      Do not rent ***************************************************************************. We moved in during the winter, so we hadnt been opening the windows. Come spring, we open the windows to find the screens are loose so bugs can get in. The owners solution was to just remove the screens all together, so now we cannot open the windows. Its like living in a tomb. HRGs handling of this is the worst I can remember. Do not do business with these people and definitely do not rent **************************************************************************

      These people not professional at all and just are stealing people Money when trying to get a house not communicating properly to people at all and discriminating against people for credit scores as well color or and race. I will be contacting a attorney about this because Im tired of these AHoles doing this to people of color and everyone else

      Terrible property ************************** at the ***********, ********** location. I am a current owner who has a property managed by this company and I am currently undergoing a transfer to a new management company for my property. Their communication is even poor and not occurring with the new company trying to take over and make it a simple and smooth process. HRG has had poor communication the entire time I have been working with them (since summer of 2022). They have been slow responding to my tenants when their needs arise as well as staying on track to giving them the additional services they have requested to HRG with many missed or forgotten services. I highly urge any owner or future tenants to stay away from HRG. The phone lines never get answered during the day throughout the week. No one never returns voicemails or emails. ******************* avoids and ignores owners. There has been times where it has taken more than 2-3 weeks to get a response. Very TERRIBLE. Would not recommend.

      HomeRiver Group are scammers. I rented a property through them. Paid Security Deposit ******* the Rent *******. They are saying that both my payments were returned WHEN I HAVE A COPY OF MY TRANSACTIONS!!! They said I never paid them so they terminated my contract and they said they were keeping my Deposit of $*******. One payment was returned and I repayed it immediately. Unprofessional, Scammer, Liars. They have access to our ledgers and can change anything. I am out $4635.00 and now I have *** them to get my Money back. I read their reviews. They are horrible. I am dealing with a lady name ***********************. She is not pleasant. The property alone with so filthy. ***** say she returned my money on 03/03/2023 then on 03/06/2023, Ms ***** said she reversed it again. Both times charging me ***** Return fee. It's 03/16/2023. No money. The Lease should of never been terminated for non payments. So technically since I didn't sign the termination lease I have my day in court. I feel scammed. I just hope they fix it soon because I don't want to be homeless. I need my money back ASAP. Please listen to me do NOT rent from this group. Or let them manage your property. I should of read the reviews first. Thank you ***************************

      They stole money. IYou all could have been upfront with requirements, but you scammed us. They had us sdd a guarantor and pay more money knowing our credit wasn't enough.

      The house never had a safety inspection done before we moved in so there was no working carbon monoxide detector or fire/smoke detector. communication was very poor between all of the people involved no one knew what anybody else was doing to help figure out any the situation. When we got out of our lease we were told that there would not be any fees or move out charges because of all the problems that we had and that we would get our deposit back as long as the house is fine. The house is in great shape. We were only there for four months because of all the issues we had with this awful company. and then I get a letter in the mail, telling us that we owe everything that we were told in writing that we did not have to pay. And now I cant get anybody to answer the phone or give me a call back to get it straightened out per usual because nobody will return phone calls or emails.

      My hot water tank is not working and me and my children have been without hot water for 3 weeks. I have emailed managers and no one is willing to help me. I continue to pay this overly priced rent of 2120 on time each month. I’m at my wits end and don’t know what to do. This company is heartless and only cares about money and how to scam tenants.

      If I could rate them a negative ONETHOUSAND I would. This company is full of it. They are unprofessional and disorganized. They have an excuse for everything when they constantly drop the ball. They need to hold their staff accountable because of them I am facing possible homelessness. I should have found places elsewhere when I had the chance almost 3 months ago after I put down on a home that I never was able to rent from. Michele Z. so called property manager, Ashley S. -the housing specialist that changes her voice when you call and this other lady Jeanine that really is getting the bulk of my frustration when she emailed me the new. This company needs some serious training because at this point they are messing with peoples livelihood. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND HOMEOWNERS DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM, THEY WILL HAVE YOUR PROPERTY SITTING FOR MONTHS WITH APPROVED APPLICATIONS.

      The initial meet and greet with the reginal director was pleasant...at first. Now that the management team have tried to manage our property for the past 7 months, it has been a huge thorn in my side. Not only did we have unclear communications with our property manager, the billing has been a huge issue since our tenants had a plumbing problem. After several months, the problem has subsided; however, the billing issue continues. As of January, our original property manager left the company. We weren't aware of this until we tried to get a hold of someone regarding the short-pay in our January payment from the tenants. The anger is building as no-one has replied with a detail of our billing issues nor have they tried to send us the balance of our short-pay from January. Please...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
