Absolutely love my NEW NEWSOUTH WINDOWS! The entire experience from the first home visit, the final measurements and the superb installation, made the selection of these windows and this company a very beneficial purchase. Highly recommend the installers, *************************. Very professional, very neat and very accommodating. Far exceeds a FIVE STAR SERVICE RATING. As a side note, even the Lake County Building Inspector, expressed his great approval of the window product and the installation!

From the moment we met ***************************, we knew we were in good hands. My son actually overheard and joined us, to sit through his pitch (weird, right?!). I did an exhaustive process screening and reviewing multiple vendors/quotes. When it came to presentation, **** stole the show. Knowing NewSouth originated in Tampa, has slowly crept West now into *****, manufacturers hurricane grade, steel reinforced, UV reflective windows for coastal residents made their concept pre-proofed. With everything weighed Apple-to-Apple, New South's Quality to Value scale was head and shoulders above the rest. 5 weeks after order, we were scheduling install of 6 windows , including a LARGE Picture window, 5 SH Windows, and another narrow Vanity Picture Window.Our installers, ******* and *****, were the same gentlemen that came out for the second measurements. Great Duo!!! Very friendly, professional, and thorough. They installed 6 windows in 5.5 hours, and left 0 mess. Everything that was, was no more (gone), and all of the new was treated with kid gloves. Caulked and sealed, we are ready for Winter '23 and EVERY SUMMER HERE AFTER!!! Lifetime Warranty means these will be the last windows we ever need!Now that the main structure is done, we are building an addition with a Master suite on top of a 3 car garage. We are already in talks to coordinate Order #2 and make this home a New South Window Solution's ***** Signature Piece!So pleased with purchase and 100% recommend them for ** residents!NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC

1 starIts so disappointing to have to write this review because we were so excited about choosing New South over all the other companies we met with but fel the need to warn people about how this company operates. We met with our salesman Don very nice person and did a good job explaining to us why New South is a good choice but thats where the good experience ended. Don told us the payment schedule was one third up front one third at time of installation and one third when everything was complete. OK next step is the measurement's and at that time we were told NO one third up front and both other two thirds on the same day of installation BEFORE the inspection by the County BEFORE the permit is closed and BEFORE the installation is completed. We told the person doing the measuring we were not comfortable with that and he said ok i made that note for you but call your sales rep. Fine all of sudden the nice sales person is non responsive and when he finally does respond says I'll check with the manager...so we start calling and emailing the office and finally a week later we get an email from the manger Fred who says thats the way its stated in the contract. Now we are trying to cancel and get our deposit back since nothing is turning out to be what we were told AND they comapny has shown us when we do have an issue they don't repond and avoid dealing with the clients. We should have gone with ***** hopefully this helps anyone else comparing companies for replacement windows that has the same choice to make.Review fromAndrea D

Excellent job- so far I am very happy with the installation process we underwent today . I did not get to inspect everything as it was dark when they finished the upper level windows . What I have gotten to look at is fabulous . **** and his helper ********* did a neat and clean installation and left hardly any mess behind . It was not an easy job with the second story bonus room - but they found a solution - to install the large window by accessing it from the roof. ( as the replacement was too large to go up the stairs). They were a respectful and kind crew, and I think they did a great job. This is installation day - and so far I am quite pleased!!NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC

This is second window company dealt with in last year. So wish NewSouth had been the only one. Im so impressed with everything especially the care of the finish work. I ( at 78) was the one who did the finish work with the first nightmare company. Respectful supervisor was so appreciated and all workers kind and hard working.NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC

3 starsSales was great, but installation was less than optimal. I had to follow up twice to see when my door was ready to be installed. When the installation happened (rather quickly when I told them my current door would no longer close or lock) there was some damage done by the installation team to the door and they had a door lock that was broken. Since this was on a Friday evening I was told they would come back out Monday to fix this for me. It took another week for them to get the new door lock and *************. The handle they were going to install was not what I had told them I wanted when I purchased and the set that was installed doesnt even match on the double doors I have installed. They did fix the scratches they put into the door when they installed the door. There are also big dents in the door trim along the bottom of the entrance.Review fromTracy M

We had a great experience with New South Windows from ordering to installation. The salesman was very knowledgeable & helped us decide what we needed. The installation crew was amazing. The had wonderful work ethics & left the area spotless when they were done.
