      We now have New South for all our windows and we wish we would have gotten them sooner! The windows are solid & secure, quiet and quality made!Best windows!

      Our ************** was wonderful and communicative from the initial contact until after the windows were installed. ****** and **** who came out on a Saturday to install windows were knowledgeable about what they were doing as well as polite and personable. The windows are pretty nice too! Will definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for windows and will call them back when we're ready to do the rest of the house. Thank you for making this an awesome experience.

      This company is HORRIBLE at best! They never return phone calls or emails or requests for their so called lifetime guaranteed windows! We purchased windows from this company and it took almost a year to get them installed AND THEN when they did show up they butchered our home and said they could not repair the damage they caused! Fast forward a few months and the windows are already fogging up because the gas that is in between the window panes has already evaporated and they STILL will not return phone calls requesting service the "Guarantee". If there was a 0 star option, I wouldn't give it to them because my home is worse off than before they installed the windows!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

      I have done now 3 projects with new south over the past few years and I am very satisfied with the service. I chose them because they are local and stand behind their product and they have lived up to their claim. I have had no issue getting my door serviced and my sales *** was very responsive.

      We had an amazing experience. The people we dealt with were knowledgeable and very friendly. My neighbor also used them and had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

      So I bought new windows and doors back in ********************************************** August 2024 to replace a defective sliding glass door. From day one the door has leaked on the inside and into the house. The first crew that set the windows and doors had no shoes on and were more worried about smaoking their joint. I was about to kick them off my property. The windows and doors were installed and right away the sliding glass leaked as soon as it rained. Anyways we complained about the slider leaking and they sent another crew to re-set the slider. Well the door still leaked to the inside of the house. Then they said we are sending out our A-team to re-set the door for the third time. Well every time it rains it leaks and I get huge puddles in my back room. I have even sent them photos but now they have no record. Now my wife and I have called to have someone come out and look at the door. One guy came out did a water test and caulked up the inside where it was leaking. But that isnt solving why its leaking. And it leaked a few days later when it rained. So we call back they said they are sending someone out to water test. and repeatedly no one shows up or even calls. The door is designed to direct water that gets in the bottom channel out some weep holes on the front so the water drains out of the channel and away from the window. Well you can put a hose in the channel and no water comes out of the weep holes. This tells me the door is not draining like designed. Its backing up in the channel and into the house. I have threatened to call the local news channel and nothing phases these people. I dont want another person to do a **** water test. Even a moron knows that the door is defective and needs to be replaced. At this point Im about the eat the thousands for the door and just install another companies product. Worse customer service and install ever. I never will use New South ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone. Friend or stranger.

      We entered into a contract on 5/14/24 and were told the work would be completed 8-12 weeks at the end of 10 weeks we called they were having engineering challenges but failed to call us to let us know. Multiple times we requested ******************* call us back with no phone call. I entered a dispute with my credit card company to have the deposit returned. I would NOT recommend this company

      BE CAREFUL! Not only do they drastically overprice their products and mispresent their quality, but they say their warranty is a great value. The unbelievably expensive front door rattles when opened and closed and is catching on the frame when opened closed. I've reached out three times to 3 different people and they just blow me off. It's been months. The problem has still not been fixed. On top of that, the quality of the install is like a child did it. The trim and caulking looks like a joke. As a comparison, a local company quoted me a beautiful wood door with 4 glass windows including door hardware plus install for $1k less. I'm attempting to get a refund and go local. This has been a nightmare. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
