      The ladies working storage rentals of America in Hobe Sound off osprey are the friendliest staff. Personable and super friendly always eager to help. Give me cold water when they see me working on a hot day. Move me to cheaper units when im struggling. Honestly they feel more like friends then staff. Going to hate moving because the last three storage places managers were rude locking bathrooms to prevent having to clean them. The experiences in other facilities was not as good. Thanks for always taking care of me.**************

      The door which led to our unit was supposed to have a punch key lock 1 no lock was on the door. Was told purchasing the insurance was required. But showed proof out of our homeowners insurance so we were supposed to be credited. Decided to get the unit after less than one day of signing the lease since there was no lock and the door was made of really cheap wood that anyone could get into. Did not get any of the administration fee back and still waiting on the return of the insurance money.

      Courtesy was the first thing i noticed as she took her time with a phone customer the treated us very well. This is the first time I have needed to rent a storage unit. This one is in DeMotte, IN Thank you!

      My wife and I have a unit. Besides the tons of wasps around our unit, we went to bring some stuff this morning and gate code was saying access denied-unknown code when entering our gate code. Called the number and they gave us some temp codes and none of them work. We had to put in a ticket and it said it could be 48 hours before they call back, not including the weekend. We have some stuff in our unit because we are moving to a new house.

We recently purchased this property (about 3 weeks ago), so we are still trying to get our arms around all the issues that we have encountered in this time.  We are sorry that you have these issues and we are working diligently to try and resolve all of them.
