I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company. From day one I dealt with very pleasant team of people. ***** and **** are absolutely amazing, so helpful and transparent. The contract was very detailed and all questions were answered clearly. I highly recommend this company.

1 starVery deceptive company! Lied at every stage of the process. I was told initially that for the day I signed the contract it would take four months to produce the windows. It was 11 months! Every time I called to check up on the progress I was stalled and lied to. They make you pay approximately 90% upfront before they will install the windows. They do incredibly sloppy work and they hide in the contract that they are not responsible for any tiles that they break.They broke several of my tiles, because they dropped the windows! I caught them trying to repair tennis ball size gouges in my tile with caulking!This is a very deceptive company with hundreds of negative reviews, please make a smart decision and hire someone other than this company.Review fromEvans E

I ordered a last minute windows for a project from of ours from *********************** at Wrights ****************************** and his professionalism and promptness was above and beyond what we expected. 1 starMy salesperson, *********************, was extremely unprofessional and showed his true colors. Initially, I went with ******** but explained that I was still shopping around for a good price. ***** explained that I had 3 business days to cancel and that wouldn't be a problem. I was able to find a better price and emailed ***** to let him know that I wanted to cancel. Upon receipt of my email, ***** called me and told me how unprofessional it was and he would have never done that to me. ***** was trying to guilt and bully me into staying in the contract. While I understand he might have been disappointed that I went with a different vendor, his behavior and tone was unacceptable. During the sales process, he was a bit pushy but much more likeable. I am actually glad that I picked a different vendor because there's no way I would have wanted ***** to make any commission from a Sale from me. ***** seems desperate to make a Sale and that's not a good look for the company.Review fromJames M

1 starI have no confidence in this company. My project was approximately $39,000. I applied for the financing and was approved.I experienced delays, 3 failed inspections, and complete lack of communication. This dragged the job on and on.After finally passing final inspection. I was then called by Wrights and told because the job took over a year to complete i had to reapply for credit. This is completely crazy. I agreed to terms prior and i am not willing to reapply for a higher interest rate. Still waiting for Management to contact me. Stay Away!!Review fromLeslie B

1 starDO NOT use this contractor under any circumstance. They do not complete jobs, abandon them without completion, phone calls not returned, appointments missed. Farm you out to subcontractors. Their work is shoddy and incomplete. Others including businesses and condominiums are aware of their poor rating. Please find a reputable and reliable contractor that has been in business for a long time with a proven track record. Any review that gives this business five stars is misleading consumers that hire them.Review fromYvette P

1 starI paid this company $11,965.94 dollars on March 7, 2022 and still have not heard from the installers for a date for them to start the work. I have had response for the assigned contact person with many excuses but since it has been just one month shy of a year since they took my money, I find this unacceptable and am hoping that the Better Business Bureau can be of assistance in this matter.Review fromTroy W
