Wrights Impact Window & Door did an excellent job installing a triple slider. They worked with me to make sure I was able to install a wood floor prior to the door installation. Eddy and Ixel are the best installers. They kept the house clean and did a precision installation. I would also like to thank Howard *** ***** for making the installation happen, as well as John ********* and his team.

The Wright’s team did a great job in replacing our cracked impact glass. Special thanks to Andrew ****, who processed our order and honored our lifetime warranty, Steve ***** who is our primary contact at Wright’s and Nicolas and Alejandro who did the work. ****** and *** were the installers at our house and they did a great job. ******** was reasonable to work with ALTHOUGH, we did have a snag with the original date of install, they cancelled 2 days before it was scheduled and I had come into town to be at the house while the windows were being replaced. A few weeks later, we had the appt rescheduled and it all came together. Windows look GREAT and the price is reasonable. Would recommend them to others. I'm giving 5 stars because it's my understanding the the project mgr that didn't have it together on the first install date was no longer with the company (like let go), so clearly it was just a not so organized PM, not the Company as a whole.Wright's Impact Window & Door, LLC

Wrights Impact Window & Door went above and beyond in the installation of my windows and doors. Inspection went smoothly and passed without any issues at all. Paola kept me informed of timing so I didn’t have to wait around for 7 hours which for me was priceless. Everything from start to finish was smooth and stressfree. Sosa and his crew made sure the entire installation was efficiently executed with care. Polite and professional and just amazing. Without hesitation I recommend Wrights for anyone’s impact window and door upgrade. Thank you to everyone involved in the installation of my doors and windows. Excellent installation crew, management, sales staff. Would not hesitate to recommend to future customers. Extra care was taken to protect interior and exterior areas of the home, taking almost as long to prepare their work areas and clean up afterwards as it took to install the windows. Each window was inspected several times by different management staff, who immediately resolved any minor touch-*** needed to meet their standards. All inspection, code, permit paperwork was amazingly and efficiently handled by the office staff, who communicated the window delivery and scheduling status every step of the way. I settled on Wrights Impact ***************************** after checking for an impact window company for my condo, and putting up with the no shows. Yes, they had some negative reviews, but my dog loved ****** the sales representative, my dog has a sense of people. The sliding doors in the lanai are oversize at 8-1/2ft. other companies said they only make a 8ft. door. I didn't want filler strips on the top & bottom of th door. ES Windows,LLC one of the largest commerical glass manufacturers in the world, manufactured the ******************************************** to spec. *************************** the project manager was on site during the installation. *****'s and his crew that installed the windows and doors were the best subs that I've the pleasure to work with. The ************************************ was exceptional. The crew did a phenomenal job, I can't thank them enough. The windows and doors meet Miami Dade 150mph wind rating. The only negative was it took longer to get because of the doors. I give them a 10 star rating, I highly recommend ******** ***************************Wright's Impact Window & Door, LLC

Excellent team. There were complications at my home but Wrights were happy to visit the site three times to make sure the job was done perfectly. I will definitely engage Wrights on my next project without hesitation. My advice, if theres something that needs attention or special care, be sure to tell them.
