      Storage facility where my unit ut is bad broken open doors an stuff all over property seems under maintenance led or not looked after gates broken so no gate code needed to get in there

      It's no wonder they aren't accredited with BBB, their customer support is ****, their location (the one I was at specifically) was completely covered in trash, and they're trying to charge me 82 dollars for an account they closed that I've already moved out of. Spent half an hour on hold waiting for them to get ahold of the property manager- but there isn't an office on site, so how are you going to reach out to them? Both times I've stored with them I've ended up ticked off and with a supposed balance.. Please SROA, get better customer service reps!

      We had a horrible experience with them. Per their website the facility has an entry gate and it is completely fenced in. That does not per the manager ****** mean that it is secure. We have complained about it being unworkable for a year now and rent has gone up multiple times in the year and a half we have been there. Until I stated that I was going to the BBB I have not been called back. When I said that then finally within 15 minutes I was called back. Do not rent from here if you want communication and or good customer service because you will not get it. I have called multiple times and had been noted to my fuel for 3 weeks for a call back from the property manager and this is not the first time over the year that the gate has not worked that I have complained about it. Was told by a rep would I rather the gate be locked and not being able to access my items. They have unit access until 10pm but with no working gate anyone can access these units at anytime. It is open at all times. I asked for reimbursement of 1 month which they refused. Never recommend renting from storage rentals of America. We had no problem with the storage unit prior to their management taking over. We rented at this same facility and came back to due the ease we had the original time. That was not the case at all this time.

We are sorry that you are having issues and feel bad that you had less than a perfect experience with our Elkhart location.       nice **************** staff, However there is someone living in a unit next to mine. with a dog, smells like urine. and nothing has been done about it. I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere.

It is still early in the morning, but once they open for the day, someone should be able to get in touch with you to hopefully review and resolve this matter immediately.       ******* was great! Incredibly professional, friendly, and very personable. Came across as genuine and nice. Facilities are clean, our storage locker was dirt and pest free, and the climate control works well. 10/10 would recommend.

      The place has a great customer service I drive semi for moving company and realized I needed a truck last minute I called at 4:15 was a hour out I wish I could remember sweet ladys name but she was very helpful and stayed after closing to help me! Ya I love dealing with good people like that Thank you very much
