  ************ was very professional and had a great presentation. We purchased windows for our entire home. Windows were ready before promised date. **** and his crew did an amazing job with the installation.Very impressed!

  Heres the issue! Their product is fine. They use the standard windows EVERYONE uses. They say factory direct.. ok. Call it what you want. The issue is they are a cheesy one call close. They drop a ridiculous price of $69,000 and then JUST FOR YOU.. Ill drop it to $30,000. Which is still $11,000 more than my other 3 quotes! The sales guy tries to build a relationship with you by showing you pics of his less than fortunate kids and sad stories! Its the worst tactics Ive ever seen. Comical and a waste of my time. Its ridiculous! Id say call them for the comedy alone.

  NewSouth went out to my mother in laws house in *****. She had already received several estimate for Hurricane windows. After the estimator/salesperson reviewed her home he informed my mom that she had the right windows and did not need to get new ones.He saved her thousands of dollars that other companies were just going to take. Honesty, is the best policy and New South should be commended for doing just that.************

  I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. They are dishonorable and will not stand behind their products or promises. We had exterior doors that leaked and caused water damage during storms. New South looked at them and said they could install doors that would eliminate that problem. We spent about $6K to have the doors replaced. The first storm came since we had the new doors installed and they leaked just as bad as the old ones. Now New South tells us they can't help us because the storm is an "act of God" when it was that very same "act of God" they said they could protect against at the outset. I'm aware of what the warranty says so legally I have no recourse. Seems this company will say anything and make promises to get your business. Don't believe them. Their business office and management have a much different attitude than their salesman did. If I could give them less than a 1 star, I would.

  We had a consultation with New South Windows on August 22, 2023 and at the end of the consult decided contract with New South Windows. We put a deposit down in the amount of $1,998.00. it took almost 3 months to get the windows and sliding glass doors scheduled to be installed. On November 18, 2023 we were asked to pay $4,232.00 before any work began so we did.New South Windows then charged the finance company for $13,750.00. Here we are almost 9 months later and we have a gap in our sliding glass doors that multiple people are aware of, we have no stickers on the windows for inspection, we have not had an inspection, our permits expired 3/28/2024. Multiple people at New South windows are aware of these problems because I have been keeping records and I have 51 pages of records with dates times and who i spoke to and I also have all the emails. we are losing out on saving $400.00 a year on our homeowners insurance, our electric bill is higher than it has ever been because of the gap in the sliding glass door and us air conditioning the neighborhood, and we have not had an inspection , therefor if we wanted to sell our home we couldn't. We have paid $ 10, 425.00 of our own money and New South Windows got fully paid and have yet to fix the issues. I have been on them since the install emailed multiple people my 51 page record keeping, notes, called multiple people regarding the issues and nothing has been done. New South Windows have been like little crickets. no returned phone calls or emails. i have made multiple attempts since install and I'm the customer and i shouldn't have to continue to waste my time when they no the issues. They have not had any contact with us since May 2024 I would stay far far away from this company.

  I recently had all 14 of my windows replaced, along with a sliding door, by New South Windows, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I chose New South based on high recommendations and the fact that their pricing and financing options fit well within my budget. From the start, Marcus and his crew exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and skill were evident in every aspect of their work. Even when we encountered unexpected challenges due to water damage, Marcus quickly devised affordable solutions, ensuring the project stayed on track. The dedication and work ethic of Marcus's team were truly impressive. These guys put in some incredibly long hours, and the results speak for themselves—my house looks better than ever. I can honestly say I've never met a harder-working group of men. Without a doubt, I would use New South Windows again and highly recommend Marcus and his team to anyone looking to get the job done right. Their exceptional service and quality craftsmanship make them a standout choice.

  We received exceptional customer service! We were able to schedule our installation and follow up appointment at our convenience. The installers were very professional and efficient in completing the project. They even vacuumed any debris before they left and removed all materials. We highly recommend NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC. Financing options are available if needed.   Very POOR QUALITY I ordered 19 windows with installation 4 windows have the green film damaged which we noted also had a window that came completely cracked and they STILL INSTALLED IT. , 3 months since the install NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US ABOUT REPLACING IT, ALSO THEY BROKE 3 MARBLE WINDOW SILLS TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO FIX, WE STILL DONT HAVE COUNTY FINAL INSPECTION SO I HAVE ALL THE INSIDE OF WINODW SCREWS EXPOSED AND MOLDING IN THE LIVING ROOM, THEY DO NOT HAVE INSTALLERS AS THEY SHOP FOR THE CHEAPS INSTALLERS NOT EMPLOYEED BY THEM. i WILL UPLOAD PHOTS SOON. STAY WAY AND FIND ANOTHER COMPNY THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO AS THEYWANT TO GET PAID WITHOUT THE WORK BEING COMPLETED I JUST PAID SO THEY DONT SAY THEY HAVE HAVE GOTTEN THE MONEY BUT THEY ARE A RIPPOFF. STAY FAR AWAY GO WITH PGT WINDOWS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT LESS HEADACHES I STILL HAVE ANOTHER 11 WINDOWS 1 SINGLE DOOR AND 4 SIDLING DOORS AND A DOUBLE DOOR TO DO BUT NOT WITH THEM I WILL USE PGT.
