      Before you give them the last payment make sure the inspector has been there and every thing is ok. This company DOES NOT call YOU BACK. They have your money and thats it. I have call at 15 times. At least 13 calls to set up the last inspection. The inspector was here but the crew wasnt. 2 of the windows dont work. One cant lock and cant open. I thought I did my research on the company, boy was I wrong. If this company wants to make it. They need to return calls. I even try the person in charge (the big boss) and he wont return my call. Communication is the key to a successful business. And they failed. I dont understand all these good reviews. It wasnt the company from Florida. If anything changes I will update this review.

      Marcus and his crew in the Tampa area did a great job installing my beautiful new windows. It was a pleasure having them on site and they cleaned up after themselves leaving everything nice and tidy. Great installation of a quality product!

      New South Windows has been a godsend after three hurricanes. The windows and doors did their job and helped us cope with these disasters. Strong and attractive.

      Thank you Newsouth windows! We love our new windows. ****, ******* and **** were very polite and cleaned up everything each day they worked. They were punctual and friendly and went to work from the moment they arrived till it was time to go. **** ******, our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decisions regarding our window choices. **** also followed up with us on installation day and made sure everything was moving forward smoothly.

      First of all, I love the 3 doors I purchased BUT THE INSTALLATIION HAS NEVER BEEN COMPLETED! The doors were installed in September, inspected in October, and it is now November and no one will even call me to settle this issue. Foolishly, I paid the bill in full not expecting the problems I'm having now. I have called the company in ******* numerous times (talked to various people) and sent an e-mail to customer service. Everyone I talked to assured me they were sending my request to the right department to get service: I have never received a call, letter nor e-mail.
