      Great customer service. I had a problem of which storage unit I was actually in and the manager and area representative helped out by finding correct storage unit. Staff personally walked me through with them at storage site to ensure that my belongings were secure. Thank you ****** and to your Supervisor for all your help. You both went out of you way to make sure everything was right.Keep doing what your doing!

      Easy and thorough registration process. Easy auto-pay set-up. Secure and well-built facility. Would not be easily breeched by burglars or thieves. My unit was very clean and a new stainless-steel cylinder-style padlock, still in a retail package, was provided. Good to know the company doesn't have a spare key. Nice lighting throughout the facility. If I had only one complaint it would be that there is not a ceiling light in my unit. When I was a customer in the past, my unit had a pull chain ceiling light but it's not a deal-breaker. Just carry a flashlight after hours. Overall, a great experience and product.

      Shouldn't even get 1 star!Very shady company. 07/31/2024 I filed a claim on unit D47. The claim stated water damage and rodent damage. I lost over $4000 worth of property due to poor maintenance of the facility. SROA is saying water damage wasn't mentioned in the claim I filed, only rodent damage. Property manager, ****** Rininqer admitted to the fact it was included. I have a copy of the claim showing it was included. SROA is saying I need to fill out another claim for the water damage. 11/18/2024 I returned to the storage office and told ****** Rininqer what needed to be done. She said she'd get that filed. The next week I called corporate because now ****** Rininqer is avoiding all my calls and don't ever seem to be at the office when I show up. I filed complaints with corporate, they tell me they have the district manager call only to find out later no complaints have been recorded. After I'm done here, my next complaint will be to the ************************.

      These people are thieves. They keep adding fees and making up new ones every month. I just paid almost $700 for one month of storage and when I went to the unit after that to get my stuff out, they locked me out. I got an email from them that said they changed my due date for the next month to be die over a week early and then charged me an addiction fee and a late fee, along with another month of storage fee, so after giving them more than my paycheck, they continued to keep me from getting my things. Now they're saying I better pay up or else they're gonna auction it off and that there's nothing they can do to assist me. This has to be completely illegal.
