Upstairs doors leaks thru ceiling, a2x4 was just screwed to exterior wall in order to put door lock on, literally, a piece of 2c4 screwed to the stucco. The door has several stacks of shims to support stepping on the frame. Damaged floor tile from cutting, no home protection, wet vac blocked, cement dust everywhere, in the home. No ladders to reach second floor, (gave them mine) 2nd floor window left in living room, uninstalled/opening covered with tarps since July. I had to install myself., never returned back to fix any of it. did not have the tools needed to do this work, they did not have a ladder to get to the second story windows, Windows leak (not around but thru frame) I wouldnt have noted but the drywall was removed and they leak. .Everything needs to be torn out and redone. There is not enough space to write all the issues here. Photos to support this shoddy unfinished work. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. Do not use this company. Run away.Review fromDavid B

5 starsI am in LOVE with my new windows! The installation crew was very fast, courteous and efficient. I have always enjoyed the view from my windows but these NEW VIEWS are incredible!! I don't want to hang my curtains back up and I can definitely tell a difference in the temperature of my house. It feels like I'm at a whole new house! No problems throughout the entire process.Installation crew was efficient getting the job done in one day. Quality of installation we top notch from all involved.
